Oh dear. I think I'm in the middle of a bad experience. I purchased the Circle Buzz $29 for 10 windows cleaning deal. I've used Circle Buzz before and have been thrilled. This one just sounded too good to be true. It took 3 phone calls, 2 messages, and 3 days to get a call back to make an appointment. My appointment was schedule between 8:30-9:30 this morning. I cleared my schedule and entertained my 3-year old at home. Lord knows I have plenty of errands to run. SoCal Pro Solutions was a NO SHOW. I left a message at 9:40 and again at 10:15 asking if someone was on their way or if they will call back to reschedule. I'm still waiting... Bad business! read more

I called them for 3 weeks, everyday to arrange to get my windows cleaned, no answer, no return call. After so much hassle I decided to ask for a refund from LS. Bought a UT Daily Deal...10 windows for $29. I have 16 windows and was considering paying to get the other 6 cleaned until I found out the deal was for 10 window "panes." Each of my windows had 2 panes so I could only get 5 windows out of my 16 windows done using the deal. I opted not to have the inside cleaned so I was able to get 20 outside panes done which almost covered all 16 windows. Antonio was very nice and did a decent job . I guess I felt cheated and mislead (shoudda read the fine print). Other window deals I have purchased dont do it by "pane" so I expected the same here. Lesson learned. On a side note, when I called to make an appt, they were scheduling 2 months out. I would expect that most people who want windows cleaned cant and dont want to wait 2 months and would just call another company. read more

Bought a living social deal for them. When trying to schedule an appointment, they don't actually ever answer their phone. You have to leave a message then they call you back but if you are not available when they call you have to leave another message because they don't leave you a number that someone will actually answer. Had an appointment with them today, I took off work to be home for it. They did not show and did not call. I tried to call them but their mailbox is full so I can't even get a hold of them to see if they will ever show up today. I'm done with services through any groupon, living social, yelp etc. Seems to me they just over load the companies and even thoses that might be good companies provide poor customer service because they just can't handle the responses. read more

Like all the others, I had a Groupon. They showed up 4 hours late for the appointment. The deal was for 25 windows (far more than I have in my house) BUT they counted every pane as a separate window! Also, said that only the exterior was covered...doing the interior would be an extra. I had called to verify that they would do tracks and screens--when they got here, he said that tracks and screens were not covered either...a total rip-off! We kicked him out and called Groupon. Yes, same exact experience as all others. We are getting married in two weeks, after multiple calls, we finally recieved a call back, assuring us they would be there and do a great job. no show! Groupon did refund, but I really think they should check out whether or not the services they accept are legit. This business is fake! I bought cleaning service on Groupon and called them to arrange the cleaning. I left numerous messages but they never called back. Only after my complain to Groupon who promised to resolve the problem, they called me back. Steven, who claimed he was an owner promised that they will do a great job and assured me because I was very hesitant to schedule the cleaning. Wish I would have read these reviews before I bought from Groupon. It took four times to get an appointment that they did not cancel on me. Came out today and said I had 35 windows and they would only do 25. Their window size must be extremely small. Asked them to start on the upstairs. Never cleaned the insides of the windows!!!! ( or the screens or tracks). Left after 40 min. Never said they were done or let us know what windows they did not get to. The windows they did clean were marginal at best. read more

I bought a Groupon and immediately called to schedule my appointment. I was able to get an appointment, but they never showed up. After calling several times to reschedule, they told me that it would be two months. They did show up, albeit late, for the rescheduled appointment. As others have noted, their definition of a window is not typical, so I paid for them to do the windows not covered by the Groupon. They did a decent job, but even with my Groupon, it cost me more than the window washing company I use without a Groupon. I would not use them again. They are unreliable. read more

