When we first received the rings, they looked beautiful and appeared to match the description in the listing. However, within about a year my wedding band began turning yellow and lost the clear appearance it originally had. My husband's band also lost all of its blue coloring and has since turned yellow as well. In the summer of 2025, I had an incident at work that caused two of the prongs on my engagement ring to pull away from the stone. Thankfully I was able to recover the stone, but when we took the ring in for repair we learned several concerning things. We were informed that the ring was not made of tungsten as we believed, and the stone was identified as cubic zirconia rather than a genuine stone. After reviewing the listing again, we also noticed that the advertisement has since been changed to state that the stone is cubic zirconia, the bridal ring is sterling silver, and the meteorite material is simulated. These details were not clearly disclosed when we purchased the rings. When we contacted the company about these concerns, they stated that we must have been extremely rough on the rings and suggested that this was the reason for the discoloration and damage. They also refused to address our concerns about the advertisement being misleading or about the materials appearing to have been changed after the purchase. In addition, they were not willing to offer any help, resolution, or assistance in addressing the issue. Had we known the rings were not both tungsten, that the stone was not genuine, and that the meteorite material was simulated, we never would have purchased them. On top of that, the bands discoloring and the blue finish wearing off in less than a year raises serious concerns about the overall quality of the product. We are very disappointed with both the quality of the rings and the way this situation was handled. Wedding rings are meaningful purchases meant to last, and unfortunately these did not hold up as expected.

I contacted the company through messaging to report the issue and seek resolution. Unfortunately, they declined to accept any responsibility, attributing the problem to factors outside their control and offering no repair, replacement, or refund. This experience has left me disappointed with the apparent quality of the product and the company's unwillingness to stand behind it. I would not recommend purchasing from Kingsway Jewelry if durability and reliable customer support are important to you.
