Great service! Fast, knowledgeable, and professional! Kevin called me back within 5 minutes of when I left a voicemail (on a Sunday!) He was able to give me a reasonable quote over the phone, and even honored the coupons I had found. He scheduled the visit over the phone at the same time. On appointment day, he arrived 5 minutes early! Yay! He changed 5 locks for me, including switching out a deadbolt. The whole appointment took less than 30 minutes. I lost a key visiting a very close friend, and we were all hanging out. I was trying to find a local ROCKY MOUNT,NC LOCKSMITH. I can't believe i was told by all there was only "1" available, in the ENTIRE city of R.M., by name of "cecil" locksmith. i call him, and he still for days on end almost 1 week NEVER had any 1 avail, yet advertise he is a locksmith biz, i do not get that. I had notice it's not like NJ, NYC, PHILLY,PA, tri-state, when i go to R.M., but a great town, where my friend live, best area/part of rocky mount, in my opinion. i was not giving up, trying to find at least ONE who care to help me get back on the road. -Where i reside- We have so many out here available when you're needing an auto-locksmith immediate, same or next day. I was blessed when we were then refer to RALEIGH locksmith.I spoke to SHAWN. (or SEAN) not sure how he spell it,but he said they no longer are doing auto locks etc., only home, office, commercial et.al., but he was able to refer me, (so nice of him)to a guy named KEVIN, who handle Rocky Mount LOCKSMITH jobs for those who like me, foolishly(1st time)SMDH mis-place the key either at a local diner and or supermarket,(i called both)and no 1 turned in a lost key smdh. I was grateful. Kevin met me, where i was at my close friend house... Raleigh Locksmith cared enough to refer some one and i am grateful. Online, this company is just called Raleigh Locksmith. I know it's the same company though, because the phone number is the same. Here's the website http://raleighlocksmith.com/ This morning I lost my house key on a run. I called two companies before I found Raleigh Locksmith online. One place didn't return my call and the second one was a dispatch center that put a call out for a locksmith near me. They said they would give me a call back in 10-15 minutes. I asked how much it would cost and they said it cost $15 for the guy to come, and then he would assess the situation and give me a quote on the spot. I was a little unsettled by this, but it was raining hard and I was stuck outside my house. After waiting for them to call me back for about 25 minutes, I decided to call yet another company. That's when I got in touch with Raleigh Locksmith. Here's why I liked the service: 1) I was happy that I spoke with the person who was going to come to my house. He was obviously a local and he was pretty no nonsense on the phone. (The dispatcher guy didn't even know how to pronounce Duraleigh, which is weird if you live in Raleigh...). 2) He gave me a firm quote over the phone that was true to what I thought it would/should be, so I immediately knew I'd called the right guy. 3) He actually did get to my house in the time he said he would, despite a horrible rain storm. 4) He opened the lock, fixed up the deadbolt, made me a new key, fixed another key that was bent, and took my payment, all in less than 10 minutes and for a reasonable price. Yayyy! I wish I'd called him first. I would have been inside an hour earlier. Well I just bought a new house 3 months ago and looked high and low for a reasonably priced locksmith. I finally came across Raleigh Locksmith and the price was fair. On the scheduled day, I was running 30 minutes late at work and texted Kevin. He was very flexible and had a great attitude!
