Probably the nicest Ralphs around. I discovered this one late in the game after the fires and Topanga Canyon Blvd. To PCH became closed. Ralph's in Malibu became a lot harder to access, Ralph's Palisades was toast, and Ralph's in Woodland Hills is always a zoo. It's just so damn crowded and so popular. I started coming to the Calabasas one when I realized it was about the same distance from Home as the one in Woodland Hills and I wish I had made that decision sooner. I think the prices are probably slightly higher and they probably don't have as many great deals as Malibu did because Malibu is such an infrequently visited store so they constantly had amazing deals. However this has got to be the nicest one by longshot. I've never been to a nicer Ralphs. Parking is easy and spacious because it's a Caruso development. It's easy to trip Link in because there's so many other wonderful stores nearby and adjacent. You can pop over to Sees Candy as an example. They have a lot of random ancillary kitchen items featured here too that you might find at bed Bath and beyond. Far more at this Ralphs unlike other Ralphs I've frequented. It's just incredibly well stocked. It's extra large and it just feels really good. I like the store a lot.

Just an update to say that I'm back again (every week) 10/5 and Alexis is the employee that helped me with my pick up order. Was a rather large order. Minutes after I pulled into parking spot & punched the number in on the app, he was out with all my groceries. He informed me of item that was unavailable even though the app did as well, I still appreciate the added communication. He was very respectful and polite and loaded everything into car with care. Even went above and beyond and handed me the eggs to travel in the front seat to ensure they don't break. I've had great experience at this Ralph's with the staff and service. The employees I've dealt with have all been extraordinary! I want that noted.

This Ralphs has been going downhill for years and has reached a new low with aisles being blocked off to prevent looting. Hire a security guard! Consistently, only one manned checkout lane is open. Either you wait forever or are forced to self checkout. They hire workers to watch people struggle with self checkout (because we are customers, not employees!) rather than working a checkout lane themselves. Rick Caruso's Commons should be providing more for Calabasas. This is pathetic.

I stopped by to pick up last minute items. This Ralph's is located in a beautiful area. The Ralph's is very clean. I didn't need help locating my items but the employees that I walked passed were very welcoming. Every employee greeted me. The place was empty as I visited around 8:00am so there were no lines. There is plenty of parking available. I also noticed a sign for a DMV kiosk machine. Very convenient. If I lived in the area I would definitely take advantage of that and avoid DMV lines.

I love this store chain. Fresh and tasty products. Neat and tidy, clean. Large assortment of goods.

Nice, clean and organized store inside the Commons shopping center. Great location between the freeway and Calabasa hills. Pretty good variety for the neighborhood for all kinds of foods for whatever you are cooking. Been here many times. The Bistro/combo lunch/ Dinner is a great filling meal for $8. Choice of chicken, Fried, Baked, or BBQ to choose from and 2 sides, Mac & Cheese, potato wedges, Cole slaw, tuna salad, wings and other great selections. Pick up any drink your heart desires and your meal complete. Always has fresh fruits, Fruit bowls, chips, organic drinks or not, just next to deli section to choose from. Try it out!

This is the most pleasant Ralph's to shop at in the area as it's the most clean newest looking location. It also seems larger than the other Ralphs in the area. Their sushi department is superior to the other locations as well. I got the Avocado Roll today for only 6.99 and I could literally eat it everyday. Compliments to the chef. There are fresh vegetables and lettuce. It's very healthy but filling. I also bought a Marie Calenders pie which was on sale for only 5.99! Incredible deal. There are tables and chairs out outside the Ralphs so I was able to sit and eat my avocado roll. The shopping center is scenic with pretty trees and a lovely setting. Very good service the associate at the self check made sure I had a bag right away instead of making me wait. Excellent!

I got sick two times in a row from their cooked food and cake.. very rare I get sick from food. and I thought it was something else that was putting me to sleep beside them.. and also partially swelling my lips.. I had chocolate cake and banana today as well as yesterday.. and something was knocking me out like someone drugged me .. I thought it was something else .. until I only ate chocolate cake and a banana from here and the same thing happened.. then I snapped out of my deep sleepiness and went and got some lunch and my lips went to tangly sensation and a bit swelling like it did night before last. last time i got some cooked food . someone must be targeting someone in here because not likely this will keep occurring. not even here . The other night the same thing happened with my lips with the chicken . Something isn't right .

