After a delicious dinner, we were looking for a treat for dessert. This Ralph's location was nearby. There is a small private lot holding about 3 or 4 cars, otherwise it is street parking. They serve water ice and creme ice with lots of flavors to choose from. Also have sundaes and shakes. They even had a special flavor Knicks in honor of them winning the world championship! 4 of us had the creme ice and one had cotton candy ice cream. So delicious and refreshing on a summer night! We all had the small which was a decent size. Service is friendly and efficient, It is a window storefront with a door so you place your order inside for frozen treats. There is a credit card surcharge if you want to pay with your card. What a great way to end an evening! read more

I Like coming to Ralph's Their ices are always awesome with a huge array of different flavors and choices. I typically like getting the thing thats a flavor of ice layered in a cup with vanilla soft serve. "I dont remember the Name" but it's really awesome. The prices have gotten crazy though, Kinda pricey $$$. read more

Never a complaint! Always nice girls working the counter, sometimes a small table and chair on the side if you can grab it or if they have it out. Decent parking and always busy! It's busy almost always a wait or at least a consistent flow of customers. Great options on the menu at reasonable prices. I'll stick with my favorites and usually don't finish so I'd rather a cup or bowl and that's alright with me! read more

One of the greatest things about summer is Ralph's. They definitely have the best ices around. There's a whole slew of Italian Ice flavors divvied up by water ice and cream ice. There's so many choices to be made! You really can't go wrong with either, but the cream ices can spin your world in a tizzy fast. I'm more partial to the cream ices, such as the rainbow cookie (with real pieces of rainbow cookie) or the chocolate hazelnut (real whole hazelnuts and chocolate chunks). The water ice is done well though; the traditional rainbow ice is great here. A small gives you the opportunity for two flavors, so that kind of helps with indecisive flavor choices. I was very disappointed when i went to this specific Ralph's location last night. I went to this Massapequa location last night and two out of the three workers were NOT wearing masks and talking over the ices while scooping them. One girl was wearing the mask but it was below her nose - better but not great! It is a law in NY to wear your mask in public and especially in the food industry where you are literally breathing and talking over the ices!!! I will not be giving this Ralph's in Massapequa my business any longer! I have been going to Ralph's (in Selden) for years and absolutely love it!!! I have been there a few times recently and they were all wearing masks and following the social distance guidelines! read more

Every time I got to NY for the summer we get it at least 5 times I have been eating there ices since I was a kid and I have nothing but wonderful things to say their staff is amazing they may be a line but it's totally worth the waiting read more

I love this place! We go at least once a week. So close to home and the service is great. There is always a line but it goes so quick. There are so many flavors but my favorite one is the creme ice birthday cake. Today I tried something new and got the cotton candy ice cream in a twister (which is soft serve under and over the ice cream or ice of your choice) with rainbow sprinkles. It was so good! This is an easy review for me because it's 5 stars all the way! I have been going to Ralph's in general for years, I go this Ralph's in particular more frequently but in general I've never had a problem at any Ralph's location. They have the best Italian ices hands down. If you like ice cream they have that too as well as shakes. I highly recommend the cream ices over water ices but both are delicious. What I love best is that a lot of flavors come with real pieces of whatever flavor it is, such as the Jelly Ring, it actually has little mini jelly rings! (mini chocolate and raspberry ring gels). It's also fun to get a half and half so you can have two flavors. it's ralph's, plain & simple - the italian ice spot long islanders know & love...the massapequa outpost is situated on a busy stretch of north broadway just a few blocks north of the southern state, and their offerings are identical to any other location you'd visit, for whatever reason generally they charge a few cents more than other local ralph's, but nothing to go crazy over - staff is always friendly & polite, as long as you can find a parking spot it's all good here read more

Best ices around! The variety is enormous and each flavor is unique! I had the cannoli flavor, made with real cannoli filling, and it was phenomenal. Yes, it is a little pricey, but its quality. They only have a window so you order from the outside which adds a little nostalgia to it like its an ice cream truck. I try to hit up Ralph's every time I'm in town. read more

Will never go to this Ralph's again. The girls working there were so rude and obnoxious. The one girl helping me (long blonde pony tail) told me couldn't do two flavors in the cup to which I responded the other Ralph's do it all the time and she sighed and did it. Then when she was ringing me up the price didn't sound right so I was looking at the sign, she all but grabbed the card out of my hand, went to the register and was whispering with the girl and laughing. I went to this ralphs today and I was happy I was able to choose from a list with variation. The service was great as the girls were super nice and helpful! I have never been to ralphs before and the girls were helping me try different flavors and really cared about me as the customer. I'll definitely be coming back!
