I see this Ralphs has super low ratings. I do not shop at this location much but went in this store to pick up a few items while I was in the area. The store was clean and well-stocked. I found what I needed. I didn't have any issues using the self-checkout. In and out quickly.

Go to Fountain Valley Ralph's and experience the most over-stocked supermarket in California! The shelves and floor space is stretched to the max! There are balloons, furnishings, toys, snacks, beverages, candy, and um everything, all over the place! You can almost complete your shopping experience on one aisle Amazing !

Mmm a nasty patty! Also, this was Sunday night I would assume after a busy weekend???!

Love Ralphs fried chicken. I am eating it with Asparagus.

Damn, I never go to my neighborhood Ralphs until last Wednesday. Wednesdays at all Ralphs stores, they have $6.99 Fried chicken specials. Tuesdays I think it is 6.99 Rotesseri Chicken. They are both good. I like the Fried chicken at Ralphs. It is unbelievably good sometimes when cooked perfect, and not dried out. Employees are cool here to me on my first day here. Adam is a cool employees here. I do not know his work schedule, but he is the man that helped me out on the floors and deli area. Nice clean location. Feels cool to shop in my own backyard.

This store is close to my work so I have been here several times Amazing Ralph's store with a huge variety of produce, healthy food selections, a bakery and prepared food to-go. Large selection of fine cheese, craft beers, and fresh flowers. Basically a one-stop location for all your basic home needs. The store is nicely lit and kept clean. Plenty of parking out front. I could get pleasantly lost in the aisles, exploring the hundreds and hundreds of options. Asked a very friendly clerk where a few of the items were and was in and out with everything I needed. I'll definitely be coming to this Ralphs more regularly.

The store itself is smaller if you compare it with places like Shun Fat Westminster Superstore or Hòa Bình supermarket. There is only one checkout counter and the staff all seem to be Vietnamese. After walking around, they pretty much have all the basics covered. The focus is Vietnamese and Southeast Asian ingredients and sauces. They have their own seafood and meat counter with number tags where you can ask them to clean or cut fish, plus a small deli to go section. I also noticed their delivery vehicle outside that says wholesale, so it seems like they also supply restaurants in the area. Overall it feels like a neighborhood market that also does some wholesale business. The fresh section looked clean and there was no strong smell. I happened to see ground pork on sale for $2.49 per pound. The regular price was $2.79. Of course I had just paid $3.99 per pound earlier that day at 99 Ranch in Irvine because I wanted convenience. While we were there, a Vietnamese lady next to us was buying a big pile of meat and seafood and chatting with us while waiting for it to be cut. She said she always shops here. She ended up buying the last of the ground pork in the display. We asked if there was any left and the butcher said he had more in the back, so we immediately decided to grab two pounds. I think this place is perfect if you do not want to push a cart around a huge store and just need to pick up a few items quickly. They are open until 8pm. Next time I have more time I will come back and explore a bit more to see what other interesting things they carry. Inside, it has a decent selection of items. I didn't notice that usual strong fishy smell you sometimes get in Vietnamese markets from seafood or raw meat, so it felt fairly clean and well maintained. Seafood and meats looked fresh, but prices are higher compared to other Asian markets. The produce section looked fresh as well, just on the expensive side. There is a small prepared food section in the front for quick takeout. Even with the higher prices, it's still a convenient place to shop. Not too big, easy to get in and out, and you can find most basic things you need.

I immediately returned to the store with the pot and my receipt to request an exchange for the exact same model--not a refund. Unfortunately, my experience with the store manager was very disappointing. Instead of handling the situation courteously, she questioned why I hadn't inspected the pot before purchasing it and gave me a difficult time over a simple exchange request. I believe customers should reasonably expect new merchandise to be free of defects, and it is understandable that not every item is thoroughly inspected before leaving the store. Customer service is just as important as the products a business sells. A polite, respectful, and helpful attitude can make all the difference when resolving an issue. Businesses thrive because of their customers, and customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. I hope Green Farm Market will improve its customer service and handle future product exchanges in a more courteous and customer-friendly manner.

Extremely Disappointed with the Customer Service…read more We've been loyal customers and shop here regularly. Until today, we've never had an issue. We understand that you're out of paper and plastic bags. That's not the problem. The problem is how your staff handled the situation. We asked to purchase one of your reusable eco bags, as we've done many times before. Instead of offering a solution, your staff simply replied, "We don't have that. No bag." So you're seriously expecting customers to carry a full black shopping basket loaded with frozen groceries to their car with no alternative? Running out of bags can happen. Treating customers with a dismissive, rude attitude should not. Your staff needs serious customer service training. The way they spoke to us was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. A simple apology or an effort to help would have made a huge difference, but instead we were met with an attitude that left us shocked. Management needs to address this before a staff member's disrespectful behavior leads to a serious confrontation with the wrong customer. No one deserves to be spoken to that way, especially loyal customers who continue to support your business. We expect better.

My German husband was ecstatic when Aldi opened in OC, they have 2 stores, in FV and in GG. When it 1st opened there was a section w a lot of German wursts, strudel and some frozen food directly from Germany and at a discount from Traders Joe. Aldi now advertises daily on Foxnews, it is well known and is flourishing but unfortunately the German section is gone, occasionally they would have spaetle , strudel but we don't see any wurst, my husband has to go to Old World village for all the German cold cuts. It is true everything is cheaper at Aldi, the eggs were insanely cheap, $1.29 to $1.39 per carton. Bananas we buy weekly, I have 3 banana trees but mine are the VN varieties I used to love but now I give most to my neighbors, I prefer the Chiquita Bananas. Ice cream Ben and jerry and Hagen Daz were always on sale. I recently bought a pair of real leather sheepskin slippers for $14.95 , I really don't know how they can sell everything so cheap. They also stock table cloths, plastic ones you can clean them, I have so many beautiful table cloths but who has time to wash them? they used to sell them in Bed, bath and beyond but they are nowhere to be found after BBB went out of business. To be clear, they don't have everything like in a normal supermarket but what they have nobody can sell cheaper, their produce dept was always well stocked and fresh w an amazing discount. Unfortunately, their honest "deep-discount" model that won my loyalty has become seriously watered down. The corporate-takeover mentality that now drives policy is more beholden to Wall Street shareholders than to loyal customers. The advertised "savings" often seem artificial now. The "suggested retail prices" tend to look inflated, and final shelf prices are frequently comparable to regular grocery stores. Why should customers pay standard grocery prices for items that are nearly--or sometimes already past their pull dates? To make matters worse, the staff and environment at many locations are unimpressive and lack the welcoming energy that used to define the brand. When a company prioritizes quarterly stock growth over customer trust, the community notices.
