I went in here today to return an expired item, that Instacart delivered this weekend. The broad at the "Customer Service " counter acted like I made her job/career selection, for her; with them etched on eyebrows. I told her what I was there for and her response was: "Annnd? You can just go to any register". Well thanks, "manager". Then I get to the register and the cashier is like, "ohh, I don't know if we're taking returns". Y'all sold it and her over there told me to "go to any register". Then, they were gonna put it back on the floor; she told the bagger "it's a go-back". First you didn't want to take it, now you want to pass it on to someone else; Ay Dios Mío. This is why I avoid this Ralph's in particular, but this is the one that Instacart gravitates to, EVERY time, and I always select a different one. No, the customer isn't always right, but at least give us a chance. Damn. read more

I use to seriously dislike this ralphs they never have dole pineapple orange juice which is 1 of my must haves. The store is pretty small and I'd rather just drive a lil further and go to the 1 in the Ladera center. But that all changed today I was just in2 grab a few things not really grocery shopping. I went up 2 the deli 2 get a few slices of turkey and I spotted a peach cobbler. And i seen some carmel cake, but i dared not pick any up, but maybe next time. I asked the guy who was helping me ( I really wished I had gotten his name) how was the cbbler. He said in his opinion it was good and he offered me a sample. It was sooo good like yo momma cooked it good. I grabbed a pound and some vanilla ice cream. Can't wait til after dinner. read more

This Ralphs is actually beautiful on the inside, however the customers may frighten you. They are a little on the rough side. The entire store is stock with yummy wines, and a great produce department and the customer service is always on point!! They have good meats department too. I don't go here that much, however on a bight day and not night I will visit this Ralph's again. read more

I came in with my service dog, and as I was leaving to check out at the self check out literally paying for my groceries and about to walk out a woman comes over and says you cannot have your dog. And this is as I'm checking out I'm about to walk out the store in the next 30 seconds then security is called on me to tell me the same thing as I'm grabbing my bags at this point just let me finish shopping before you send security over to me and not even ask me if it's a service dog that is completely unacceptable that is rude embarrassing and is very telling of the type of staff that are there. Been coming to this Ralphs location for YEARS. Reason why I love this place is cause it's not a HUGE market like some Ralph locations, but they have everything I need to make a nice meal (I'm not fan of those HUGE markets that took you hours walking around to find certain items). Certain times of the day like most markets it's HELLA pack and hard to find parking (but dont worry, nice size parking lot). The staff there are great. Always greet me with a smile and a nice "hello". Also, gotta love the new updates in and out the market. read more

Contacting manager #ralphs I increased my rating to 3 stars only because the manager paid for my food & promised me it would never happen again. She apologized & took down my name & phone number. Thank you management for addressing my problem.. Said I would never return but I'm not going to hold the entire store accountable for one persons incompetency & unprofessionalism. I came in at 8:30 AM and purchased a much needed chair for my son's soccer practice. The lady in the front was extremely helpful. The chair I purchased was high-up, she brought 2 chairs down (so I could select one) and opened a register for me. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The cashier Shantee was extremely rude. She yelled at me to sign my WIC check prior to her scanning my things. I explained to her that this is against WIC protocol, WIC states that the checks should be signed until after. How is it that this grocery store is going against California policy? Shantee continued yelling at me to sign the check or she wouldn't start processing my transaction. I told her I did not need the attitude and she walked away leaving me there with my groceries. Of all the Ralphs in LA, this is my favorite to shop at. It's a bit smaller than most, but that contributes to its "neighborhood store" atmosphere. I love the parking lot- Very easy to get in & out of, AND the way it's set up we don't have to walk a mile just to get to the store. But the main feature of this store is the employees. Cool as can be. LaTasha is the Manager I usually encounter. She's amazing, always willing to help out in any way she can. And if no help is needed, she's there just to offer a welcome smile or say hi, She's very hot and hey guys- I think she's single! My favorite checkers are Christopher and Whitney. Always very helpful and friendly. What more could one ask for in a supermarket? read more

The potential for this Ralph's location is there, however it is inconsistent in its efforts. I've never had a bad experience there. And the employees have been helpful when asked. I find the produce to be pretty good. I'll continue to shop there because I want it to be my go to market in my community. read more

