Have you ever taken the time to really bask in the glory that is Rally's fries? Seriously? They might be the best tasting thing on the whole damn planet. Their burgers are okay, the rest of the food on their menu is really only sub-par...but, oh those fries. If there were only one Rally's in Ohio, I'd go there just to get an order of fries. Luckily...there's one down the street from my house. HUZZAH! Also, there's something I have to say to you Rally's...your two sided drive-thur's are just confusing. food was good but the service was TERRIBLE! We waited 10 minutes at the window for someone to come by and even knocked but no one came. there were people inside as well. we then got back in our car and went through the drive through and there was no actual cashier at the window it was an old robot who didn't really understand our orders. we then got our drinks and I ordered a cheese cake caramel sundae and Carmel was on the cup itself. I love the Milford, OH Rally's. Mike, the guy at the drive-thru is seriously awesome and so polite. Food is always good.

Rallies has pretty good french fries, but a lot of times everything can be served cold and the wait can take quite a while. The meat seems kind of gristly and fatty and it's usually over cooked and cold. Sometimes the fries are just one big greasy mushy mashy mess. Really the biggest problem with eating here is the consistency. If the fries were hot crisp and fresh each time, it would be such a delight. read more

Rally's - Fast Food Near Me - Milford, Ohio

I recently tried Rally's for the first time today, and my experience could plain and simply be described as depressing. Not only were the employees miserable looking, but the whole joint itself looked trashy. But that's the least of what contributed to my bad experience. When we pulled up to the drive through, it was probably the least welcoming introduction I've had at any establishment. Instead of a warm "Welcome to Rally's, what can I get for you today?" or something of the sort, I got "Go ahead and place your order" from the woman taking my order. When we got our food, half of our order was missing, and we were not given a receipt. It was very obvious that the employees did not care about giving customers friendly or even decent service. Three years ago, I would tell you that this place can't get an order right and even the manager thinks an incorrect order is comical because he would, as he stated, "eat anything on the menu with extra mayo." I skipped a few years and started eating here again this year. I gave them another try because I love their fries. They are under new management and have a whole new crew of employees. I go around 2 or three times a month.. sometimes more if I'm in the area, their strawberry cheesecake stackers are the second thing that brings me in. I am always greeted, my food is always fresh to order, and the ladies inside are always so nice. I have not had a cold fry this year from their Milford location. Yes, it takes a minute to get your food, making shakes and ice creams takes a minute, it's worth the wait. If I have to wait the full 5 minutes so they can give me fresh fries, I will wait patiently with a smile because I know I'm not getting served cold fries. This place has really turned around and I'm glad they did. read more

Rally's is your typical grease filled fast-food restaurant which I don't really do. The only thing worth getting here is the fries which are amazing. Sucks there isn't one closer to me than Milford. The one in Eastgate is still sitting there from the fire last year. read more

Want to charge $1 for a large water cup cost 4.5 cents to 10 cents tops what a rip off.

No matter how much or little I order I have to pull into a parking space to wait. Waiting usually takes 15 minutes. The cashiers always have an attitude and the manager is very rude. After my 15 minute wait today, he comes out and asks with a jerk attitude if i am waiting for food.....besides two cars which belongs to employess (during my wait the manager went to his car to smoke and a female employee went to her car to get something). I said I was he then asked what I ordered, as I was telling him he just says, "here" and hands me the bag through the passenger window and walks away. No thanks, no sorry for the wait, and no reply when I said thank you to him. I was of course missing some items but after looking at my receipt I realized they hadn't charged me for the missing items so I took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so. I am done with this place. Arriving home I pull out the food to hand my husbamd his and our kids theirs. Their hot dogs were dry and so hard they were cracking - a hot dog cracking! The fries were soggy and my husband said his cheese sticks tasted like dish water smells. Im sure that this Rallys location is next on the chopping block. read more

I don't eat at Rallys often but this time was pretty bad. The whole reason I went there was to get a chocolate shake to dip my frys in. After being trapped in line I was informed that they had no shakes. Probably because once they get a little busy, the child staff can't handle doing anything extra like putting more mix in the shake machine. I got a Coke and decided to drive the short distance to eat at home rather that in the lot since I was aggravated. When I got home I discovered that half my frys were a burnt clump and my large Coke was really a cup completely full of ice with a tiny amount of Coke. These burgers are already average at best in the realm of fast food and the only thing that makes Rallys worth going to is the frys but tonight was a Fail. And to compound insult when I sat down to do the online survey I could not proceed without the store code. I don't have the store code because the entire top of my receipt is blank so I don't even get the free burger. Moral of the story - Don't go to Rallys when they actually have a line indicating they're busy...or just Don't go. read more

How does this place stay in business? We payed over 25.00 for our family some burgers and fries. ALL of the burgers were COLD. The cheese was not melted and the bun was cold to touch. My 6 year old daughter would not eat her burger since it was cold and I don't blame her. The only thing edible was the fries. The man who took our money seemed pissed that we were there. After throwing out most of the food we went and got the kids another burger down the road. We will not be back. read more

Interesting that there are folks like me that spend time typing in a review about Rally's. Is it really not what you expected?

Less than an hour ago, i visited this Rally's with a friend. I have been to many fast food establishments in the span of my life, and I can easily crown this experience as my worst. For starters, the employees seemed downright miserable. I did not see a single smile, or even a hint that perhaps anybody there had smiled in the last week or so. The building itself just looked run down and sad. When my order was taken, I was simply told, "go ahead and place your order." I didn't see this as that big of a deal, other than it lacked friendliness. After I did, I pulled up to the window. The woman who handed me my food looked at me with a dismal expression and neglected to even speak. Once she had my food, she didn't even hand it to me. She simply held it at her chest and I had to reach out of my car to grab it. It was awkward and I felt like it would have been easy for her to just extend her arms and made me not have to sit up and reach out of my car. Even this could have been excused though. What convinced me to write this review was when I looked into the bag once I had already gotten home. Half of my order wasn't even in there, and I was definitely charged for it. Already frustrated, I looked for my receipt so I could maybe drive back down there and get the rest of my food but, lo and behold, it wasn't even in there. Overall, it was a depressing experience and I am undergoing strong remorse and sadness. read more
