Lots of school and team love here. The UofM section is being built out yet. UofM, MSU, Tigers, Lions, Red Wings are sizable sections. Central, WSU and others get small sections, guess it makes sense. Big store here. Quite big. read more

Store was cluttered and trying to push a wheelchair around the clothing racks was a challenge!

There typically is a lot of merchandise to choose from except for the smaller Michigan colleges. This location always has very few people working there and they don't seem excited to help you find something. read more

I knew they are expensive but oh boy! But my biggest complaint is how difficult it is to look at the merchandise on the racks. Everything crammed on every which way with no order as-to size or style. There must be a better way to showcase the merchandise especially at those prices! read more

This is a pretty solid Rally House location. It has a great selection of MSU gear, which is what I'm generally looking for. Prices are always a bit steep for certain things at Rally house, but they make up for it with the variety of products they carry. Service at this store has been a bit rough lately. When I was there last week, they had about 8 people working, but they were all just chatting and goofing around in the checkout area. read more

Pretty cool store inside the mall! We stopped in the other day to look around and found a great selection of all types of Detroit sports related items! I found some Detroit lions baby items for my son and also some very nice items for our dog! The prices were pretty reasonable and the staff was friendly! I will be back! read more

They had lost power and store was closed but they directed us to the Rally store in the mall across the street.

My husband and I went in Rally H to buy a youth large #1 Worthy Chiefs Jersey. We asked two people and they were very helpful but no Worthy jerseys at all. They were sold out so they checked other store in Liberty and they were sold out!!! Very popular Jersey! They need more Worthy jerseys for kids too because they were sold out. People are buying them up faster than they can make them. Anyway we ended up buying a really nice t shirt (Worthy) oh it was the last one for kid youth large and hat. Susan was the sales lady and very helpful and fun to talk with. So friendly at this store off Barry road in NKC. Fun experience! read more

This store is super clean, that might be because it's still new. The employees are super friendly, they greet you as you walk in, and that's not something that is too common today. This store offers a lot more then just Detroit sports teams and UofM stuff. They had most universities in the state, even Ferris State. So if you get a chance, check this place out, even there bathrooms are top notch. read more

I needed to return a Father's Day tee. I bought a medium and needed a large. I will admit, I took the tags off before I gift wrapped it. I wrapped it months before. Also, didn't have the receipt. I knew a return or exchange was unlikely. I was prepared for a "no" when I went into the store. The tee was never worn more than my dad trying it in and discovering he needed a bigger size. Although I was prepared to be turned away, I was not prepared for the manager's unprofessionalism. In her defense, she was able to find my purchase in the computer and did give me a much appreciated refund. What I was not prepared for was her saying "no tags, no receipt, is a likely story" and I really wasn't prepared for her to smell the tee right in front of me to make sure I was not lying about it never being worn. As I stated earlier, just say no. I felt humiliated. I wasn't lying. She had no reason to believe me, I get that. She had every right to decline the return. I just didn't appreciate her rudeness. read more

I didn't want to leave this store.....ever! If you like the Red Wings and don't want to travel all the way to Hockeytown, this is the place for you. Out of all the Michigan-based teams that are featured at this location, Detroit Red Wings merchandise is definitely the most prominent here. There are so many different things to choose from for all ages and male and female family members and friends! I did journey through the rest of the store to see all of the other things that they had to offer, however, the Red Wings items made me fall in love with this store. The Rally House Staff in Novi, MI were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The workers there were so incredibly friendly and helpful. My husband and I drove an hour and a half to pick up a sweatshirt and we ended up making two more purchases. Very rude staff. I understand there is a 60 day return policy, but the staff at the Livonia location is able to offer a return back to store credit. This location does not sell Nike, which is a big disappointment. When the clerk saw I was returning a Nike item, she asked where I got it and if I wanted to return it at that location. Clearly, she didn't want to take the return because she can't sell Nike in her store. She could have been nicer about the situation. I will not be shopping here in the future. I will travel a longer distance to the Livonia location (which is great!) read more
