    #1. Tonkotsu Ramen

I was craving something warm, quick, and fast for a cold winter day so I decided to go with Ramen Green. I don't regret my decision at all. Ramen Green is located inside 99 Ranch and is part of the supermarket food court. I did an online order and picked up, which worked out wonderfully. Their online ordering platform is smooth and everything was packed up with SO much care for me to carry out! (For example, my nori was in a separate little bag so wouldn't get soggy in the ramen when I compiled it!! This level of care is so rare and special). I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen, which for $13 and big portion, is an absolute steal. I will say that while the toppings and noodles tasted great, I wasn't the biggest fan of the broth. It was by no means bad, it just didn't blow me away. I would suggest coming to Ramen Green if you're looking for great service and a bang for your buck! If you're looking for gourmet ramen though, I don't think this would be the best fit.

Came here for the Chashu Ramen, and it had 5 slices of Chashu. The broth was alright and the noodles were also alright. It wasnt the best nor the worst that i had. It was just an average bowl of ramen...

I got the Vegetarian Ramen here on a Monday for dinner, and it was pretty good! Very standard, no frills food court type of food. It wasn't like amazingly delicious but for $13, it served its purpose (feeding me vegetarian food). It actually might have been vegan, because it was just vegetables, noodles and tofu, but I don't know what the soup base was made out of so maybe that would need to be checked by a vegan. There was ample seating in front of the spot shared by the rest of the eateries! Food came out fairly quickly, within 5-10mins.

Great spot for an affordable, filling lunch! It is worth a stop in even if you aren't shopping at the grocery store. The two entrees I got came with a side of salad and soup with a hearty portion of rice. The curry sauce was too salty, but the pork cutlet was meaty and crispy. The prices of each entree were only $11-13!

I was skeptical about this place originally but now I'm a fan. My top choice is juicy fried chicken with is flavorful, juicy as the name suggests and with generous portion (5 big pieces) for $5.75! You can make this into a meat with just rice or order the chicken ramen for $12+. The ramen prices are cheaper than other places but the broth is a little bland for my liking so I often add extra sauce/chili powder to flavor it. It also came with 1/2 ramen egg which is good as you often have to order it as add on in other ramen places. Overall, good ramen that's good on budget and it's juicy chicken is the best!

What a fun spot to grab some food in the middle of grocery shopping. We ordered the green veggie ramen & the green pan fried goyoza (both vegetarian). I personally loved the flavor and the paste inside the goyoza. Ramen was very fresh and tasted good, but i felt it lacked some flavor. Adding hot sauce definitely helped hit the spot.

Twenty minutes for 5 tiny pcs of shrimp tempura and when I bit into it, I could hardly see the shrimp. Smh... On the plus side, it was crunchy. #OneAndDone

What a bummer. I ordered veggie gyoza and a small chicken bowl to go. The fried chicken smelled so decadent and I was excited to rip into it when I got home. Unfortunately when I opened the container there was only a bowl of rice. No chicken to be found. This was really frustrating. The veggie gyoza was also lackluster and had this weird green goo in it. My husband enjoyed his ramen, which was the only redeeming part of the meal. But because we're in closer proximity to both Miso and Ani we won't be heading back to Green. An overall disappointment. I'm sure I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, and would maybe only return if I was shopping in 99 Ranch and wanted a bite.

Well my boyfriend and I stumbled into 99 Ranch in search of a quick bite to eat and bubble tea. After quickly walking around the food court area and seeing my options. I decided on Ramen Green. I had ordered the chicken ramen and my boyfriend ordered the spicy miso ramen and an order of fried chicken (karaage). Our order was quickly called and it looked and smelled delicious. My chicken ramen had like a creamy broth and had a good amount of noodles, bamboo shoots, scallions, soft boiled egg, and chunks of karaage. It tasted great! My boyfriend enjoyed his spicy miso ramen. He enjoyed that spicy miso broth. The order of karaage was cooked perfectly and was cooked perfectly with a crunch in every bite. The restaurant has a small eating area just for Ramen Green customers. They have a variety of ramen options and also rice dishes. This place is definitely a hidden gem. I would definitely come back again!

I've been going to Ranch 99 for years and I'm so mad at myself for never stopping to try this place. Excellent ramen and appetizers. I've had the tonkatsu and the spicy miso ramen and they were both very good. Definitely going back to try more of their stuff.

We were here for lunch, and which location is inside 99 Ranch. I had their version of spicy ramen, with expected flavorful soup based noodles. Honestly, it's not the best I tasted among so many ramen places I have been to, but I enjoyed it nevertheless. They're quick to prepare our orders and we didn't wait that long. I think it's the noodles that make the difference but who really knows for sure in this case. Or it must be the broth. Much like usual, I liked the experience being the first time here as much as I recall and would recommend the place to anyone who likes to have ramen on a cold day like yesterday. And if they're off to shopping inside this big location.

#6. Mix Boiled Vegetable Shio Ramen

Broth - 4, noodle - 3, charsiu - 2, portion - 2 I was in the area and decided to pop in and give Kitakata Ban Nai another try after a few months. Last time I wasn't very impressed with the broth flavor or the fact that my spicy miso ramen was topped with a mound of cold raw carrots and spinach in lukewarm broth (would have been fine if the broth was piping hot). After I ordered the boiled vegetable shio ramen and sat down, I realized that it's actually a different ramen restaurant now LOL My vegetable shio ramen was pretty good overall. The broth was light but with enough flavor to not make it boring. Noodle was nice and chewy but the portion is significantly smaller than other ramen places in NY/NJ. Charsiu was ok but it's sliced so thin that it's hard to tell the flavor. I find Ramen Green's menu is very similar to Kitakana Ban Nai. Even comparing the "photos by Owner" to Kitakata's Yelp pics, they look identical (i.e. raw vegetables on miso ramen lol). Could it be the same Ownership under a different name?

