We went to Raku for their all you can eat Sushi lunch. It was good for the price of what you are paying. Plenty of seating. The staff were friendly. Our favorite part was the "salad" bar.

Raku reopened in a new location in Roseville and parking was so much easier. On a Friday night, the restaurant was surprisingly not crowded. Food was as delicious as before, especially the fried oysters, the walnut shrimp roll, and the nigiri. Everything was fresh and service was fast. The fried banana and sesame balls are always a great way to end the meal

First time in, but no stranger to their menu since I'm a frequent patron of their West Sac location! Dinner here on a Thursday night was $29ish plus tax/tip per person for AYCE. You can order anything from both the lunch and dinner menu. The only thing not listed on the menu is the tempura ice cream dessert (strawberry)! Salad bar is self-serve and has edamame, cucumber, slaw, orange slices, wasabi, ginger, and I think a dipping sauce for gyoza? Miso soup, gyoza, tempura, oysters, etc. I usually skip the hand rolls. My usual rolls: Howie Phoenix 49ers Harbor Bob's Rock & Roll Salmon Lovers Nigiri: Sake (salmon) Unagi (eel) Maguro (tuna) Hamachi (tuna) Saba (mackerel) Inari (Tofu Skin) Tamago (Sweet Scrambled Egg) Desserts: Donut Fried Bananas Sesame Ball Tempura Ice Cream Service was great and quick, fresh to order. Quality of everything was very good, and my dining companion Rachelle O's first time ever at a Raku was a hit.

Fastest pit stop over on our way to Tahoe after getting gas at Costco across the street. I called ahead to see if I could order takeout and then asked if we could eat it quickly here because kids eat better at a table. The hostess accommodated us and I like the all you can eat concept for the next time we pass through here. We didn't know this is a self serve situation so we didn't know to get our own sauce bowls etc. The hostess was nice enough to bring them for us. Sushi was fresh and made quickly. Appreciated how this was facilitated for our needs. Will be back when we can to try the all you can eat! We had salmon and yellowtail and both were delicious.

We came for dinner on a Saturday night with 3 adults and 2 kids for the all-you-can-eat sushi. They have both a lunch and dinner menu, and for dinner you can order from both. It's about $30 per person. All the sushi and food we tried was really good--there honestly wasn't anything we didn't enjoy. There's also a small "salad" bar with a few appetizer options. We ordered gyoza, California rolls, crunchy California rolls, Alaskan roll, Philly roll, shrimp tempura roll, honey walnut roll, Lion King roll, and Firebird roll. Everything was fresh and tasty. The inside had a decent amount of seating options and was spacious. It was clean and inviting. The customer service was just okay--not terrible, but not great either. Drink refills took quite a while, and it was a bit of a wait to get more food ordered. One frustrating part was being charged the full adult price for our 10-year-old, who barely ate anything. Overall, the sushi was delicious, but the slow service and pricing for kids might make us think twice before coming back with the whole family.

Wanted to order from Roku but this black come up with same name and i ordered by mistake. Hudge mistake the smell was awful and $80 straight to the garbage we tried 1 piece but couldn't eat the second

New location feels bigger but the lights feel too bright. Service is quick and friendly and sushi is good for an all you can eat Sushi restaurant. 4/5 stars.

We came on a Monday Holiday and were able to have all you can eat lunch for $22. As a vegan the all you can eat sushi often doesn't make sense as we don't have much selection. In this case when you ask the pull out the regular menu and show you what is included for AYCE that is not shown on the regular menu. They also have a salad bar and most of those items are vegan too. Do note that most everything vegan was fried and we don't normally eat fried food.

Typical Ayce sushi place nothing special quick n efficient with your typical Ayce sushi selections I didn't like the fact they charged you 3 dollars for tea a little tacky I thought would I come back? Probably not

My little one has allergies to soy, gluten, and shellfish and they were able to accommodate her. We ordered her the Salmon teriyaki (no teriyaki sauce and rice. She enjoyed it very much. They even made the chopstick kid friendly by wedging a wrapped up chopstick paper and a rubberband. My daughter had fun with it. We didn't order much variety so I can't confidently say if everything was fresh or previously frozen, but it was so good that I could care less. I got the Crossings roll and my wife got the Triple tuna roll. Basically the same thing, but the tuna had 3 types of tuna and the Crossings had tuna, Shrimp and Salmon. So good we ordered another Triple Tuna roll. The filipino server was awesome. Friendly, easy to approach and knowledgable about the menu. Whether you're passing through or from the area and want sushi, my wife and I enjoyed the Crossings and Triple Tuna Roll. I hope this place is here for a long time.

Automatically taking in the ambience of the restaurant, it felt really clean and has a nice dim light that makes the dining experience feel private. The service was very attentive and they'll do a temperature check on how the food is with you after you receive your meal and they were all genuinely very friendly. 10/10 for the service, no doubt. For food, we ordered their "Fukumi Ramen" and their chicken karaage . Chicken karaage came out first and was freshly fried. The coating was amazingly light and the chicken itself was flavorful. It comes served with a lemon wedge and tiny pieces of salad and the dressing in the salad was delicious! For the Fukumi Ramen bowl itself, the initial taste of the broth was flavorful and the black garlic oil was a nice touch. You'll immediately notice how thickkkk their chasu slices are and I think the free order of extra noodles is a nice plus. However, the thin noodles served with the Fukumi Ramen bowl seemed like a lighter color than I normally see at ramen places and the noodles were overcooked so I feel like it obscured the overall taste of the ramen itself since ramen noodles make up so much of the bite. Even though the extra noodles were free and a nice complimentary addition, I feel like I could tell why because the ramen noodles lacked the quality the rest of the bowl had. The tamago egg was decent and I was surprised because it looked like a plain white boiled egg rather than the traditional brown seasoned egg you get in ramen. Overall, I think Fukumi Ramen can do the job of satisfying a cold rainy day, and I think with their wide variety of ramen options, you'll definitely have to try and find one that might hit for you! Portions are huge here too so it might take a couple visits to try more options!

The fish to rice ratio is glorious; they do not skimp out on the cuts of fish at all. My favorites of the nigiri are the yuzu yellowtail and the salmon. These two are easily the best out of them all (and the seared salmon belly, but this is only one order per person). In my opinion, the rolls themselves aren't too noteworthy. But I do check out any specials they have written on the board. We sprinkle in a few of the hot kitchen/appetizer items just to break through the routine of all the raw fish. Some notable items are the takoyaki and baked mussels - also the lychee sorbet for dessert. The staff have been great every time I've visited, too.
