It's a big barn of a place with picnic table style seating, and an outside patio with more of the same. Order at the counter and they give you a pager to come pick it up when ready. There's no soda fountain, order a soft drink and they hand you a 12 oz. can. Pizza is square, 1/4 pie is enough to satisfy most people. Crust is thick, the ingredients are good quality and the results are very tasty. I ordered a #4, and it was good, but not piping hot out of the oven, more like it sat a while. Over all very tasty, will repeat. Oh, and yes, the homemade ranch is very tasty.

It's just phenomenal pizza. The care they put into the toppings is next level. It's not just canned pineapple, it's hand cut and drained - non-soggy pineapple. It's not just ranch, it's homemade and garlicky-ive yet to find better. They next-level every ingredient they add to your pizza. They don't skimp. Not on quality or quantity. If you like Detroit Style pizza, I'm not sure you'll find better on the West Coast.

Wow, this bad boy was serious. When they handed me this box I thought they handed me a box full of encyclopedias. To my surprise there was a pizza in there. Also to my surprise, the pizza was fantastic. It's a heavy and filling pizza. Hunker down and be ready to stuff yourself. This had everything I wanted. It's a Detroit style situation but more dense. It's the real deal. That's all I'll say. I don't need to get into much more detail (4.7 Stars)

Detroit style pizza with at least two locations, but a little bit on the higher end of pricing. I ordered online and it said it would be ready quicker than I expected, nice! You can choose quarter, half, or full pies. I got a half and half pie. "Hawaiian" split with "#4" Of course I added two ranch! I said to myself 'it better be good with this name'! It was delicious! They even hooked it up ;) much appreciated!! The pizza is phenomenal! Thick, crispy, buttery crust with quality ingredients smothering the top! Not all may love it, but the pineapple is super fresh! Watch out for the jalapeños, you are going to need that ranch! I even got a message once ready for pickup.

Hands down, the best pizza I've eaten in Portland. I almost dropped the box because of how crazy heavy the pizza was, and yet, somehow, the Sicilian-style pizza is crazy light. You can eat a ton without feeling stuffed. The sauce is rich and flavorful and it has the perfect combination of cheese. I am normally not a fan of crust, but this pizza takes all of the toppings to the edge, and, with the way it's cooked, the crust crispy, but still airy. Ironically, with this pizza, it's my favorite part! Erg, maybe it's my favorite part of the pizza specifically, because the real winner is their ranch dressing. It's insanely flavorful, and seasoned just right. It's so good, they even sell it by itself! I highly recommend you give them a try.

Picked up a pizza and it literally had NO cheese on it. We deconstructed the the entire pie, not a sliver of cheese. SO disappointing for nearly $40 bucks.

So glad I finally tried Ranch. It is rave worthy! Beware of the Calabrian peppers, maybe ask for less. The crust is perfectly crisp. Service was prompt. Thankfully went on off time and day (Wednesday evening). No one was in there, which was perfect for getting our order quickly.

5/5 would recommend. This place exceeded my expectations. Delicious Detroit style pizza, hefty portions, and perfect for sharing! Great price ($9.50 - price will vary depending on pizza type). Although I felt like their flavor options were very limited. I ended up ordering the 2 quarter size Number Four (sausage, ricotta, chilies). The pizza was a soft focaccia like bread. Lots of toppings. Super cheesy and paired with the free house made ranch was absolutely delicious. I even had leftovers! Service was speedy quick! Staff were helpful and nice. Ambiance was inviting. I would def come back!

Highlights; carrot hollandaise served with broccoli, nettle risotto & the rhubarb cocktail. Only critique was the Lions mane mushroom entree was difficult to cut and eat. We ordered five items to share. We had to take leftovers home, so I would say 4 dishes for three people would've been better. But it was just really hard to choose because everything looked amazing. My favorite items by far were the Chantelle chowder and the watermelon radishes. The tortellini soup reminded me of a Ramen broth, but with tortellini in it instead of Ramen noodles. The table next to me ordered the kimchi and chips, and I wish I had ordered it, but usually kimchi is too spicy for me so that's why I didn't. I think they even ferment the kimchi there. I'll definitely order that when I go back. My least favorite item was the barbecue tempeh, and that was mainly because of the soft consistency of the tempeh. But the celery root mash that came with it was delicious. The service was exceptional. The bathrooms were clean and nice. And I highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back.

