My husband asked him for the code to the other bathroom. Gulhem proceeded to walk over to type in the code himself, NOT TELLING MY HUSBAND, and when the door opened, my Husband told the mother and her daughter to go ahead of him. That seemed to rub Gulhem the wrong way, my husband mentioned to the male employee, the code should be the same for both bathrooms.His response was "YOU ALWAYS COMPLAIN " My husband responded, its the bathroom, every paying customer is entitled to use the bathroom (as the sign states for EACH BATHROOM). First time, my husband spoke to the district manager, he informed her the bathroom wasn't clean. Second time, I (His WIFE) actually contacted the Starbucks customer service, informing the associate that the employees of Starbucks in Country Point, did not call my name to let us know that our food was ready. They called everyone else's name loud and clear by the way. By the time we figured out it was ours, it was already cold. And lastly today's incident. So for this male employee, Gulhem, to say my husband always complains, is absurd, unprofessional, and not true. Lastly, I want to make this clear, there's only a couple of bad apples in this Starbucks location, three employees that come to mind. Everyone else is pleasurable, delightful, and quite professional. My husband and I have been to many Starbucks and this is the only Starbucks that gives us an issue.