This is a pleasant surprise to have in a Supermarket. My go to is the spicy ramen and for $11, it is everything you can ask for, if you like spicy I highly suggest this. I also really enjoy the gyozas which are very affordable and good quality. I've also had the crispy fried chicken and I'm still trying to figure out how it's soooo juicy and crispy at the same time super delicious! They have a small section to sit and eat for about 15 people, But you can always sit in the buffet area.

A Decade of Love on a Plate: A Local Favorite That Punches Above Its Weight…read more This place is the definition of a neighborhood gem--the kind you almost want to keep secret, yet can't stop yourself from praising. Cheap and cheerful on the surface, it punches way above its weight class, delivering inventive, clean, Asian-inspired food that's masterfully cooked by clearly skilled hands--and made with real love. I've been coming back year after year for most of this restaurant's 10-year lifespan, and that consistency is no accident. Every dish tastes intentional, thoughtful, and deeply satisfying, with a clear goal: to feed people love on a plate. It's a super veggie/vegan friendly that easily wins over even my "meat and potatoes" husband--who happily cleans his plate every time. In an era where genuine hospitality feels increasingly rare, Perry single-handedly restored my faith that quality service is not extinct. Warm, attentive, and authentically kind, Perry makes every guest feel seen, welcome, and cared for--without pretense or attitude. This is food that nourishes, service that uplifts, and a place that keeps you coming back not just for the flavors, but for how it makes you feel. A true neighborhood treasure.

I've seen this restaurant circling my YELP for the last few months and put it on my "want to try"…read morelist. This place is absolutely solid! If you're looking for good flavorful food options, this has got to be on your "must try" list, I genuinely do not think you'll be disappointed. I ordered the blueberry lemon iced tea, maitake mushroom medley with the option of udon noodles & added chicken, the coconut curry with the option of ramen noodles and the rice pudding with caramel sauce for dessert. First things first, my absolute FAVORITE thing about this restaurant is the food contains no GMO's no preservatives, pink Himalayan salt to season and NO REFINED sugars- only agave and palm sugar to sweeten. I WISH I would've known about this spot sooner JUST for that detail alone. I am always on the hunt for a place that offers refined sugar free options, and with that comes this level of safety knowing what I am consuming has a heath standard/holistic approach to meet and me not having to feel guilty or worrisome after a meal. Absolute 10/10 in that aspect. I saw a few reviews mention the blueberry lemon iced tea, as someone not even a fan of lemonade I decided to give it a try. Let's just say, I was slow sipping my drinks to not finish it all and avoid getting another in the same sitting lol. It's well balanced, not sour, blueberry flavor is present and knowing it's sweetened with agave led to guilt free pleasure. Would recommend everyone to try it, even if you're not a fan of lemonade like I am. Another mention, lemonade tends to make my throat dry, due to its sourness and tanginess and that didn't happen at all. Think the blueberry was more prominent than the lemon, it was really enjoyable. The curry ramen was a highlight! If your a fan of curry, I think you def have got to try this. I actually didn't get it (my partner did) because I didn't wanna be let down, but it was absolutely delicious. I got the maitake medley udon noddles with added chicken and what a blast of flavor. It had veggies, mushrooms, chicken, udon, eggs, kimchi and was extremely flavorful. I was very surprised that each element of the dish had its own flavor and spice that really jumped out, but paired well together. The least favorite thing for me on this platter was the eggs. Just your standard egg, I'm a fan of soy-marinated eggs on my noodles and not a fan of regular boiled eggs, but they are always an added protein plus! One honorary note, is the kimchi. I like kimchi, don't love it, but this was the best kimchi I have ever had. I even ordered a side to go. Another cool thing is the food is cooked fresh, right in front of you. Tbh, we were the only ones in there at 6 PM and food took quite a while, but I appreciate and prefer freshness over quickness always. The rice pudding is light and the homemade refunded sugar-free caramel addition makes it so much better. As there were only two options of dessert on the menu (rice pudding & matcha ice cream) I decided to give it a go although I'm not really a fan of rice pudding. Was it amazing? No. Would I get it again? Possibly. This place was on the pricier side I would say. My bowl of maitake mushroom w/chicken (added chicken being a $6.50 dollar up charge) was $34. Worth it for that price point? Not really, but good none the less. I also ordered a small side of kimchi (the small clear containers) and that was $7 which I think is crazy, but also it was good. For a better price point, I might've asked for a jar lol. Customer service- the workers were nice, but not really personable, which I don't really care for much, but bringing this up because there was this sense that maybe I shouldn't be in there or they just possibly didn't want to work. I tipped nonetheless, but for being the only couple or people in there I thought we would be greeted by everyone, just a simple acknowledgement, but it felt more like we were bothering them by walking in. I understand that people have their days and you have no clue what someone is going through personally, but it was distinct enough to mention- especially as someone who never really comments on the customer service aspect. I see through it cuz the food was great! Something about it was also just a let down, but I can't put my finger on it. Although it was good, I don't see myself frequenting this place. Maybe the price point is deterring me, but I do think it's worth a try!
