Over price $27 for a patch, the lady charging has no customer service skills. The workers are courteous and got the job done fast.

They're advertised as closing at 7:30 and I have them a call around 6:40/6:59 letting them know I was about 15 minutes away after they confirmed they had a tire for me and would be able to install it for me tonight so I drove on a spare down the freeway to them and when I showed up they were driving out saying that they were close although it was way before 7:30 and I let them know that I have them a call and they said they could help but they denied and rejected me which was extremely disappointing so I ended up going down the road to A-1 service read more

Terrible service . My tire popped up the road from them , I called them with about 40 minutes to their closing time and confirmed they had my tires. I let them know I was 15 minutes away. When I got there and asked them to fix my tire, they said they couldn't fix it because they are closed AFTER they confirmed and I drop all the way here with a spare. Came here with a screw in my tire because they were the only tire place that was open after 6pm ..a guy approached me and said my tire was too bad he can't patch it, he called over another guy that said the same thing and told me I need a new or used tire because my tire is bad and can't patch it, he then quoted $45, $50 or $55 for a used tire depending on how good this used tire is..I said fine give me the $50 tire and thought it would be a decent tire. The tire they sold me has the same thread as my original tire smh and charged me $59, not sure what the $9 was for when I was told $50 smh. I was here in an emergency so my time was limited and my choices were slim at 830 in the morning. I literally just got new tires in December or November and ever since then I've had at least 4 nails in my tires. So I'm not surprised that right when I am about to head to Vegas I get another. Fortunately this place was open early and only one other person was there before me. I was asked to make the choice of a plug or a patch and I chose the plug. All their prices are $5 more than any place I go to in LA. So a plug was $15. It got me to Vegas and back, unfortunately when I got back I had 2 more nails in the same tire. My go to spot when it's getting late! All the other shops seem to close around 6 and they stay open here till 8! Came in today cause my girl somehow ran over this monster screw. I was gunna get it patched but was skeptical because the size of this thing. They told me the probability of the patch holding, which was a 50% chance it'll hold. So I just got a used tire. It still had a bunch of tread and it was dope that it happened to be the same Bridgestone that I already had. So glad my tread will still all match haha read more

AVOID this place ,the fat short worker that looks like he don't groom daily, SPIT on my tire after I asked him how much longer for my tire to be installed , job was done but tired had to be screwed back on. I was limited on time so I ask politely if he can just put it in so I could get on my way , when doing so I heard a loud SPITTING sound didn't think nothing of it but when I got home I seen the dry stain all over my wheel. Putting my safety at risk for 50 bucks is insane to me. This the second time I had a bad experience here. Insane prices here... I stopped by this morning to mount 4 tires on my car. Drove 40 mins from Riverside... Before they started the work they gave me a quote of $140. I thought to myself okay cool $35 a tire. I went ahead and approved of the $140. After I unloaded the tires I let the guy know I forgot to mention I also needed the TPMS sensors to be swapped over as well. I was providing the TPMS. The guy let me know he would as how much extra it would be to get that done as well. I thought to myself okay maybe like $10 more so about $180 for everything. He came back and let me know I was looking at an additional $200!! I thought he was messing with me at first. I asked him why so much more??? The tire was already going to be off the wheel... it takes no more than 2 mins each wheel to remove and replace the TPMS. I let him know they were OEM TPMS so they didn't need to be programmed... I ended up leaving... I think the staff needs better understanding of pricing. Not sure who was giving out the prices that day. But $340 to have 4 wheels mounted is ridiculous. Drove down to another shop and they are charging me $100 for everything - $25 a tire. They also have a nicer waiting room. read more

Discovered a screw in my tire at 7:40pm. Yelp says closed by 7:30 but drove by to double check and luckily they were still open. At first it looked like the screw was too close to side wall so I approved replacement with a new tire. On second inspection he said it could be repaired. Instead of a $50 or more job, he was honest and I was only charged a patch job of $25. Honest work will always get a customer to return. I'll definitely be back. read more

My Tesla had a flat tire, and I had a Little league State Championship to attend that my grandson was playing in. I tried lots of tire stores, and Zapata finally had one that would be available the next afternoon. But when Zapata Tire heard about the game, they went first thing in the morning to the warehouse to get my tire, and when I got there with the Tesla, they put it on in minutes! Went in to get a tire rotation and the service was good but then the next day I had issues with the tire sensors I guess they need to be reprogrammed on newer vehicles when they rotate the tires so I went back but the guy that had helped me that day wasn't there. The next day I went There was a young kid said he's name was David I told him the issue with the tire sensor basically told me oh there nothing I can do to fix it and wanted to send me to his cousins shop to reprogram the sensors. How are you managing a tire shop with OUT the right equipment to fix issues like that doesn't make sense and wasn't warn about maybe having to reprogram the sensors when the rotation was made. Crazy how it was just a tire rotation but the young kid customer service was bad all around. read more