What a rip off! Bought a Groupon for $60 for 15 windows. I didn't have a problem booking an appointment and the gentleman who cleaned the windows showed up on time. He was pleasant and friendly. The coupon did not explain, nor did the lady who I spoke to to book the appointment, that each PANE of glass is one window, so if you have two panes of glass in a window...you know.....they actually slide to open.....it counts as two windows. Total BS! The coupon also failed to mention that the price only includes cleaning the OUTSIDE of the windows. Not the inside. Such a load of crap. The guy looked embarrassed, but he told me it would be another $84 to clean all of my windows, but the outside only. That would have been $144 to clean the outside of my windows, screens and tracks. DO NOT do business with this company. Their website doesn't work either. Interesting. Just talked to the owner to address this and he was extremely rude. Briefly, the tech came to my house to wash the exterior windows only..I handed him the Groupon voucher, I returned inside ...About 45 minutes later, realizing I had not really heard or seen any movement outside, I went to check on the progress.. There was NO tech in sight and not ONE of my windows had been washed! Calling or e-mailing the company has not been satisfactory. DO NOT waste your time with this company!! They are not worth it, even if you get a discount via their online marketing. I tried calling these guys for weeks, with no answer. I was finally able to reach their voice mail, and after about 10 days of voice mail tag, I was able to set up an appointment. I couldn't be home that day, so I paid my housekeeper to stay at the house and wait for them. They never showed. I did get a call from them stating that their employee was in a car accident. Again, after more voice mail tag, I was able to reschedule. The guy showed up, and charged me an extra $50 for additional windows. When I got home, I found that not only did he not do all of the windows promised, but he left two screens just laying in the neighbor's driveway. We were lucky to find last minute window cleaners to honor our end of our lease. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This company is a fake. SoCal Green is the second. Every time I call for an appointment their answer machine says to leave a message then their phone service provider gives the message that the mailbox is full. I am wishing i would have read this before I purchased the UT San Diego deal. First, we have a 3 story town-home and read ALL the fine print on the deal and did not see anything about 3 stories. When I called about a month ago to schedule an appointment, I asked the woman who said that they don't do third story windows because the guy who has the only ladder that would reach fell off of it and is recovering. That was the first disappointment. The first available appoint was for today, November 12 (a month after calling to schedule). They showed up and counted the windows. The guy took my voucher, said "I'll get started," went out to his truck. He came back and I saw him with window cleaning tool and it looked as if he was seeing if it would reach our second story window. He disappeared and after I realized he had been gone for a quite a while, I checked and saw that he and his truck were no where to be found. I called and I left a message for the guy. Meanwhile, I got a message from someone else saying he had to leave because his wife was in a car accident about 20 minutes ago, so he left to the hospital. The guy said he was trying to schedule someone to come out and to call him back. There was no answer so I left a message saying I am sorry to hear about this guy's wife and that I would like to reschedule. After reading this, I think I will call UT San Diego and get my money back instead. read more

Again it looks like we've been taken advantage of from an shaddy operation. The crew did show up - but the lead guy sat in his truck parked outside the whole time and I had to go out there several times to ask questions and point out windows that weren't cleaned. They were late and I had to leave to pick up my kids from school and when I returned they had left and didn't clean six of the windows on the outside. This company is so unorganized and very unreliable. They did not show up the first time they were scheduled, but I actually reached someone on the phone (I had to call them and find out why they were late) and we rescheduled a month later. The second appointment I actually got a reminder a few days early via email stating they would be here on the scheduled date and time. I sat home all day waiting for them to show up. I never got a call, an email, a text, nothing. I tried all of those and no one answered the phone, voice mailbox was full so I could not leave a message, and sent emails, all went unanswered. They give what seems like a great deal, but do not deliver. My time is more valuable than the amount of money I would have saved from them. I had better luck than some of the other reviewers in that SoCal did come at the scheduled appointment. However they missed cleaning one large window, 25 percent of the other windows had streaks or a 3" swath along the perimeter of the window frames that was smeared. Also they did not clean or oil any tracks as they had promised. I left two e mail messages and a telephone message and never received a response. These people must still be in business by snagging new customers via the Union Tribune promos because they certainly can't count on repeat business. read more

I bought the deal on U-T SD and when they came to clean the windows they had ALL kinds of hidden charges and RIDICULOUS how they count each window as TWO without explaining that, they have a ladder charge for the 2nd floor. I was called 1 1/2 hours before they were suppose to come. I was told they would need to re-schedule since the van broke down, then they told me they found someone to come, but made it a later appointment. I get home, a van was sitting in front of my house, no worker. They called me 45 min later, said the worker could not find the house.I said "that's funny, a van has been sitting in front of my home for 45 min." Described the van to her, she said it was their van.She was confused and told me she would call me back. Never did. I called her 1 hour later. She said she couldn't believe they didn't show up yet. She said she would call me back again. She never did. In the meantime the van left. They never appologized for the poor service. Never called back to give me an idea when they would show up. To this day, they still have not called me. I gave up, contacted Groupon for a refund. Prior to buying the Groupon, I had checked out reviews on the business. I could not find any negative reviews.