I needed sushi for a fundraiser, and decided to visit the sushi department at the Ralphs in the Calabasas Commons, as it's in my neighborhood.

Go when they open, grab the bacon, order the Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie, sit outside, and lean into the absurdly California lineup of flavors and ingredients. Everything feels polished, fresh, and a little excessive in a way that somehow works. It's the kind of place that knows exactly what it is and commits fully Parking? Lot. Easy if you go early My top items: Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie (5/5): Almond milk, strawberries, banana, avocado, dates, maple syrup, collagen peptides, sea moss gel, and coconut cream sounds like something a wellness influencer invented during a spiritual awakening, but somehow it absolutely works. Yeah, twenty dollars for a smoothie is borderline criminal, but this thing tasted incredible. Creamy, rich, naturally sweet, and weirdly luxurious without feeling heavy Beeler's Hickory Smoked Bacon (5/5): Wow. Easily some of the best bacon I've had in a long time. Perfect balance of smoke, salt, sweetness, and fat with edges that crisped up just enough without drying out the center. You could actually taste the quality of the pork instead of just generic salt and smoke. Simple, dialed in, ridiculously satisfying

We went during lunch time so I'm aware that was part of the parking lot fullness, but the staff had this almost apathetic attitude. I saw a piece of pizza I hadn't seen and wanted to try. A couple employees were having a convo at the counter. I just waited to see how long they were going to stand there. Longer than you'd expect. I mentioned Milo earlier. Rockstar in the cafe, gave us samples, answered questions about things I didn't see. I was told to try the battered portobellos. I guess they didn't have them that day but I appreciated that Milo checked. That was the most pleasant experience and Milo's customer service was aligned with what I've come to expect. Checkout was lacklustre. This is the first store I've been at that had a conveyor belt. I went through twice. The first person seemed like he didn't want to be there. The second I asked about the new membership tiers and she wasn't sure then she was surprised at my level. I got clarification around the program from someone at my store, and she showed me where vip line is. It just wasn't a vibe I've been used to over any of the stores I've been to. Maybe it's calabasas, idk. I can say I went. 8 down, 3 to go. Ya, Erewhon is probably my personality atp. Ah well, there's worse things!

Been here a few times now and it's been great other than the usual stares I've grown up with. That doesn't bother me. What bothered me today was the first time purchase of just a couple steaks from the butcher. One dry aged and one tbone. The dry aged was fine. My issue is the tbone. What I saw in the butcher display showed the usual two cuts on the bone. Going home I found that the Filet part was cut and missing. If that's the case I would have just gotten a NY strip. I am disappointed in that and was never something I grew up with and expected from a market like BF. Next time I am there I will be saying something and want to check and see what exact cut I am getting. Thank you.

I had a very frustrating experience at the deli/hot food area today around 5:30 PM…read more When I arrived, an older employee was helping another customer, and there was someone else waiting in the hot food section. I stood in the sandwich/deli area for several minutes with no acknowledgment. Since no one came over, I walked to the hot food side where the employee was already assisting others. After finishing with those customers, the employee looked directly at me and then walked away to do other tasks without saying a word. No greeting, no "I'll be right with you," nothing. A second, younger employee came over and also failed to acknowledge me, even though I was clearly standing there waiting. Shortly after, another customer approached. I saw her arrive after I had already been waiting, yet she was helped before me without any explanation. I continued to stand there, still unacknowledged, until I finally had to speak up and say, "I've been standing here." At that point, I was told the other customer had been there before me, which was not accurate based on what I observed. The entire situation felt disorganized, dismissive, and honestly very rude--especially since I was standing there with my daughter the entire time. This could have easily been avoided with basic communication. A simple acknowledgment or a clear system for helping customers (like a number system) would go a long way. Instead, it felt like customers could be ignored and skipped with no accountability. Very disappointing experience.
