I happen to be in the Fresno area and saw Rally's so I decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. I went to the drive-through. What threw me off was , my order was taken by AI (artificial intelligence). I thought somebody was behind the register taking the order, but when I went to the drive-through window, the young man said it was the computer talking to me and not him. I found that interesting. ordered the double baconzilla. I was pretty impressed. I haven't seen a thick burger patty in a long time. Maybe these commercialized burger joints should take some lessons from Rally's. The baconzilla comes pretty plain. I think it has its own special sauce or maybe it was mayo, ketchup mix, bacon, cheese and Pattie's. The way I like my burgers. Either way, I enjoyed this burger. It was soft and juicy. If I had one complaint, it was slightly over seasoned. If it wasn't over seasoned, this place would definitely be a solid four stars. As for the fries and soda, they too were good. After avoiding this place for several years due to negative experiences, I made the mistake of trying them again tonight... only because I was craving funnel cakes and this was the only place open that had the sticks. In the past, they used to be served differently (better) with fruit topping and whipped cream. But now that just call them funnel cake fries and serve them plain. I went through the drive thru and ordered them, then asked if I could get some strawberry topping on the side. The unidentified female said no. I reminded her it was the same topping they already have and use on their ice cream sundaes, and even offered to pay extra for it. Again, she said no with no further explanation or excuse. First off they got our order wrong, we were missing two fries and a drink. We told them at the window and they said oh we can't add things at the window and gave us back $3!! I drove thru for a chili dog fix and I got what I went for. I like the chili they use and the hot dog itself is tasty. I have them add mustard and light onion. It takes care of the craving. This is the worse rallys I've been to. The crew is rude, the manager Jessie is not even a good manager, she's just as rude as the cashiers. I was sitting in the restaurant for a good min and I seen no employees working, letting the drive line back up, no "hi welcome to rallys", customers being ignored.The lobby was dirty. The cashiers were just standing there not working. I also heard someone say "mom" that's very professional. You need a whole new crew to work there. I know this is fast food but you still have to have professionalism. There needs to be more employees if you can't get 3 orders out in a timely manner. To bad this rallys lost a customer. read more

Ridiculous and i know for fact thats a lie . They just dont want to serve anyone ! We cancelled our order and tried to leave the drive thru but they blocked us in with a sign and had to be stuck behind a car for 10+minutes! I literally just walked out of there. I needed to use the bathroom really bad. The cashier said the manager said no because they just cleaned it. Ridiculous. I asked for the managers name. There was a good pause as the manager thought about it. I got a name "Dean" or something like that. Very unprofessional. Someone who was waiting for his food told me to right a review. There were multiple cars behind me, so I decided to leave. As soon as the car behind me pulled forward, I could hear their order being taken immediately. Last night around 9:00 pm 12/22/20 my husband and I went to the Rally's at 4020 W. Shaw Ave. Fresno 93704 and placed an order in the drive thru. We received our order at the window and noticed we did not get what we ordered and paid for. The cashier took our order wrong and owed us a burger and fries. The so called "manager" refused to help us or make it right; even after my husband tried to give them options to fix it. The so called "manager" argued with us, then threatened to call security on us (while in the drive thru). We waited for about 20-25 minutes while cars lined up behind us. She was not willing to give us what we paid for, but was willing to make a line of cars in the drive thru wait while she had a temper tantrum. I got off the car to see what was going on and I noticed her outside walking to each car in line, telling them something as they drove off one by one. This young, immature, no having problem solving skills of a girl made drama instead of coming up with a solution. She turned down every corner we attempted and instead treated us badly! As I watched each car back out of the drive thru, I was left in awe and never again will my husband and I support this location. Rally's Management NEEDS to be more mindful on who they hire and make managers. There has to be better judgement, better management and training. Prices went up a dollar, no surprise there. The double fish is still decent, the double chicken use to be better (crispier) but the worst to have hit is the double rally burger. Had a business trip up to Fresno. I wanted to try this place because I've never seen this around where I live (S.F) and It was the closest fast food joint to my hotel. When I saw their menu they had some good variety (Burgers, Chili Fries, Hot Dogs and Wings!) I ordered some of their wings their wings menu is like a Wingstop (King of Wings to me) knock-off. (Flavors like Mild Buffalo, Angry Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, Asian Kick, BBQ) I also ordered a BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger. Fries- Their fries pretty much taste exactly or super close to Popeyes fries. It is like curly fry seasoning on a regular fry. Wings- I was hoping these would be the next big contender against Wingstop wings buuuut.. nah It didn't stand a chance. The burger was the most greasiest thing I've eaten. All around positive experience here, I went to get food for my girls a couple days ago because, frankly, I was to tired to make dinner. My 8 year old daughter is a big fan of the fry lovers burger, which sounds gross to me, but she likes it, so, whatever. I got that for her and a cheeseburger for her little sister, and an order of fries for them to share. Very poor customer service or more like none at all. I went there around 5:00pm on 11/18/17 and it was not busy. I wanted an order to go. I stood at the register for a few minutes, to me that wasn't long. An employee walked right in front of me behind the counter and didn't acknowledge me. Then a lady came up and took my order after asking me a couple of times to repeat my order. Once she took my order she just handed me my receipt without saying THANK YOU. She had no smile on her face. Looks like she didn't want to be there or wanted to go home. Another person, a male called my number and handed me the food and repeated my order. No THANK YOU from him either! I thought it was me, so I sat down even though I ordered food to go. I observed the employees and it wasn't just me! This Rallys has the worst Customer Service I've ever seen. I've been a Retail Store Manager for more than 45 years and I've terminated my employees for lack of Customer Service!
