The representative said he recommended I make an appointment rather than coming in at 9. So he took my information and made an appointment for 11:30. When I arrived at 11:15, they told me he wrote down my information but that I did not have an appointment and that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I asked for three things: please fix the right front check the left front and I need a quote for new tires. They were right on it. Service took less than 20 minutes and everything was done.