Horrible ghetto store They may have a problem with theft from the homeless and drug addicts But following customers from aisle to aisle is annoying People see you following them Spend time removing that expired meat from the shelves Yes meat is expired ...I've handed them stuff that was expired before and started to rot When you're at self checkout..I know they monitor it But to hover over someone while checking out You can't even insert your debit card with privacy due to them standing right up on you And from the looks of the staff...they're probably doing the most theft there... I work two full time jobs...I don't need to steal from a unclean, ghetto store Boxes and paper wrapping laying in the aisles when you go in between 645-700..you can't even move the shopping cart properly through the aisle...stuff getting stuck under the wheels that the workers left in the floor... I know they stocking shelves but must they leave the trash laying all in the floor after doing it and walk away...stalk them filthy aisles instead of the customers I see why I quit going to that's location for years...it was ghetto and dirty inside and the parking lot also dirty...smells like urine and trash laying everywhere...how about getting some of your workers who just stand around in the store gossiping to go outside with a power washer and hose that parking lot down...and the workers who sit at the entrance smoking ..nobody wants to inhale that cigarette smoke when they come to the grocery store...how does the state even give this place a passing rate ...do better and let paying customers shop in peace... read more

The Ralphs located at 950 N. La Brea Ave in Inglewood, CA is the absolute worse Ralphs I've ever been to. Every single time I go, I wish I hadn't. There is never 2.5 gallon distilled water on the shelves when I go to buy it, I've seen produce that looks like tiny animals literally chewed on it and threw it around the bin, on multiple occasions I've not been able to find products that are available at other Ralphs, the self check out has been closed more than once, and some of the staff is rude. I just left there and had a terrible experience with Silvestra S. During my checkout, I spoke to her 3 separate times and she looked at me and didn't acknowledge that I had said anything to her at all. When I asked for her manager, she told me he wasn't there and directed me to another co-worker, who then had to call the manager out. He was actually there, so clearly she was lying. When I spoke to him about my constant regretful experiences at his store and my interaction with the rude cashier, he didn't seem very interested. I hate that store and won't be returning, despite the fact that I've been a customer there since before it was even "Ralphs". There's a Ralphs in the Ladera Shopping Center on Centinela, a mile or two away. Just go there, if you're able. read more

last friday august 4 , 2017 , i went with my husband to buy some groceries . when we got home i started putting up the groceries and preparing dinner . we purchased a package of farwest hot link as well as 3 lbs of catfish nuggests . they were both spoiled . How can the guy in the meat market gives us spoiled fish without having a conscious. as a long time shopper at Ralphs I am very dissapointed that after moving to The neighborhood that the corporation has let this store get like this with no renovations and horrible customer sevice the store looks like its stuck in 1980. Terrible customer service from Cashier Remy! Literally yelled at me in the checkout stand because she thought I was making an online order. I have not had a bad experience since I moved to Inglewood about 2 1/2 years ago. Staff is friendly, nice and helpful when you are looking for an item. I have 4 favorite cashiers and I can't seem to memorize their names , but they are very nice and welcoming especially when my kids are around. From my shopping experiences here I am able to shop how I want and can ask employees questions without a hassle. I visit daily and not only do I find heart warming sales, you know those sales that catch your eye when your not even looking for them(they almost cause you to fall down or bump into someone), I get to enjoy my stroll through every aisle smiling with employees that will gladly assist me. It is a very clean store with a recycling center along the side. Oh and there's more, if your a redbox renter then you can drop by for a browse through the kiosk. I've been coming to this grocery store since I moved to the area because of it's close proximity to my place. Even before that my mom would bring us here when it was known as "The Boys Market" before Kroget bought the chain. Slowly but surely I've seen improvements made they finally added a seafood section, although small it is good to see it here. It's Ralphs. The three stars are not for anything lacking in this particular location. I have found its quality, prices, and service consistent with the rest of the brand. Very conveniently located, especially for those who use public transit. I usually shop here when I need ingredients/other products late at night, since I do not feel safe visiting the local Walgreens. read more

I'll start that review by saying I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS STORE. This store has got to be one of the worst locations I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and in helpful. Most of the time they don't even acknowledge you at all. I have literally been checking out at the self check out listening to the front end staff gossip about each other using all types of language. The two times I did need some help, the employees were very rude and acted as if I was bothering them. Best Ralph's ever. Friendliest employees of any supermarket in LA. It's not too big but not too small. They have everything you need. Except those little baskets. They never have enough little baskets, or I would have given them five stars. Sometimes shopping carts are hard to find too. Other than that everything is awesome!
