Communication is great, and I love that they used modern tech to help me get the full picture of the bike, even though I couldn't inspect it in person (videos, detailed Google Docs writeup with photos). From the moment I walked in until the second I got my bike work done, they communicated with me, kept me posted, and helped me choose the right modifications for my needs. This isn't your typical corner sport bike shop that charges you little for subpar work. If you want premium work done on your ride, you need to pay premium for it, and that's exactly what Motorsport Exotica is about. Tanner was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and working with my schedule. I felt so welcomed and the shop is absolutely amazing. The beautiful rides and awesome vibe make it a great place to be. I also got to meet all the employees who do the actual work, and I was stunned by their originality and talent. The employees in the back working on the bikes were truly exceptional. I highly recommend Motorsport Exotica for all your sport bike needs. Oh, and I almost forgot: if you call and they don't answer, they'll call you right back. Who does that these days?

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more Before purchasing my Polaris RZR, I was told the vehicle had been fully inspected and that any issues found during inspection would be addressed before delivery. When I arrived to pick up the UTV, I immediately noticed the rear brake pads were metal-to-metal. To his credit, the owner provided part of the brake pads so I could replace them myself, but this made me question how thorough the inspection really was. Within the first week of ownership, I also discovered that three buttons on the Ride Command system were not functioning properly. I never brought this up because I didn't notice it during pickup and decided to let it go. The UTV also was not detailed or cleaned before delivery, which wasn't a major issue to me, but it added to my overall impression. The biggest issue was the front differential/AWD system. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing intermittent AWD problems on my first ride. After further testing and consultation with a differential specialist, I was informed that the differential had an internal issue consistent with a pre-existing failure. The AWD would engage when cold but stop engaging once the vehicle warmed up. To the dealership's credit, they offered to rebuild the differential if I paid for the parts and they covered the labor. However, I was disappointed that I was still expected to pay for a major drivetrain issue that appears to have existed before I purchased the vehicle. This review is not about the cost of the repair. It's about the principle of selling a vehicle as fully inspected and then discovering multiple issues shortly after purchase, including a significant differential problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

The sales people were not pushy and allowed us to browse the motorcycles. Unfortunately, we did not see the bike that was listed on their website and went straight to the parts shop. The guy helping us at the helmet section (I forget his name but it could be Xavier?) was easy going and let me browse the selection without breathing down my neck and was able to answer my questions when asked. So, where did it go wrong? When his coworker (some young, white kid) decided to jump in to help and then talked back to my partner regarding a display item vs open box item, which was uncalled for and completely rude as hell. We still ended up purchasing a helmet since I really needed one for some plans later in the day. I made sure I spoke to Xavier (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong but I'm pretty sure that's the name that came up when I was paying at the front) about the item I wanted in case he gets some sort of credit for helping out. And kid, there IS a difference between a display item and an open box item. I'm not sure how my partner's question triggered him to answer with such attitude lol. Like it isn't stressful enough to decide which helmet to purchase??
