    Seafood ramen

After losing my voice on a week-long trip to San Francisco, I craved some soup. While shopping in the area, my family and I decided to have dinner at Ramen 101. Though the restaurant was busy, we were able to find a table for our party of four right away. The space was cozy yet provided ample seating. The staff at Ramen 101 was friendly and attentive. Our group ordered a variety of entrees, and I chose the seafood ramen and green tea. Seafood ramen isn't something I come across often, so I was eager to try theirs. Priced at $16.99, it included shrimp, scallop, fish cake, boiled egg, corn, green onion, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots. The portion was generous, packed with protein, and the broth was flavorful. It was filling and I enjoyed it. My party enjoyed their entrees as well. No complaints!

Great ramen spot in Dublin! They had quite a variety of options and I was happy to see they had a vegan option. This one had tofu and an array of interesting mushrooms. The portions are huge and service is fast and friendly. Great spot for lunch!

Ramen 101 is a decent Japanese spot. It's not the most amazing, but it'll get the job done. I went with a bowl of Black Garlic Ramen and it was pretty tasty. I think I would've rather gotten the Tonkotsu though--next time! There are lots of good eats in this plaza and Ramen 101 is a solid choice if you're not sure where to eat.

Always a favorite! DoorDash tonight; but I can say that the service is always fast, friendly and helpful and the location itself is clean and welcoming. Comfort food at its finest, I like to order the black garlic ramen, no shoots but added tofu and topped with kimchi. Perfection!

I've ordered here a couple times and it was just okay...but this time will probably be my last. The pork rib I received this time was way too overcooked, the plastic fork couldn't even poke it. It tasted like it was just reheated and the meat was so tough and dry that it kept getting stuck in my teeth. Ordered crab rangoons that seemed to be not cooked all the way. The middle part was still pretty doughy, and no crunch at all. They were covered in so much oil too causing its bag to break. It's so hard to find any good restaurant in Dublin..

I'm a regular at Ramen 101 and Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen is my go-to order (see photo). The spicy broth always hits the spot . Located off Fallon Road and 580 freeway in Dublin, you can enjoy a bowl ramen after a day of exhaustive shopping at the outlet stores. Eat ramen and be happy

This place didn't blow me away- I was hoping for more garlic flavor in my dish. I think everything was just ok if you're trying to get a ramen fix, but I wouldn't come back again. The service was good though!

I don't think they understand food hygiene. There was steel wool in my food in the takeout order I got. Unluckily, i found it at bottom of my bowl when I was almost finished leaving a foul feeling in my stomach

My coworker introduced me to this location. So it's a first for me here. Employees were friendly and polite. Service was great especially when you're on a crunch one hour lunch break. Our food came out fast! I love anything spicy so I opted for the spicy seafood ramen, while my coworker ordered her usual spicy blacken garlic ramen and their musubi. My ramen was delicious and the portions were great. Had to take my leftover to go. I definitely will return and try the other ramens. It's a cute little spot w plenty of parking next to tons of other eateries, like Crumbles, Starbucks and Coldstone Ice Cream if you have room for coffee or a sweet treat!

We came at around 8:30pm. We had miso and tonkatsu ramen. The broth were really good. We like their takoyaki as well. Service was ok but when I asked for a cup of water, it never came. Ambiance was okay too. I like their wall. Reminded us of our trip to Japan.

I don't usually eat ramen bowls but after this one, I have a change of heart. Well seasoned and just the right amount of spicy. I ate the whole thing.

Beef Ramen Spicy my new favorite in Tri Valley. Generous portion size of steak and noddles, delicious vegetable and spicy broth. A+ customer service, the cashier was very welcoming and kind. I returned a couple days later for the black garlic ramen which is also very good. Can't go wrong with rather ramen, just depends on what type of meat you're in the mood for; beef or roasted pork

Also am surprised that it's that many people on Monday but I guess they're celebrating late Father's Day too? Anyways, the food is really delicious and quality is tremendous. Very upscale honestly especially with how big the portion sizes are. I individually got Chicken Katsudon and it's not really hard. Very chewy and I couldn't finish it since I ate a lot of sushi before it arrived. My sister didn't even finish her individual plate too and so we ended up taking them to go. What shocked me is that they serve us a huge portion of desserts especially the green tea ice cream. I thought that it's only going to be one scoop but they gave us 3! I think the one scoop is for someone's birthday? I don't know. And the vanilla ice cream with grilled pineapple is so yummy and it had a lot of cinnamon flavor I believe. It's one of the best vanilla ice creams I'd ever had. I probably never tasted vanilla ice cream that good before! I also appreciate the staff for helping with us with our orders! They were so helpful and kind to us. If I ever bring my friends over, it'd be this place. I highly recommend for others to try this place because the food here is really amazing!

I came here for lunch just as they opened and was seated immediately. You scan a QR code on the table for the menu, which was overwhelming. There are so many categories and choices within each category: sushi, ramen, bento boxes, hot dishes, oysters, small plates, and more. We chose from their Lunch specials: + Nigiri lunch - you get 6 nigiris and several maki rolls (chef's choice). All were so fresh and delicious, and beautifully presented. + Chirashi Don - freshly cut fish, roe, and a few veggies over perfectly cooked sushi rice. + Soup & Salad - this came with our lunches. The miso soup was very good and not salty like most. The salad had a vinaigrette dressing with an herb I can't put my finger on. It was very refreshing. The lunches were in the $30 range, which is a bit steep. I'd definitely come back here for celebrations.
