There's tons of parking and eateries around the corner. This Whole Foods is large and spacious. There's a variety of baked goods and prepared foods ready to grab and go. There's a pizza counter where slices are sold, and sandwiches and sushi freshly made. However, their freezer section where the ice cream is held doesn't seem to be working well. The ice cream containers have ice on them, as if they're not being kept at the proper temperature. I mentioned that to the checker and she agreed. She also mentioned several other Whole Foods locations with the same issue. Other supermarkets don't have that problem. I don't understand why Whole Foods doesn't resolve it. Otherwise, we enjoyed the ice cream selections that we did buy.

Service: As soon as I found the mold, I went back to the Whole Foods and they were able to provide a refund for the product! The staff members were nice and quick with this service. Ambiance: The area is just like every other Whole Foods in the area! Definitely a nice environment to shop around.

She works at the deli/sandwich counter and always has a positive attitude, even when I get a little particular with my order . She's patient, friendly, attentive, and truly makes customers feel taken care of. Anyone who has worked with the public knows how hard it is to maintain that level of kindness and professionalism consistently, and Lisa really stands out. She's absolutely the kind of employee a company should value and hold onto because she creates loyal customers and a genuinely pleasant experience every time.

Pepperoni pizza: not great. Dry. 5. Regular and spicy pokey: spicy and a bit too salty. I think it's hotter than the poke at Jus Poke. The regular one is not overly salted compared to Gelson's which was way too salty. Not sure if I'd come back to try other items in the hot deli but maybe other pastries and the poke.
