Wack drive through & staff. I was ordering & asked for a milk shake, they didn't have any so I asked for a slushee & they said they didn't have any but they had ice cream. So I asked for an ice cream & they continued to say they didn't have any ice cream, so why say you do have ice cream ???? I had been doing some work around the area for a few days, after reading all the bad reviews I had decided to stay away from trying this place. My brother came along with me one night and was wanting to try it and so we did. $3 combos cheeseburger, fries, drink and Apple pie, $3 chicken fries box. I've worked next to rally's for the past 5 years. As you would imagine I have some experience with ordering with this particular restaurant. First off, there seems to always be different people working there every other week, so there are always team members in training. I love rally's, just hate this particular location. I've gone a couple times, only had a few minor issues. This time was quite different though. I only ordered two hamburgers, and after noticing that everyone was getting their food before me, and waiting 20 minutes, I asked when my order would be ready. The employee took my receipt and said she'd be back. Then a few moments later another employee asked me if I had ordered, and when I responded, yes, she gave me a look as if I had lied. After 10 more minutes, one of the employees basically tossed the food at me, and closed the window quickly. I asked for a strawberry lemonade JUICE. They mixed some strawberry SODA with lemonade and it is the most disgraceful most disgusting thing ever. This is my favorite location in L.A. Although I stopped eating beef in '02 I still miss a Rally burger. Today I love the little fish sandwich that you can buy with the 4 for $3. Nobody has better fries than Rally's in the fast food industry. Those apple pies taste like Mickey D's way back in the day. And where else can you buy a banana milkshake?
