Spend a bit more for the carrots and jalapenos as a side. Even their bean n cheese burritos taste better than most. They had alot of options, The food came at a reasonable time, I got the bacon breakfast burrito, everything was good but i throught the bacon could have been crisper. And the cheese was no melted at all in the burrito, it was cold, i honaslty dont know when the salsa station was last checked on, it was about 11 am when i came in and the salsa station was already empty, so they either use that much salsa or it was left over from the day before, . I am giving a star for customer service though, They were very fast and friendly, i will say the customer service was efficient, i just hope to see the quality increase as well, read more

Small "hole in the wall" taco shop (my favorite type). Nachos were excellent- I had ordered them just for my own lunch but my family couldn't keep their hands off them (why I ordered a large). They said their chicken burrito, Chile relleno burrito and quesadilla were good too. The staff were attentive to our needs and cleaning. read more

The young gentleman took our order and had good communication skills while dealing with us and other customers. We dined in; when our food was ready, someone brought the dishes to our table. I'm pleased with their customer service. We were expecting liquid cheese with the nachos, but what we got was fine. The beef in the rolled tacos was a little dry, but the bean on the tostada was really good. Salsa bar was available, but they were running low on avocado salsa, which we wanted to try. Bathrooms were clean, but there was no soap. They had just opened when we came in, so everything should be well-stocked at the beginning of the day. read more

I'm not going to pass judgement on this place just yet. I love machaca for breakfast, I was working in the area of this business and thought I would give it a try, the parking lot is huge , it looks clean from the outside. I was probably the first customer of the day and I ordered my favorite dish , machaca, in burrito form. The person behind the counter took my money and went to the back to make my food, obviously there was only one person working at this time of the morning. It was done in about 5 minutes and I do like that the have a salsa bar to get salsa and jalapeños from. My burrito was nice and hot , first couple of bites and it seemed there were more potatoes than eggs in my burrito. Not bad but not something I would drive across town to get a second time either. I'm going to try this spot in the afternoon and order some other dish before I give this place a thumbs up or down. If your on this side of town give this place a try, don't drive across town to eat here for now, Stand by a further review is necessary. read more

I had the machaca plate. They added fries underneath *maybe to make it look fuller?*. The fries were attached to the eggs, beef and cheese and there was really no way to detach. I get the machaca because if the "protien" and want to choose which carbs I wish to eat. Fries is not one of them. I've had this plate here, 4th street and Crescent City locations and there has never been potatos. If I go again, I will have to try to remember this, as "potatos" are not an ingredient on the menu. This is how I feel: If someone wants to open up a restaurant, they NEED to be there. There was ONE person working the entire restaurant when I was there. He was not a people person, but he was a COOK. The food was very good. It's not fair for a "business owner" to open up a restaurant and think it's ok to run on limited staffing. You are running loyal people into the ground by expecting them to pick up the slack for all of the duties in a restaurant. IF this is the case, the cook should be making a wage of $30 an hour if he has to cover the duties of everyone else. The owner needs to stop being greedy and get their butt in to work! read more

My family are regulars at, both, Eureka, Raliberto's locations, but the one sharing the shopping center with Big 5, is closer to where we live. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Raliberto's has amazing burritos (ask for the Gordito) but lately we've been ordering a lot of tacos. They have an awesome variety and, recently, they have been on sale! My wife, likes the Al Pastor, and I like the beef, and also, the fish tacos... The food is always fresh ando tasty, with great prices! read more

Quick service. Bland food. The person at the register didn't understand our order. We ordered two rolled tacos for our kids but they only brought out one order. My husband placed another order for taquitos, but they brought out tacos. Then had to place a third order for rolled tacos. This restaurant takes me back to my San Diego days. Most Humboldt county Mexican restaurants load all their burritos with rice and beans and then put a small amount of meat. You're basically eating a burrito full of dirt-cheap fillers. Not the case here. Ralibertos puts a ton of meat, a little pico and a little bit of sauces. Always GREAT i love it here, they always make it how I want it and they also make it fresh and in front of me to make sure it's good. Never in my life have I been this frustrated at a restaurant.... Ever. Every single thing we tried to order, the man need to go "ask permission" from the cook. ASK PERMISSION FOR ITEMS DIRECTLY ON THE MENU. He went back 5-6 times and it took 15 minutes to stand up there and attempt to order 5 street tacos that were ALL THE SAME and TWO tacos that were the same. There was a complete lack of customer service. Food isn't even worthy of the amount of time we spent ordering. 10/10 do not recommend. Hopefully the other location works out better for everyone. Sidebar: we were LITERALLY the only people in the entire place. I love supporting local business, but it's hard not to jump over to Taco Bell after this experience. read more

I don't complain much about places but went here for the first time and I will never be going back again. The cashier acted like it was a problem to get whole beans in my burrito, and was annoyed when I asked, my burrito was cold, the rice tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. Left hungry and annoyed, let alone their tv was like on full volume and asked if she could turn it down and she said no. Will never be going back again. Good food but don't be scammed like we were! Cashier didn't give a receipt (purposefully walked away at end of credit card transaction to avoid this), and when order was served, an item was missing. Was told it wasn't ordered and we ended up paying for the same thing twice. Went in on 8/31/21 at 5pm, service was helpful and polite. The food was not good. We ordered a super burrito with al pastor, the tortilla tasted stale and the meat was tuff and spiced strangely it almost had a cinnamon after taste? The onions where cut huge, eating a large chunk of raw white onion is so gross. We also got the grilled chicken tacos and they were very large in size. Yet again the meat had a strange texture and didn't look like it had spent enough time on the grill ( not raw, just not grilled) In to the trash it went! yuck! $20 with a drink I thought all the meat was overly salty. the food is pretty good but honestly the customer service was so bad I have to give the lowest rating possible. I know about working in food service so I get if it is a tough day. with that said, I asked how the guy at the register was doing and he just stared at me- I repeated myself and he kept staring. I asked a third time and he said, "fine." After ordering and paying I asked if it had been a tough day and he said, "no."
