When requesting for assistance in the self-checkout aisle, we needed help figuring out how to remove items off the screen. Fast forward to her asking where the item was that needed to be removed, we told her we returned it back in one of the bins. She then proceeded to scan our items very aggressively, grabbed the item that we removed of our checkout screen, and threw it forcefully towards the back basket of her counter. She showed no form of true customer service, and brought disappointment to our shopping experience.
