I really recommend using the online feature and allowing 30-60mins, i placed my order and grabbed what i needed from target. By the time i was done so was my sandwich ready for pick up. Plenty of parking in front but i recommend the side as it's less busy with quick ins and outs of cars. I walked in and all the ready orders are placed in a pick up area! Please make sure you pick up YOUR sandwich. I paid and all took about 2-5 mins. Got home and ok this sandwich was huge for $9. They packed on the meat and tbh i don't know what kind of meat it was and don't think i would have ordered it on my own but it was GOOD. I split with my hubby who couldn't even finish his half. When I mentioned my call to the staff member up front, she dismissed me, saying she couldn't help because they were out of bread. After I clarified that I just wanted the refund I agreed on with the manager, she handed me off to someone else without another word. Instead of an apology for serving a dangerous foreign object in my food, the staff handed me cash (even though I paid by card) and essentially brushed me off with a poor attitude. (I was thinking more kosher dill, like Claussen pickles or like the pickles you'd get at a Jewish deli). The sandwich was the star of the show, for $11.99 it was HUGE, the Italian Hero comes with prosciutto, mortadella, salami, roasted red bell pepper, and provolone- all sandwiches also come with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and pepperoncini. Raley's has become my home away from home during Covid. It's so close to my home and they do so many things right, I truly love you guys. The check out staff is always so friendly, the pharmacy staff as well. 97% of people that shop here are courteous and sane enough to wear masks, although the occasional fool will slip through, Overall I love this grocery store, that said I've had to stop buying meat from the deli because the workers there often have their masks off, which is disappointing to say the least. What an important part of the store for cleanliness. I've said something to management on multiple occasions but it continues to happen. Will I stop shopping here because of it? Update! The last 2 times I got a sandwich I have noticed they went back to the good produce and pickles. They have kept some of the original good sandwiches, and fresh produce that make them different from your local sandwich joint. Thank you deli for sticking with something that is good and works. The store inside is ok just a bit rundown and somewhat dirty. The area around it is kind of ghetto. The shoplifting and crime must be bad because there's an armed security guard at the front door. Definitely avoid shopping there after dark. read more
