A friend of ours wanted to have lunch here, and I am on keto, so I wasn't able to eat any pizza or subs. I decided to have some sides, and chose the meatballs and half cobb salad. The meatballs arrived cold. Not even room temp, but cold to the touch. I normally don't send food back, but meatballs and sauce are much better hot. The waitress said she'd have the kitchen remake them rather than warm them up, which I appreciated. They came back looking pretty hot, with steam coming off the top. The sauce was hot, meatballs themselves were warm. Since they weren't cold in the middle, that was fine. The meatballs and sauce had good flavor. The cobb salad was pretty awful. The chicken was drier than a bone, and some pieces were so hard that I didn't eat them at all. The bacon was congealed into balls, and super cold. (I think maybe they undercooked it, chopped it, and then it all clumped together in the fridge)? Veggies seemed fine, nothing to note but the chicken and the bacon were the "treats" in the salad I was most looking forward to and they stunk. My husband and our friends seemed to like their pizza, but no one was blown away. If I am back in the area again, I'd try a different place. read more

the Order was "misread" as pickup when it was most definitely "delivery". I received a 10% discount when the app indicated that the order had been "out for delivery" for an hour and was told that the restaurant would be remaking the order and getting it to me within 30 minutes. They did not remake it. They reheated it creating a very unappealing and disappointing meal. The salad was warm and wilted. This is not the first time I had an order lost/misplaced nor the first time the restaurant outright lied about replacing it with fresh food. No more chances for you, Ramunto's. read more

We came here after voting mass MoCA for a quick lunch. This place is relatively quick even with only one server working. The food came out nice and hot and was really good and filling. They also have quite a selection of local beers on draft. We also got a very nice discount on our beers for having to wait. read more

We were in to get a quick note to eat. The place was mostly empty when we got here. We ordered a cheeseburger no bin on a piece of lettuce with pickles and tomato and a meatball hoagie. Nothing rocket surgery here. We were told it came with fries. 20 minutes later we got our food. The cheeseburger had no fries and a giant plate of lettuce and no pickle. By now the place was packed and it seems there was only one waitress for the entire place. We asked if we could get our pickles and fries and she asked if we wanted Spears or sliced pickles. I popped my Ramuntos cherry in North Adams with some covid, socially distanced dine-in action. Im now a fan. I had pasta with meatballs. It was delicious. I hesitate to mention this but... I think the sauce and the meatballs are holding at too high of a temperature because both had a slight burnt flavor. The thing is... I really love tomato sauce with a slight burnt flavor in the background... so for me this was 100% perfect! I'm not sure this is typical of Ramuntos. BTW the pasta came with a couple garlic knots which were hot, fresh and very delicious! The food vibe was fast casual - like a better quality papa ginos - even though its a full service restaurant. Service was excellent. The décor is a high ceiling pub-like vibe with TV's and large windows letting a lot of natural light in. Its a really nice vibe. I have not tried their pizza. Based on the look of the slice pies in the case...I'd order a fresh pie. read more

We came here for some individual slices and saw that the garlic knots looked good too, so we impulsively ordered a small side (6 knots per small, but ours came with an added 7). Best decision ever. Disappointing. We've been to other Ramunto's locations and have been very pleased. The North Adams location was understaffed, and the service was terrible. We waited a long time to order, and even longer to get it. One waitress literally disappeared. The woman behind the counter, who was also cooking came out to wait on customers. She gets 5 stars. The food was good when we finally got it. Mine came out about 6 minutes before everyone else's, and then the disappearing waitress brought the pizza out before it was ready. (They forgot the basil). Not the end of the world, but you expect more for what they charge. read more

It has taken a long time to process our horrible experience at this restaurant and write this review. The incident happened August 2023 when a bartender absolutely refused to wait on my friend and colleague. The bartender, white female and my colleague African American man. We were in residence as Art educators at MassMoca. The owners sister called me after the incident saying the bartender would be taken off her shifts and the staff would do some kind of sensitivity training as my complaint was not the first. We spoke for about 45 minutes. It all seemed very sincere and caring. She told me she was an educator and really got it. The staff made many excuses that night: oh this bartender is moody, she is like this with everyone etc etc. After feeling so confident this person and restaurant really cared I waited to hear about next steps. Then she ghosted me. Then an owner texted a couple months later after I checked in to hear about progress. I let him know what exactly took place then he ghosted me. The review: it took 25 minutes to get two beers. The bartender waited on people all around us and then began to clean dishes instead of waiting on us. Customers noticed! Other workers noticed! Our sad slices had been ready for ages. The slices were not good. We finally got two beers and took them outside. Someone saying they were the night manager (they weren't) came with a notebook to scribe our experience saying how seriously they take situations like this. They don't! I'm sad they never got back to me. This a community where all should feel welcome! And if that bartender is still there deciding who she is in the mood to wait on! Well. That's awful. If the owners get back to me I will take this review down. If they say they did what they promised to help cultivate a more positive work environment I would be so happy about that growth. read more

