There was a tear in our tire, so we were looking for a shop and called this one to see if they had the correct tire for our car. The woman we spoke to over the phone was very knowledgeable! When we got to the shop, the guy (we sadly did not get his name) got to work and in under an hour, we got two tires replaced and were back on the road! While the guy worked on the car, we were having a good time talking to Crystal, who works there. Arrived at 9:00AM, No appointment. I believe it was Wes that greeted me and gave me the price of the repair right then and there. I was anticipating for the job to be done as soon as possible (I was being a bit of a brat) but then I reassured him to take him time, for I wanted him to do an efficient job, he told me he would have it done within 30mins; I believed him but still wanted him to take his time. His son Jake took down my number and called me back with the good news it was ready for pick up at 10:16AM I couldn't have asked for a more better experience, they made the process run smoothly and stress free. I had not been to this location before but had visited several locations in other cities. I had high expectations of a good experience. I had a tire with a screw in it that needed to be repaired. Appointments are very easy to reserve online. Unfortunately, the tire was further damaged during the repair due to the angle of the puncture. As a result, I was given a new tire of the same brand free of charge except for the purchase of a new $35 warranty certificate. This was a great deal since a new tire would have been over $200. One tip: If there is an extended warranty available to cover damage and replacement, I highly recommend purchasing that. Worth every penny. The amount of debris on the roads isn't getting any better. Service at America's Tire has always been exemplary. Staff is polite, helpful, and friendly. The waiting areas are comfortable and restrooms are clean. There is also free coffee and water available. This location was very busy but I managed to be on my way within a reasonable hour's time.

The tire arrived at this shop on the same day, but I couldn't head over here because I was about to head out of town that day. I had to wait until I got back from my trip. While I was away, I got a couple calls from this place to remind me that they have the tire and they were ready for me when I was available to bring my car in. That's great follow up service in my book! Thank you. On the day of my return, I drove here 15 minutes before closing time. Staff was friendly and nice. They were able to put the new tire on my car very quickly. The spare was pumped with air prior to it being placed back in the trunk area. Thanks for the quickness!
