While each order comes with its own sauce (thousand island or ranch) it helps to know that extra sauce is about $0.70 before paying because they will upcharge you for each debit card transaction (or ask you for cash). Im still very much satisfied with the customer service and food from this location. I'm not sure what's causing all the bad reviews that I have read so far since my last visit. My husband and I had a very good cashier take our order. Her name was Ru. Fantastic personality and outgoing. She took our order in a very polite manner and it was correct when we got it. The way I see it, part of the bad reviews come from people who sincerely was mistreated and a big part of them comes from people who approach the location with the bad attitude and don't expect to get one in return. That's my opinion anyway. The decision to order the pastrami sandwich came from a Yelp reviewer named Allen. H. It was honestly just the worded part of his review because unfortunately there was no picture of the sandwich, just of him. (Weird, but anyway.) They have a sign that says they'll give you 3 sauces when you buy a Family pack ( 5 burger combos, fries and soda) but when you request them, workers will only provide 2! Ordered a family pack that included 5 drinks and paid nearly about $45. My 5 drinks had an awful taste so we called to let them know that their soda machine wasn't working and if we can get a credit for our 5 drinks. We asked for a credit NOT A REFUND! He was upset that he was going to be giving us new drinks and pressure us to go now or else he won't be giving us anything.
