I can not say enough about Daniel in the bakery. He's so kind and helpful, and always in the best mood, no matter how hectic it is. I've ordered over 10 cakes from him and each one comes out beautifully and tastes delicious. He always accepts my crazy requests and provides the best experience. They're so accommodating even with last minute requests. I highly recommend ordering from them.

The flower shop at pavilions was so incredibly helpful. I was looking for something in purple, and in orange, for twins. Libeth stopped what she was doing to help me rewrap some orchids, one in purple and one in orange, they are beautiful.Thank you so much, Libeth for making these birthday gifts perfect.

we have purchased Haas Avocados there 3 times in the last two months and had to throw $3.99 each away every time. Don't buy them there

Birthday cake.

Pavilions bakery is amazing! They always go above and beyond to get you what you want. Cakes always look amazing and taste delicious too.

What a posh and elegant grocery store from other locations that I have been too. They have plenty of fresh flowers and orchids to choose from. Cooked food and sushi at its best. Farmers harvest and the like. Fully stocked shelves and organized. I like the Wine Cellar too. It is Coo!!! The manager/staff who helped me is nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back here and recommend this place.

She runs the balloon center at this Ralph's location and is so helpful! You should know that not all balloons are created equal. If you want nice helium filled ones, you're going to need good quality balloons. I got some from Daiso and the Dollar Store and they just didn't look like they were going to hold up. The price for helium balloons is the same whether you buy the balloon there at Ralph's or if you bring your own. So you might as well go with the quality assured balloons they sell at Ralph's. Each basic solid colored balloon was well under $2 and Tara ties it up nicely with ribbon and an anchor, and she will arrange them for you too if you want them in a nice bunch! The big shiny Mylar balloons come in a ton of shapes and sizes and they were about $13-15 including the balloon and helium, with string and anchor. These last a while too! Ralph's on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills is my go to for helium filled balloons! They're all over the store. They have tons of variety and Tara is the person who runs the balloon center there and she's helpful!

Before you choose your line, just look at the person and assess whether they have their wits about them or just go straight to self checkout. this location is super special because I always encounter an issue here. once I loaded my cart with groceries..I smelled something foul. i stuck my head deep into the cart and had determined that some homeless dude urinated on it..in it. I left the cart and walked out because it was so unsettling. speaking of the homeless, I've seen shoplifting here happen with impunity YET they will be sure to card a 40 year old for alcohol and charge you for a paperbag. I also remember going to a Ralph's in the AM and I could do my shopping unobstructed because they would stock before they opened, but in a genius attempt to inconvenience everyone and probably save money, they stock during business hours so you've got people in the aisles working and stocking right when they open. If sprouts sold everything i needed, I'd keep my business there but there is no good alternative for some basics

The space itself? Massive, the kind that you'd dream of if you wanted to play hide-and-seek as a child in a public shopping area. (Obviously, don't be hiding and seeking here, though, unless you're a well-sought after item, which in that case you'd be a natural at it.) Paying was fairly easy, and like all Trader Joe's locations, every station was worked by a caring staff member taking care of your items from scan to bag. Overall, the classic Trader Joe's experience with less claustrophobia.

Managers have always been considerate and respectful. Trader Joe's is consistently one of the coolest companies I've done business with. That was until I had to deal with Jason C, who claims to be the manager at the Trader Joe's on Ventura in Woodland Hills. I arrived at exactly 9:00 PM after spending a grueling hour trying to get to the store from my home in the mountains, after dealing with numerous setbacks. I only needed one item and I needed it desperately to prepare a medicinal tincture. There was nowhere else I knew of that would have it. And I would not be able to return the next day or anytime soon because I'm getting ready to go out of town. I pleaded my case with Jason and he had no consideration or respect for my situation and said at 9:01 that he would not allow me to get this item, despite the store still being actively full of people. I have been shopping at the store since it opened years ago. I've never seen this dude before and I swear to never see him again, because I'm not coming back. As a result, this ruined an entire batch for me. A heavy loss. I typically spend $500-$600 a month in this place and to be treated with such disrespect and a complete lack of consideration, aggravates me to the core. A successful manager has the capability to discern a situation instead of following the letter of the "law", following the intent, and taking care of customers that keep one in business when there are many other choices. Jason failed miserably, in my observation and experience... This is as much of a warning to Trader Joe's execs as it is the patrons. I have spent 4 decades creating promotional media/commercials for businesses. An inconsiderate manager can ruin a business' reputation to the point that no amount of advertising can salvage. Jason is an obedient drone that follows corporate policy to the letter, yet fails miserably at taking care of the customers, the "intent" of any successful manager. One's profit does not come from the Corporate office, it comes from the customers... To add insult to injury, he wishes me a wonderful evening... After he just ruined it... If it was me I'd replace him with someone who can make customers happy, in place of one that inspires them to spend their precious time warning humanity against him... to spare one the frustration, endured as a result...

This store is like a combo of AJ's, Whole Foods, and other upscale markets...located in Calabasas so think pricey!!! They offer tons of organic, ethically-sourced foods, have a huge hot and cold area of fresh made foods. Their huge hot-food selection area had so many breakfast offerings to choose from. Their produce area is amazing and fabulous and the rest of the store offers so many varieties of upper scale products. It's expensive for sure but you get what you pay for! Everyone we encountered as we browsed and talked with were friendly, helpful, and really made the whole experience top notch! For breakfast we choose a few different things from the fresh food bar...bacon, potatoes, a slice of avocado toast and wife chose the baked sweet potato topped with an egg. So dang good and healthy and we felt so good not eating fast food! The avocado toast was the best I've had with smashed avocado topped with sliced hard-boiled egg and pea sprouts. The bacon was crispy and flavorful and the potatoes were great. I wish I would have taken more photos because they had so much to offer! Right off the 101 in Calabasas, this is a great break on a road trip and will satisfy anybody looking for a meal or snack. You know it's BBQ Season, as their smokers fill the air that makes your mouth just water! There's always a line (a good sign)... and the portions are fair (not great, but not skimpy either). There's always two things when it comes to the barbecue does it smell as good as it tastes does it taste as good as it smells? And in this situation, the taste is not as good as it smells. I've been on this planet for a long time in the last 40 something years have eaten more than my Fair share a barbecue so I can only give you my opinion of a 40 year journey eating all kinds of barbecue from coast to coast. When it comes to their accouchement of sauces, yes they got plenty of hot sauces but no they don't have that many "" sauces or a juice that you can get with what you order. Lastly, all kinds of folks I've met are proud of the meat. They make love to talk about it love to get into the mechanics behind it without of course, giving up their trade secrets you don't get that here. If anything, you can just get people that wanna move the line along and I get it if there's a long line you wanna move folks along, but you can still be friendly about it. During the days that I've been there before the line started it's the same attitude just get your plate. Get your grub and go little to no communication. So if they ever make their chicken, chickens and meats taste as good as it smells, they will definitely get another star out of me, and if their attitude was more friendly and less stuffy, we would finally get that five star review that they should deserve, but due to the things I've encountered more than once it's three stars.