Special shout out to the kitchen staff for big multitasking energy: watching the game, closing out the place, and firing out some amazing food. Wilder's near-close happy hour offerings were both tasty and generous. Cocktails featured offerings from local distillers that yielded complex flavors but nothing that was "trying too hard" to be artisanal. We walked in at about 6:30pm on a Wednesday night and was kind of greeted by one of the servers. She wasn't too friendly and seemed to be irritated that we said we'd wait for a table as opposed to sitting at the bar. Once seated, that same server came over to try to take our orders and once again seemed irritated that we weren't ready to order. Luckily, another server took over from there and we had a pleasant anniversary meal the rest of the time! Here's everything we tried: Devilish Eggs - This came with 4 deviled eggs and was just okay. The crispy bacon pieces was the best part of this dish! Steak Tartare - This was the main reason we chose this restaurant and we were definitely not disappointed! We spent our first anniversary together in Europe and had so much tartare and this really brought back some wonderful memories for us. The tartare was rich and mustardy, beef flavor was great, and it sort of just melted in your mouth. The crispy chips paired well with the tartare and I can't wait to come back and have this again! Mussels - This was a big bowl of mussels in a white wine garlic sauce with toasted baguettes. Mussels tasted fresh and garlicky with just a bit of funk from whatever cheese they grated on top. The toasted baguettes were so good dipped into that white wine broth. I wish this dish came with skinny fries but it was also so good as is. Would definitely order this again! Field Greens - I asked for this to come out with my meal but it came out about 10 minutes before the entrees came out. It was very light and refreshing. I saved half to have with my meal but most of it was wilted already by the time our mains came out. But it's okay! The fried chicken actually had a small portion of this salad on its plate. I wouldn't have ordered this had I known, so next time will skip the side salad altogether! Fried chicken - I really wanted to like this dish but alas, fried chicken breast is very hard to make juicy. I definitely prefer dark meat because that's harder to mess up. My partner enjoyed it but he doesn't mind dry chicken. The sauces were phenomenal! That mustard sauce was great and the sweet glaze was delicious! The potatoes would have been a lot better if they were smaller to get more of that crust to creamy potato ratio but still okay the way it was. My fiance cleaned this plate up! Brown Butter Cake - This cake was phenomenal! It's hard to mess anything with Brown Butter up so I had really high expectations for this and they certainly did not disappoint. The server was nice enough to throw candles on it since we were celebrating and it really ended our meal on the sweetest note! The restaurant itself is small and cozy. A bit dark and romantic. It really reminded me of the small bistros in France that we frequented while we were out there. We'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu!

You would see that it's going to a motel, you would think to add the silverware. Fortunately, I was able to get silverware from my motel's breakfast room. The lumpia were very good. They were not greasy at all. They are smaller than standard eggrolls, but because they use more meat and less veggies than your standard eggroll, they pack a lot more flavor. Everything inside was seasoned well, and I really enjoyed them. They came with a vinegar based dipping sauce that I liked The "garlic Ponzu" salmon poke? No, not nearly as good. For the price they were charging, it was not a very big portion. Besides that, it just wasn't that good. A good salmon is normally pink to orange. This salmon was barely pink. I couldn't taste the garlic or the Ponzu at all. The veggies were crisp, the rice was a good quality, but there was just no seasoning. The salmon was very bland. I didn't know if it was just because of the seasoning, maybe they used a low quality or a previously, frozen salmon. I love good salmon. This was not good salmon. For the price I paid, not counting the DoorDash fees because those are added in anyway, I just felt I didn't get my moneys worth. Next time I'm in the area, I will find another place. Thanks anyway.
