The gentleman (Oscar) who I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. They didn't have the tire in stock at this location at the time, but he was able to order it for me. Thanks Oscar! The tire arrived at this shop on the same day, but I couldn't head over here because I was about to head out of town that day. I had to wait until I got back from my trip. While I was away, I got a couple calls from this place to remind me that they have the tire and they were ready for me when I was available to bring my car in. That's great follow up service in my book! Thank you. On the day of my return, I drove here 15 minutes before closing time. Staff was friendly and nice. They were able to put the new tire on my car very quickly. The spare was pumped with air prior to it being placed back in the trunk area. Thanks for the quickness! While I was waiting, I observed their entire team at work. Every team member was working diligently in cleaning up and preparing to close shop. It was a very humbling sight. I appreciate a hardworking team. Thank you America's Tire for your wonderful staff and great service! Highly recommend. I'll be coming back here for future tire services! I politely refused the estimate... Must have taken business lessons from those door to door Solar Panel sales dudes... Also the tire dude proceeds to overinflated the tire to like 50psi, when normal would be like 35psi, but hey I paid up the $30 and was on my way, lesson learned.

After…read morehaving a terrible experience here with front end suspension for my teenage sons car, I came back a few months later because there was a really bad "clunking " sound coming from the front end when making turns in the car. I requested a thorough suspension check, with a test drive so the technician could replicate the sound. I specifically asked for them to check all the parts that they had replaced previously since quality was a major issue then as well. After having the vehicle for a few hours, we were told that we could come pick up the car and that all the suspension parts. Everything in the front end was nice and tight, and the sound was not coming from any items they had worked on. I decided to drive the vehicle down the hill to another shop to have them perform a suspension check... And low and behold the swaybar links were completely loose and the sound that we were hearing was the metal getting bound up on itself instead of staying in place. Do not take your vehicle to this location if you value your time, the money you are looking to spend, or peace of mind for safety.
