Today I have to give Rallys one star only. I didn't know what slushie was watermelon and what slushie was fruit punch as both were red. I asked the girl who didn't know either her manager came over hollering that one was watermelon and she said" I know because I made it". The burger was only semi warm with a cold sluce of cheese, her bold response was " oh the cheese doesn't melt", handing us another lukewarm burger. Not friendly at all. **Disclaimer: I am a fast food connoisseur. Judgement: I was both surprised and disappointed. Story: After seeing this Rally's on my way to and from Fresno a number of times, I decided to give it a shot. I only had the Spicy Chicken sandwich & Fish sandwich, so I can only speak for those items. At the top of the bag and subsequently my experience was the chicken burger. While it lacked the mandatory 2 tablespoons of mayo that McD's pioneered, the flavor, freshness and crispiness of the chicken patty startled me. I mean... wow! It was tangy, juicy and hot out of the frier. My experience was looking good. Unfortunately, the fish burger was a flop. All the things that make the Fillet-o-Fish the overpriced unsung hero of McD's menu were disregarded in this pitiful imitation. There was no warm fluffy bun. The tarter sauce (or any sauce for that matter) was missing. The 'fillet' was a dry, flavorless cracker. My eating experience was akin to the smell of cardboard, but instead I was eating it. Maybe Rally's deserves a second chance. For now, it gets 2.5 stars. read more

Well, my first 4 star review... The fries are great, the fresh crisp burger condiments are awesome, the milkshakes aren't half bad and the low price to boot helps with the overall fast food flavor. Even the customer service isn't bad. The reason its 4 stars and I haven't been in a few months? Cheap food. Its rise and downfall. When I buy burgers with the family I don't expect one of them to get a chipped tooth! Not cool meat grinder people. Be warned! i always looked at this corner burger spot when waiting on the light to turn green. intrigued each time wondering if people go there, as i never see anyone pull in or any cars parked in front of the little white boxed building. finally on a trip home from the grocery store i decided to try it, in hopes no one rear ends me as i pull into the place. i go to the drive through and see in the back of the building the ample parking and benched seating. the food is definitely cheap and basic. no thrills here. they have burgers, chicken stuff and hot dogs. i opted for a basic cheeseburger and their chicken poppers. the burger was more veggies than the thin flavorless meat patty. the chicken was lacking meat as well and mostly fried flour, which my dog adored. they make for great training treats. i have yet to return second time to try another item like the hot dogs. i'd recommend another places. if you want something similar and all american, go to a&w that's attached to kfc only a 5 min drive further along 152. read more

This is a fairly new location. I first tried Rallys in Fresno & I was hooked, so when this one opened, I was pretty happy. My favorite's are either the Baconzilla burger or the chilli cheeze dog & the fries come seasoned & are great. First time visit to rallys. I ordered the regular burger with fries. This restaurant is totally outdoors but they also have a drive thru. Food was good and I really enjoyed my meal. The service could have been better. My cashier seemed a lil high. It took her 3 times me asking her for sauce. Everytime I asked her she went and did something else then acted like she didn't see me at the window waiting. I had to keep asking her for the sauce. Other than that it was ok. Stop at this Central valley hamburger chain out of convenience last week, as I don't often eat at a fast food places. This is a good burger believe it or not on my books. The double burger came with fresh iceberg lettuce, sliced tomatoes and red onions and a very good bun! Yet it was NOT overly salty like all other fast food chains (is why its so awful). WARNING! DO NOT LET THE LOOKS OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOOL YOU!!! This is the poorest excuse of a fast food establishment, and by far the worst fast food we have ever eaten! My hubby and I stopped by on the way home one day and decided to give this place a shot.. It looked harmless enough, with the palm tree's and all. The deals on display seemed pretty sweet and the menu looked appetizing at first glance. Judging by the burger joint style we were expecting our meal to be somewhat similar to In-N-Out or at least like McDonalds.. I'm very disappointed that this place didn't deliver. I just don't know how anyone can mess up so horribly on something so simple to make! The food here was horrible! - bad seasoning with a lingering chemical aftertaste, disgusting deep fryer smell I'm every bite, flat, dog food tasting meat and comically sized portions.
