The interior of the establishment looks very much like an antique shop with all the knick-knacks and old portraits decorated around the cafe. The service was pretty great with the waitress coming to my table very frequently. My only other complaint is that there is only one washroom there, which would not bother me so much if it was more available. Overall, I really enjoyed eating at the Corner Nook and will make sure to frequent there again.

I had mine with fruit, which was fresh, but having tried the potatoes, I think that's the way to go! The only note is that they do put the salsa in the wrap, and so it does tend to leak out the bottom. The rest of the table got the salmon lox which looked phenomenal. Large portions of smoked salmon. The scrambled eggs are fluffy. And the onions and capers add really nice acidity. I am not a coffee or tea drinker, so unfortunately I can't speak to their drinks too well.
