Hello all, Have to say was pleasantly surprised at the new ramen lab eatery location. The good: fire roasted edamame, and ginger salad dressing, the pork boi buns and the salad where all very tasty. The ramen was top notch broth the chicken and burnt ends tonkatsu has a great broth the depth of the tonkatsu broth was amazing. The bad: little pricy but still solid and the bar doesn't have a foot bar so ur back gets punished sitting at the bar. The ugly: nothing we enjoyed the our dinner and happy hour. We have been to the one in Delray Beach, but now they opened a new location in Boynton Beach, in the same area Lemongrass used to be before they moved to the opposite side of the plaza. Food and service is top notch. So far I have tried the Shoyu Ramen and the 5 Spice Duck Ramen, both very good, but the 5 Spice Duck Ramen is my ultimate favorite, sooo yummy. The pork belly burnt ends appetizer is amazing, may need 2 x orders because they are addictive. They have a great Happy Hour menu with many food and drink choices, very good pricing that you can't beat. My wife and I will be here a lot to take advantage of Happy Hour . The kids also love the food, so it's a win/win for us. If you're in the mood for ramen, this is a go to spot for sure. They also serve boba tea and other refreshing drinks which you do have the option to spike the drinks with alcohol ... nice added treat. The restaurant itself is very cozy, great lighting, nice modern decor and a very cool bar area that is split between the alcohol and the boba tea drinks. Ni matter what you do, do not pay $21 for their Tom Yum ramen. Flavor is great however $21 for 3 shrimp with broth and noodles is definitely not worth the uncharged co.pared to their other ramen there. They also forgot my watered down cocktail u til I was done with my meal. I'm unsure about this location. Not very well maintained compared to their other locations. Huge disappointment. I'm not one to leave reviews. Ever. But when you're kindly asked to as a repeat customer, it's hard not to. The food is fantastic(and if it's not, they'll fix it right away), the vibe is nice but of the staff I've experienced, Bridget is a fantastic waitress. Every experience and conversation with her has always felt genuine. Sometimes, you get someone where you can tell they aren't the same person outside of work and she doesn't exude that at all. I'm always stoked to have her as my waitress and love that, with repeat visits, there is a kindness to her that's easy to notice. She'll go out of her way to at the very least say "hi" when busy, and take interest in how things are when she's not. Would recommend again and I have. read more

Good customer service the pasta is good but the protein stuff don"t hit. Good drinks but not a lot of them. Try it but it's not the best.

Service was great Everything was delicious would 100% recommend if you're looking for a great meal or just some really good ramen! Homemade Gyoza and Chicken Karaage bao are a must try. We had one of their signature cocktails from the bar and a slushy (passion fruit ) from the boba menu which were also very good . Had a great attitude and provided us with excellent service and made sure that we were OK throughout the night. This place is amazing. We always order something new off the menu and have never been unhappy. We go at least once or twice a month since they opened. The service is always great. My husband and I loooove Ramen Lab and were excited when this one opened close to our home! We always get the red curry ramen and some apps. The only thing we didn't love about our last meal was that the strawberry peach tea was waaay too sweet. We took 2 sips and didn't touch the rest of it. This was our third visit to Ramen Lab Eatery . The first, in downtown Delray was great, but parking there is very expensive if you have to park in a private lot. So we were thrilled when they opened in Boynton Beach. It was a beautiful night and their outdoor terrace was perfect for what felt like a vacation dinner for 2 retired Florida Rounders. Both dishes were terrific and the service was over the top! Our server, a young woman, could not have been more attentive and a server from our previous visit, during their first week open, recognized us and came over to greet us. I ordered the Tom yum shrimp ramen, bao buns, and Ramen Tonkatsu. The ramen was a small portion. The photos on their website show Shrimp and calamari. It also said that it came with egg. However the ramen came with only 3 pieces of shrimp. No other seafood or egg came in the ramen. I ordered both ramens as medium spicy and they did not have a kick to it. This is our second time eating at a Ramen Lab and I thought since it was a new location we would give it another chance. It was just meh. I was disappointed and out $120. If you're looking for authentic, this isn't the place. It's more trendy renditions of authentic dishes. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen, the tempura udon, the bulgogi, the Korean fried chicken wings, banchan, and a lavender milk tea. The banchan is not traditional, doesn't come with kimchi, and is served in one bowl all together. The Korean fried chicken wings were not as crispy as the authentic version is and the sauce tasted different but was ok. It was my favorite item if I had to pick one. I didn't like the tonkotsu ramen at all. The noodles were super thin and not bouncy like regular ramen noodles, even though they make them in house. The udon noodles were great but the broth had no flavor and we had to add salt and sriracha. The tempura tasted like funnel cake batter but had a nice crunch. Their house made sriracha tasted like doctored up ketchup. For the bulgogi, the beef and the egg were burnt and bitter. Sorry to Ramen Lab for being so harsh but I was seriously disappointed and it was not worth it at all. If food is good, I have no problem with paying $100+ for dinner but I won't be coming back for anything but boba. That was good. We got 50% sweetness and it was delicious. Omg food was fire. Never been to such a great ramen place and I'm a big foodie guy and know so many good places. I'm def recommending this place to all my friends and family that come by to this new location. First ramen lab to ever have a full liquor bar so my server had recommended some amazing craft cocktails and amazing sake to try out. And I was able to see not only my cocktails being made first hand but also by ramen noodles being made by the famous Lucy (lovely lady). My server Q was such a remarkable server introducing everything so well and detailed. Will definitely be coming back to ask for Q everytime she has some amazing recommendations. Everything about this new location is spectacular. The entire team was so kind and welcoming. Including the one girl running the food and making my cocktails, Bridget. They're such a great team.
