My husband brought his own oil, replacement bolt, and oil filter, and the total came out to a really great price. They also offer military discounts :) Thank you so much!

He was very apologetic for the wait which was not his fault. What I was most impressed with was the young Hispanic tech who cashed me out and how he handled an extremely rude customer. This customer cut right in front of me as I was standing at the counter to pay and was irate about the cost of an oil change and took his frustrations out on the young man. If you're gonna drive an $80,000 one ton diesel pickup, you should probably know what it's gonna cost to get an oil change. The employees don't set the prices they just work there. They also tell you when you check in the approximate cost. He acted like a fool, and the young man handled him very professionally. I'd be lying if I didn't chuckle at the Insta Karma that occurred with declined card after card after card. Other than not having the correct oil on hand, I had a pretty good experience and employees were very professional. Will be back.

When it comes to getting your car worked on who do you trust? I needed rear brakes for my 2012…read moreMazda. It used to be so easy to fix my own car but now? I asked a good friend of mine who was a mechanic in the US Army where I should go after I figured out I couldn't easily get it done myself. He recommended Les Schwab! I contacted them, got an estimate, and had AAA tow my car there! Yep I had to have it towed, brake fluid started leaking. This Les Schwab did the job, did it right, and for a very fair price! And...I have a great warranty....something I couldn't have given myself! They also gave me a Veteran Discount! Now I can say I Trust this Les Schwab, and you should check them out! Good job team Schwab! I appreciate you!

The service was handled unprofessionally and resulted in significant damage. Initially, they brok a…read morelug nut while attempting to remove the tire. It was agreed to let them attempt to drill out the wheel stud, which was successful.  Unfortunately, following that, a  hammer was used with such force to free the rim from the hub that they split and cracked the rim.  Instead of providing a proper replacement or compensation for the damage they caused, my original chrome wheel was replaced with an inferior, mismatched part. I now have three chrome wheels and one that resembles a spare, and I have received no compensation for the damage to my car. As their incompetence caused the damage, I would expect they would replace the cracked rim with an identical, high-quality chrome wheel or providing full financial compensation for the replacement cost. While speaking with the manager, he offered nothing to make this right. Don't let this shop work on your car!

I want to start off by saying the manager Joaquin is truly amazing. I had to bring my vehicle to a…read morerepair facility to have the brakes inspected to have the findings sent to my warranty company. When I called Joaquin was very eager to help and have the vehicle checked out. Upon bring my vehicle there he let me know that due to how the cars panels hung down they were not able to lift it and did not want to take a risk on breaking anything. He offered to use a floor jack to at least be able to check the front brakes. Him and his staff were very friendly and eager to help out. I drive an electric vehicle so there is not really much to service but anyone who does drive a gas/hybrid vehicle should definitely see Joaquin and his team. Thank you again guys for everything you did and going that extra mile to ensure I was taken care of.

They failed to reset my oil light on my car I had to do that too. Just praying that they actually changed the oil correctly. Really shotty work. Very disappointed. I am more than capable of doing it myself but I was so tired I thought I'd pay for the help and I don't feel as helped as I would have liked I could of done it myself much cheaper. But I decided to go to the shop I can usually trust. But the evening I went I made a very heavy mistake.

I am struggling with a rating as our experience started off great with good communication from…read moreGreg. He was able to order our parts quickly and I made an appt for early on a Tuesday morning. I then got a call on Monday from a female at the shop saying our parts were in and they would like to get me scheduled for later in the week or the following week. Which was weird because I already had an appointment for the following day. We dropped our car off early in the morning and did not hear anything all day. I called later in the afternoon and the same female answered the phone. I asked for an ETA on when our car would be done. She said she could not do that and she would call when it was done. I felt she was rude and in a hurry to get me off the phone. So I called back and asked to speak to someone else who could help me more as I was trying to plan out a ride to the shop. She again was rude saying they had a lot of cars to work on that day, which was not my issue. I felt like since I had an appointment, our car would be a priority. I then asked to speak to someone else, which she did not like. I was then able to speak to a technician who was actually able to give me an estimate. Not sure why she couldn't take the time to go and ask for an estimated time. This is a very small car shop and would not have been hard for her to do. Then when I went to pay, I was told of a 4% Credit card fee. Which added an additional 65+ dollars to our total. Why wasn't this shared with us at the beginning? I most certainly would have brought in cash. But this was 10 minutes before closing and I needed my car for the following day for a long road trip. I am not sure why it is so hard to communicate with your customers. I was not asking for a specific time for when my car was going to be done. I understand we were not the only vehicle there. But get up, walk into the shop and ask for an ETA. And why is it so hard to be transparent about a fee upfront vs. waiting until a customer comes and pays? Sometimes the little things can go a long way. We will not be back. And I know that losing our business will not hurt your shop. But good customer service can go a long way!!

After a short time they called to let me know the engine was shot & they could do a used engine with 90K on it for $6,000 to &7,000. I opted to have the car towed to the Greeley Toyota dealer, where I bought it new thinking maybe Toyota might give me a deal on a new or used car. It turned out that the engine just needed new spark plugs & one ignition coil and now it runs great. Needless to say, I will not return to Accelerated Auto for any work after such an extreme misdiagnosis. I only hope it was an honest error.