I order thru online by a company called SLICE. they couldnt even get thru when I had to call an hour or so later telling them i had no order delivered yet. i waited another 15 mins , still no order. I call SLICE & they refunded my money & cancelled. A half hour later I get this call from an out of state number saying they are the delivery person & where am I located that they cant find me. Lovely little spot in North Adams downtown. The inside has a nice cozy feel with lots of booth seating and easy walk-up ordering and service to the table when your food is ready. We ordered and food was out, steaming hot, within fifteen minutes. We got the NY style pizza, which was quite tasty, but the really standout was the wings. We got a dozen of the mild sauce wings and they were legitimately great, in my opinion. They had that great super crispy exterior with the little bubbles on it, but the wings themselves were not at all dry inside and the sauce was fantastic. They were faintly mustardy and spicy with just the right amount of vinegar tang to them. Could have eaten a pile but I had to share my order. :( Nice table service once we ordered. The staff checked in on us and brought us over a tray for the pizza since we were eating outside at a small table with all of our kids. Super helpful, super nice, super clean. read more

Not super great but not bad. I ate twice there and tried buffalo chicken pizza, cheese pizza, buffalo chicken salad, and the grilled onion burger. Buffalo chicken pizza- good flavor in general but lacked something, I couldn't figure out what... I would eat it again though. Cheese pizza- it's cheese pizza... as good as it gets without any toppings.. Buffalo chicken salad- they use real blue cheese in it and it tastes great, depending on how much you like blue cheese. I definitely would have it again. Grilled onion burger- this one I had really high expectations for because I LOVE grilled onions. It fell short a little bit just because to lacked a certain freshness to it. It was packed with onion and cheese flavor which ended up a bit cloying but if they added a slice of a tomato or a lettuce leaf it would've added a freshness and a new layer to it. Not a bad burger in general but lacked a sophistication in flavor. Also a little garlic mayo would've have elevated his burger to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! Placed an order at 5p of 2 Buffalo chicken salads 12 piece of garlic knots and an order of the 12 piece cinnamon knots. After 2 phone calls of inquiring of our order it finally came an hour and half later. We understand no one wants to work in America anymore but communication with your patrons is key. The salads were hot and the garlic knots was inedible. After we received our food myself and my husband called over a dozen of times and no answer and finally we spoke to Trinity and she compensated us for the burnt food and the cinnamon knots but still that's not enough our family is without dinner. We were forced to go elsewhere 2 hours later. Ramuntos and the owners of this franchise should be ashamed of the quality of food going out the door. This place is lame and not worth your time. There are 15 other pizza establishments in the area, go to another if you are looking for food with taste. Their pizza is bland and dry. You will walk in and probably appreciate that it is clean, spacious and has a nice appearance with a bar in the back (beer and wine only), but the service is dazed and slow. Not only have I given this place several tries, each time I go I am even more disappointed. They have specials like half of pasta and 50 cent wings on Monday... but they often run out and they are soggy and fatty. I attempted to order their "garlic knots" but they ran out of dough.. they don't make them from their pizza dough I was told and they are frozen and ordered in. Gross. Finally back in Adams for the weekend and we decided to finally check this place out. Walking in the decor was great and I loved the atmosphere! The employees were all friendly, and we each ordered a couple slices of pizza with an order of garlic knots. The service was quick, and the pizza was delicious. I had buffalo chicken and it was superb! The garlic knots were also a treat with a great dipping sauce! We came a little later in the night for the slice selection wasn't as full as I'm sure it is during busy hours, so I'd love to come back and try out some others next time we're in town! Ramuntos never ceases to disappoint....yet I keep coming back! Why? Tonight, I ordered a pizza online for delivery, being told it would be an hour. At 30 minutes I made sure I was ready, porch light on, and I was sitting next to the door. At 70 minutes I decided to check the porch. Lo and behold, it was on the floor about 4 feet from the door. The pizza was ice cold. There was no text, no email, NO DOORBELL......even though I put on the order to ring the doorbell. Typically, the SLICE app messages when on the way, or updates the timing, but nothing this time. So, $27 wasted dollars later.......which includes roughly $8 for delivery and fees, and I now have to reheat a cold pizza. I hate cold pizza. I hate reheated pizza. read more

we had our weekly family supper club at Ramuntos. My sister's pizza slice was hard as a rock and had obviously been under the heat lamps for too long. I discovered a few days later that my debit card was charged twice after the clerk had trouble ringing my "Half priced pasta" and had to call another clerk over. We have gone to Ramuntos several times on Thursday and found that if you don't confirm that the pasta is half price you get charged full price. Ramuntos weakness is definitely the help! read more
