We came here for an event but ended up staying for a full dinner. The restaurant is super cute and what you would expect from a Ramen/anime inspired restaurant. They had pokemon playing on the TV and little figures and nodes to animie around the restaurant. We were sat immediately and the staff were very friendly and attentative. They confirm if we had any allergies and the manager stopped by to check on us during our meal. As for the food we got a lychee Martini, gyoza, Raman and bao buns. The Raman from the happy hour menu was still plenty of food. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some amazing ramen. read more

Ramen Lab Eatery in Boynton Beach took over the old Lemongrass Asian Bistro spot. Fun anime posters make this spot fun, plus the outdoor seating is in a usually shaded and wide spot on the sidewalk. I am a huge fan of their homemade dumplings: gyoza, both the chicken and the veggie are excellent. I also like the chicken karaage. This location still has the sushi counter from Lemongrass days so I admit it is difficult for me not to order sushi, because it is soooo good and they have specials for happy hour or even BOGO sushi deals sometimes. The thai donuts are a great way to end a meal. They have boba too, so my kids are happy at any visit LOL. Is it wrong to admit I've yet to actually eat ramen at this location? I went to the Raman Lab Eatery in Boynton Beach for their appetizers. Marie was my Server and was terrific. She recommend the Strawberry Bobo Tea & it was fresh, delicious and thirsty-quenching. When the appetizers arrived I was ready to enjoy... and I was not disappointed. The Chicken Shumai was very savory. The Chicken Boa Bro Buns were crispy and delicious. The Tuna Bomb amazing. Attended a YELP invite event last night and had never been to this establishment before. Located in a strip center in West Boca it was casual but Nicely decorated. We were promptly seated at a four top near the window. To start I ordered a Mango Boba tea. It was nicely flavored and tasted of fresh mango, probably from the mango nectar used in preparation. My only thought was that it had too much ice in the plastic cup. There were so many other interesting drink choices that I have to return just to try them some of them. For an appetizer, we ordered two things. Shrimp shumai and an order of spring rolls. The shrimp dish was just ok while the Spring roll had 6 small bit sized pieces which reminded me of Asian Frozen Food brand BiBiGo offerings. It was fine. Nice presentation though. Our Entrees were a large portion of Ramen Noodles, carrots, diced Chicken & broth. Tasty & Filing. The Bao Buns made of Pork Belly was warm, soft and flavorful. We came for their Vinyl & Ramen with The Suede Suite night. The lychee martinees were great and the music was good. My friends ordered all the Bao Buns. They liked the chicken bun the best. First time ever trying Ramen Lab and everything was pretty good. Sadly, I can't say anything was great so only 4 stars instead of 5... We got seated and server came over to see us right away. We started with drinks, a passion fruit tea with black boba for the lovely Spensyr, while I tried their malted ovaltine with coconut jelly, both were good but neither was especially cold. Tasted like room temp drinks poured over ice. Appetizers were spicy cauliflower and pork burnt ends. The cauliflower was very good, but the burnt ends were barely seasoned and sitting in a watery tasteless sauce that tasted nothing like Nanban. For entrees we got the kimchee and fried chicken ramen, super tasty but no spice, and Udon Carbonara which was overcooked and devoid of anything resembling flavor. Unfortunately, we had to ask for some spice as nothing we got was seasoned. Most of the food was definitely tasty, and we'd considering going back but we'll be trying something different next time around. read more

I really love this brand. I've been to most of the locations. I know they just closed the one in Delray but are opening one in west Boca. We sat at a table this time but the bar area is nice too. Food is solid every time. They also have a great happy hour, service is fast but not pushy and they also are happy to make suggestions if you wanna share a few different things. Enjoy! read more

Pretty impressed with my first visit to Boynton's Ramen Lab. The interior designer needs their praise. Absolutely gorgeous. Big 360 from their previous interior in here when it was Lemongrass. We came during a weekday lunch. Ordered the wok charred edamame and agedashi tofu. Both items I would order again 100%. Delicious and couldn't stop eating bite after bite. For my main entree, I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen as is with an extra egg. Great portion. Great flavor. I enjoyed the price point as well. Would definitely come back soon. read more

I ordered my food to go, so I cannot comment on the service. I ordered the pork Gyoza. They did have a lot of pork in them, but only six come per order. The miso ramen was good, but I paid extra for the pork belly and as you see in the picture, it's just one piece of pork so for the price it's not worth it at all. You could get the ground chicken for free and you get more meat than I did with the pork.. the Bao buns were also not worth it In my opinion I paid extra for the pork belly and that as well and as you can see in that picture, there's one tiny little piece and there's just really nothing to them. Very basic mostly bread and definitely not worth the price. I've had way better . Ramen has a good flavor so I'm still giving force stars, but just stick to the Ramen read more

