I went to this same office for close to 50 years, first with Dr. George Henley, who retired and then Dr. Mann, who also retired. I read the bad, read the good, and decided to give them a try. I called, explained my situation, and boom, same day visit to make sure everything was ok, then a follow up the next day for a temp. Fast, efficient, easy. Now, because this was an emergent issue, I didn't take the time to go through all of the hoops to find an in-network provider with my insurance provider. I know this could've lead me to a search for a second job, but fortunately I was covered, even though I was not in-network. I did have questions about cost, and how my coverage would apply; let me tell you, they broke everything down, and explained everything I could expect, and even refunded me fees that they clawed back from my insurance. I wanted to know how my coverage would work, since they were out of network, and they gave me a printout of how my coverage would be applied over their range of services. It turns out that even though they're not in my network, everything is still reasonably covered so I'm joining their club! A week later, my crown was ready; they got it fitted, seated, and got me out the door in under an hour. No pain, no problems, just premium work! On my original crown, you could feel the seam where the crown met the tooth, but the new one is on there and I can't tell where my tooth stops and the crown starts, it's completely seamless! It's like magic; sweet, sexy, dental magic! I was back on track towards earning my Ozempic prescription the very next day. Alex, Luli, Dr. Kuo, you guys are amazing, thank you!!!

First, Dr. Sutton is a good dentist. I initially stopped going to his office because on my last…read morevisit, I was told that the way Delta worked had changed; I was now to pay the entire cost up front and Delta would reimburse me later. I paid 400-something dollars up front and Delta... didn't reimburse me. When I spoke to Delta, they told me that the dental office should have known better and didn't tell me. Fast forward, and I decided to give it another go. I set up a cleaning appt for this month (January 2026). Unfortunately I had a work emergency and couldn't leave to go to my appt. When they called, I felt bad about it, but there was no way I could leave. They said I could come in the next day, which at the time I thought would be fine. However, that night, the work emergency had turned into a very serious matter and my company booked me on a flight at 4am. I called before I left my house for the airport and informed the dental office's answering service that I was very sorry, but I had an emergency and would be out of town. Then I received a bill in the mail for the missed appt. If I had simply forgot or decided not to go, I would happily pay the cancellation fee, but this was an emergency (of the 'somebody is in the hospital about to die' variety) that was completely unavoidable on my end. I was told that I should consider it a "courtesy" that I wasn't charged for both appts. As I said, Dr. Sutton IS a good dentist, but I will recommend everyone I know (of which several are current patients) to avoid this place just because this all rubbed me the wrong way. I wonder if I was the one who fell off a ladder and smashed my head in if they would've still billed me for a missed appointment.

Then, when Dr. Sutton arrived, it was like a family member had entered the room, with warmth and compassion...he listened carefully to my concerns, spoke with both myself and husband at length, and I was shocked by how much calmer I felt at the end of our visit! The front office staff were also efficient and friendly. Particularly, Sarah. She took her time to ensure we understood our insurance coverage and follow up appointments. Buckle up friends, for this tale of pain and suffering at the hands of this terrible practice. I…read morechose Dr. Murolo as my dentist after moving to this area in Fall 2024, and even though I had no pain or problems with my teeth he told me that I have 4 fillings that are old and need to be replaced. So I do, but now two of the fillings that he replaced hurt anytime I eat. It is extremely frustrating to have had no problems with your teeth, and then you go see the dentist and all of a sudden your teeth start hurting. He says the bite needs to be adjusted, and so I get the bite adjusted . . . 4 different times. Each time it takes more than a week to get an appointment for a 5 minute procedure. Also the pain is getting better with each adjustment but it's not disappearing. So finally it's decided that the fillings need to be re-done, and it takes almost a month to get an appointment for this. (Seriously - I messaged them on 12/17 and their earliest appointment was 1/14). Then when I get there they claim that I was late and they can't see me for another two weeks. Also at this point the pain has gotten much worse for some reason - my teeth are now constantly hurting and food is getting stuck in between the two fillings every time I eat. It is literal agony but they will not give me an appointment. I can't stand the pain anymore and find another dental practice whose angel of a dentist agrees to see me for an emergency appointment the next day. When I get there they discover that the fillings that Dr. Murolo did BROKE after only three months and bacteria had entered the site. That's why the pain had become so severe all of a sudden. It's so bad that the new dentist re-does my fillings on the spot, but it costs me $300+ because my insurance will not cover a re-do so soon on the fillings. I am so happy to be pain-free now but had a terrible experience with this practice and would not recommend them. Impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner and like I mentioned, fillings broke after only three months, which I can't believe is even possible. Last of all front desk was terribly unprofessional and kept sending us $500+ bills and claiming my husband did not have insurance . . . ma'am, you spelled his last name wrong, that's why you couldn't find him in the insurance system. Told her this and she just giggled and blamed it on "multitasking." There are so many great dentists out there (including the new one I randomly found while desperately searching for an emergency appointment) that you should not waste your time with this practice.
