Went here today to order cake for my son. (Around 3:30pm) The lady that was working at the bakery was super rude and wasn't helpful at all!! When I got there she was chit chatting with one of the customer I assume is her friend. When it was myturn she did not even smile or anything. She kept doing what she was doing on the table when I already told her I was interested in ordering a cake. No eye contact whatsoever and when I asked her something she just ignored me!! So I ended up not ordering and just left!! I'd rather go all the way to the one on day creek then to deal with that lady again!! read more

I shoppeD here because it's the closest grocery store to me. BUT yesterday I shopped for about $50 worth of groceries and was surprised when the checker just pushed my items to the end and proceeded to ring up the next shopper. I asked if that was a new thing that we bag our own groceries and she replied that since I DID'T buy bags (I brought my own) I had to do it myself. Hmmm, I glad she informed me. I love that this Ralph's is never out of control busy. Aaand, they just opened a sushi section! Before you judge, check it out. It's not your normal grocery store sushi made with rice paste. They've got guys in there making it all fresh, daily. I just ate got a crunchy shrimp tempura roll, and not only was the price right (9.99), but it was delicious! Stay away from Summa Sushi, and go to Ralph's. read more

I was in the Sierra Lakes store on 2/2/18. The Dr. has put my husband on a strict low sodium diet. We had to travel over an hour to get to a Ralphs to purchase Boars Head meats. Maha in the deli dept was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to show us the sodium content on different items. She also helped us find "prep-pared" meals. I will definitely go back to this Ralphs and I hope that Maha will be working in the deli. I must also say, I believe it was the manager who came over and helped me as I was picking out a couple "prep-pared" meals. After traveling so far it was so nice to get such exceptional service. I wish there was a Ralphs in Big Bear, CA so I wouldn't have to drive so far. read more

I've been living in this area since February 2018 and every single time I go to this store they are out of Crystal Geyser water. Called and asked for the name & number of the regional manager and got a nonchalant a$$hole named Gerard, he's probably the one dropping the delivery off at his house. And when I asked the for the name and number of the regional manger, his response was, it's on the receipt (really b!&$h) and my reply was, I don't have a receipt; oh you don't have a receipt?...hmm, no! But why was it so hard to give me the info? Ugh...I'm soooo sick of people I don't know what to do. However, I do have her name and the hours she's at the store; never seen regional managers at the stores...hmm! Definitely won't be returning, I'll be going back to my Highland Ave store! read more

I went in there tonight between 11:30pm and 12am right before they closed and got onto an argument with a bagger/checker named stephanie. I was waiting in line to get checked out at another check stand when stephanie( hispanic chick) helped the people behind me instead of me, clearly its common sense to help whoever is next but she skipped me and helped out two girls. I asked her nicely why she didnt help me first since i was next in line. She thought i was joking and when she knew i wasnt she started catching an attitude. She was extremely rude not to mention a smart ass and had no manners. All she had to say was im sorry i apologize and it would of been the end of it but she kept going and being a smart ass about it. She needs to take some customer service classes and be more polite to the customers. Very dissapointed in her service, she was unprofessional about it and seems lile she has a short temper. I hate to give this store a bad review because im always there in the mornings after work. I used to work for ralphs and yhats not how we treat our customers specially someone who is there almost everyday. Ill make sure to let management and corporate know about it because whats to say she wont do it again with that short fuse of hers. Very disapointing and un professional. I guess some people dont value theyre jobs and if thats the case they shouldnt be working there. read more

He was very informative and went way above and beyond his call of duty. You can really tell he loves helping the customers. He offered more cost effective options and went out of his way to have my kid's pediatrician, make the necessary changes. read more

I had an uncomfortable situation while I was buying items at this grocery store. This woman who I glanced at her name tag named Maritza always has a horrible way of treating her staff. While every encountered ive had she has a smirky attitude and I always see her push around her staff. I feel like while working there should always be an extra hand and clearly that is not taken care of. read more

I moved to the area several years ago and would go to this store regularly. However, more and more I see a lot of problems! I have complained to the store manager on numerous occasions about the produce department. Either the fruits & vegetables are actually rotten on the shelf or rot within one day of being home. When I say they are rotten I mean not just one... that happens I get it they are fresh. But when more than half of the items in the stack are rotten and covered in mold that is unforgivable. I have purchased packaged sliced cheese and got home to find it also covered in mold and past the expiration date. My fiance has picked up some probiotic yogurt smoothie and the entire cap was covered in mold (took photos of this to send to the store). We've constantly found dairy items (large quantity) to be well past expiration. Frozen foods that have clearly been in the freezer past their prime (popsicles covered in frost/ice). Bread that gets moldy in one day. Despite all my calls of concern to the store about these problems they just seem to get worse. Disappointing considering this is a nice store. read more

I usually never have an issue with this Ralph's, but up until recently that all changed. My husband and I are expecting a baby and lately all I can keep down is fruit. So my husband made a quick trip to Ralph's as it is down the street from us and picked up a tray of fruit, some beef tips (for him), and a few other items. THE NEXT DAY, I go to put some fruit in a bowl for my breakfast when I see mold! Why in the actual hell do I see mold on my fruit when my husband just got it the day before!?! On another note, the beef tips that he purchased....also the day prior...we're totally brown. Fresh meat should not look like that. It's upsetting that freshness isn't a top priority at this location. And now I have to find a store that can accommodate my needs. Especially being pregnant, I don't want to take my chances on food that may or may not be good. GET IT TOGETHER!!! We will not be shopping here. read more

This is our go to Ralphs because it's nearby, its usually clean, and the produce is not bad. My mom was getting things ready for Thanksgiving but forgot some spices so I made a quick run to Ralphs. I didn't want to go in the first place so I was walking fast in the store, which was a bad idea because I didn't see some jello that was on the floor. I fell and almost did the splits. I had to sit on the floor for a few moments because it really hurt. When I went to tell an employee that there was jello on the floor of an isle, he cut me off to tell me that he already knew. After I said, "Okay, because I already fell" and walked away, he finally took it seriously and asked if I was okay. I wasn't upset that I fell until I spoke to him, I wasn't even going to mention the fall, I just wanted someone to clean up the jello. If he knew it was there he should've cleaned it up right away, instead of stocking the meat section. A little later a manager spoke to me and asked if I was okay and if I wanted to file a report. I didn't file a report because I wanted to go home and I was still flustered from the fall, I even forgot to buy a few things. read more

Some good prices for the most part my king soopers city market card made up for the savings and the dairy section was a great selection. Ralph's was pretty good selection overall and better then stater bros in my opinion. read more

At Ralph's deli department, Maha is amazing! Great customer service, makes you feel important, and knows exactly what you want. The service is quick and just amazing overall. When you go ask for her! She is as good as it gets. Definitely deserves a raise!! read more