Been a fan of the Delray spot for years, so I was excited to see this new location in Boynton. The food is always great, high quality & delicious. Very nice place to eat, clean and well decorated. Service was a bit slow, we waited a bit before we got service but once the waitress arrived, it was a great experience. She was very nice and patiently answered our questions and explained the menu efficiently with a smile. Very good miso soup and I can say that the gyozas were the best I've ever had. Can't wait to go back just to have them. My partner and I each ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen which I've had in various states and overseas. The taste profile of that ramen at Ramen Lab Eatery is very good, however the fat content in the broth is too much; it makes the broth very heavy. Also the pieces of pork in the broth were too big. The food was amazing best Ramen i've had down south of Florida. The flavors are well balanced and delicious no other ramen in south side could do better than this place. The environment is very clean, and very lovely ambiance, especially how it has a modern style in which my favorite structure style. Susan was my server and she was an amazing at giving information about the menu and the restaurant, she showed a positive vibe and fast at serving our food in a right time. More like 4 1/2 stars. We had a delicious lunch here with very good service. We have been to their other locations in Boca and Delray. And have enjoyed our meals there. We were excited to hear about this newest location in Boynton Beach. Luckily, the food and ambiance here were equally as appealing. The decor is charming with cute little statues of cats and mice etc. There is a whole section with flowers over the bar ceiling. Lots of anime cartoons, too appear in various locations -- including the ladies room.. There's seating on an outside area, but we chose to dine inside. We started by sharing an appetizer of Korean ribs. They were tender and meaty and had a good flavor. The added fried shallots gave it a bit of texture. The ribs would have been even better if they were a tad crispier. Then we shared one of our go to ramen bowls -- their duck ramen. I am very happy to report that this was as good as I remembered. The broth had a fantastic flavor -- good enough on its own even -- plus the duck meat, bean sprouts, bok choy, and ramen noodles made it a perfect meal. As I said, we enjoyed our visit here. I have been going to the Ramen Lab location in Delray for years. It's a real treat to have this Boynton location closer to home. The vibe inside is very cool, and the food and service are still consistently great! I did notice the menu is getting larger so I was encouraged this last visit to order something other than the standard Red Curry Ramen that I usually get (because it is amazing and cannot be beaten in my book). The kimchi ramen and carbonara udon were good, as was the cauliflower and the pork belly apps...and I am glad I tried them all but I'd get the Red Curry Ramen again next time (it's just that good...change my mind)! read more

I'm so glad they opened a location in Boynton. Place is nicely decorated and everyone is super friendly and service is quick. The drink menu has a large selection and looks so crafty. Never had a bad item from here. The burnt ends appetizer is my favorite and I love the Tonkatsu Ramen. The broth is very rich and flavorful. I usually go to the Delray Ramen Lab Eatery but decided to give the Boynton one a try since it is closer by. I ordered to go, the Red Curry Ramen and Tom Yum Ramen with additional toppings of 2 Ramen Eggs and 2 Fried Onions for both ramens. They completely forgot to put the Fried Onions and charged me $4 total ($2 per soup). They also only put 1 Ramen egg and forgot about the 2nd one I ordered. I paid for 2 which was a total of $6 ($3 each). Highly disappointed. Food was not bad but they definitely need to improve and give people what they pay for. read more

The food runner repeatedly delivered food to the wrong table and then simply picked it up, wandered around asking if anyone had ordered _____ and then set the same plate down on another diners table. Our main courses all came out to the table at separate times and we were left waiting until everyone had been served before eating. Ramen Lab Eatery has definitely earned it's place in my heart! I ate there last week and took my daughters with me since they love ramen and boba tea. They loved the decor and lighting and it truly was an exceptional experience. The customer service was a 10/10! Our server was very attentive. As we dined, a young man (perhaps the manager or owner) came by and inquired about our meals to ensure everything tasted good. Their Happy Hour is VERY good. We had several JB sushi rolls (with a side of eel sauce), salmon sushi rolls, 1 lychee martini, 1 margarita and an order of Bao Bro Buns. For dinner I had Udon noodles w/ shrimp (subbed out the chicken) and my girls had ramen (can't remember which recipe specifically). It was all flavorful, hot and very filling. None of us finished our noodles and took them home with us. I was delightfully impressed! Because it takes consistency to get and keep my attention (and heart), I went back this week for Happy Hour. It was delicious! (Once again) This time I had several JB sushi rolls and a Green Apple Martini (chef's kiss). All were fresh, delicious and just what I needed to hit the spot. Now, the only thing, I have yet to experience is whether or not the service is consistent while the restaurant is busy. The service was great. My friend and I sat outside and it was nice especially for people watching. I have to say the food wasn't up to par with my expectations. First off of you want a side of anyhting they bring it to you in a little container that cost 2.00. I could have gotten a whole vegetable for that much. We got the chicken goyza it was good. For dinner I got a steak dish, it was ok, I just wasn't impressed with the taste. My friend however got the soup with grilled chicken in it, the chicken was very good.
