I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. Before purchasing my Polaris RZR, I was told the vehicle had been fully inspected and that any issues found during inspection would be addressed before delivery. When I arrived to pick up the UTV, I immediately noticed the rear brake pads were metal-to-metal. To his credit, the owner provided part of the brake pads so I could replace them myself, but this made me question how thorough the inspection really was. Within the first week of ownership, I also discovered that three buttons on the Ride Command system were not functioning properly. I never brought this up because I didn't notice it during pickup and decided to let it go. The UTV also was not detailed or cleaned before delivery, which wasn't a major issue to me, but it added to my overall impression. The biggest issue was the front differential/AWD system. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing intermittent AWD problems on my first ride. After further testing and consultation with a differential specialist, I was informed that the differential had an internal issue consistent with a pre-existing failure. The AWD would engage when cold but stop engaging once the vehicle warmed up. To the dealership's credit, they offered to rebuild the differential if I paid for the parts and they covered the labor. However, I was disappointed that I was still expected to pay for a major drivetrain issue that appears to have existed before I purchased the vehicle. This review is not about the cost of the repair. It's about the principle of selling a vehicle as fully inspected and then discovering multiple issues shortly after purchase, including a significant differential problem. I was originally upset with the miscommunication on my bike and the feeling of the lack of customer service, especially when they tried to blame me for the miscommunication. HOWEVER!!!! The owner of the shop personally called me, apologized and took responsibility for the miscommunication. Though I was upset, I also greatly appreciated that he took the time to call me and ensured that my work would be completed within a reasonable amount of time. Big shout out to Mojave Motorsports. I was having a major throttle response issue with my 2001 Yamaha warrior 350 quad. I bought it used and figured it was a jetting issue. Took it in after trying multiple jets myself I finally gave up.... I took it in and they told my $165 to diagnose it and then parts on top of that and I was OK with paying that. They called me the next morning and told me that the bike was done and it was only $80. It was an electrical issue causing the throttle issue. While pre-running the course and updating the course map my RZR 1000 died. Being from the state of Washington I had no local knowledge of who to go see for parts and help. Mojave Motorsports which was not too far from Johnson Valley was my destination. They took my RZR in, figured out what went wrong and fixed it as I waited. The shop staff was very hospitable and friendly. The tech explained everything to me and they had the part I needed in stock! This was a worse example of a experience in our life we took a quad in to get a quad cleaned out they rebuild the carburetor now the quad won't run it all spudder and backfires spits out dark smoke we could not freaking believe it $200 later and they charged us before they told us at the quad still had problems the parts manager charged us for the service work and carburetor kit then he goes out to the manager guy there and ask him where the quad is and he proceeded to tell him oh it's running like crap it's not ready yet although you know Tuesday now this was a Saturday they called my husband at work and told him to come get it mind you we live about you know 30 minutes from Palm Springs so we're not real close to Hesperia went up there to go pick it up walked around the back to start it the guy comes running back there tells us its not ready the thing wouldn't even run it wouldn't stay running was blowing black smoke we said what happened he tells us oh well it was running fine and then yesterday we went to move it and it started doing this we need to do this we need to do a compression ck we need to do that we need to maybe do a valve job that guy didn't know what to tell us we just know that it wasn't running like that when we took it in and right before we took it there sometime in March we took it to the shop where we live to have a carburetor rebuilt a clean out filters removed and replaced and yeah used our motorcycle mechanic that's been in business for 20-something years and always does a great job these people screwed up our quad it'll never run the same now we have to take it to another shop and pay more money to have them fix it right on top of it when we were bringing back down the hill my husband looked in the mirror and all the Plastics were blowing in the wind they had one screw in the Plastics when they put it back together they didn't even put the screws back in the quad this is a sad excuse for a sorry-ass shop that's what it is shame on you guys I'm not through with the shop yet we do plan on taking this as a civil matter anyone else have problems ?? read more

I put my sons dirt bike in to get the clutch shoes replaced. I asked that the spark plug be changed and it wasn't. When I picked it up I was told he couldn't get it started because of the seal. No it was because the spark plug was bad. When we got a new one we got it started just to find out he didn't tighten the spaner nut all the way so it backed it self out. Now I'm looking at 700 in repairs thanks to this company. Lucas is who worked on my sons bike and I will never take it there again! read more

We called to have an oil change for a 2012 Cam am Spyder limited. We were given a price on phone of $170. Dropped off and told in about an hour are so. They called about three hours later and said it was completed. When we where handed the Bill it was $214. We told him what was said but the other person was not there. He said he would give discount making it $204. After taking bike home. A few days later checked oil, it was as when brought in. The left side foot rest was missing screws.there is no reason for taking that. The other footboard was bent upward as if they out Jack's under footboards. That is what someone who knows nothing. Any vehicle you would look for a frame, not footboards. So it looks like oil and filters not changed and damage done to a $15,500 motorcycle read more
