I am truly amazed by the talent, professionalism, and knowledge within this team of extraordinary people -- yet most of all -- I must say that I am literally blown away by their Kindness and concern for you.....I was there today for the second time to see Dr. Mirta Roe, DDS.....the first time (in Oct./Nov.) for about 3 hours of dental work, and today for about 2 1/2hrs.... Not only is she brilliant, but human, and by this I mean that for someone like me, who is literally fearless of doctor's needles, when it comes to the dental chair somewhere in my childhood perhaps I must have undergone the "tooth-pull-by-string-and-closing-of-door" method.... her sensitivity to your specific needs is endless. I listen to music to meditate, which is essential in the work that I have been doing for nearly 30yrs, and being able to bring in my own headphones while she works is, what I would call...a 'breaking of the harness' of sorts.....an Allowing for her patients to comfort themselves as well -- I told her today that she has not only earned my trust in her profession, but that, for one who endures and comforts patients all day long in her craft, she is truly an Artist. Also, I must give Heather a gigantic "Thank You!" ... for her voice is the first one hears when ringing Rancho Endodontic Associates, and it is her voice that makes things happen....within all the tornados of working out scheduling and appointments one would never know she has ever encountered stress .... Without her calm and focused demeanor many patients would be turning elsewhere, I truly believe. This place makes root canals a piece of cake. No joke. For starters, Debra at the front desk came to my rescue right before X-Rays were to be taken, since I'm a big wuss and have a massive gag reflex. I always sweat that odd chunk of metal that gets put in your mouth prior to the X-Ray (I'd make for a horrible gay man). From her desk she could hear me whining like a big baby to very nice pleasant Christine, who was doing her best dealing with me saying I was going to puke on her. Debra came to the room, gave me instructions and handled the metal mouth demon I so despise, as Christine quickly took the X-Rays. And, not one gag or tear from my eye. She went above and beyond to do that for me; was very much appreciated. Then, I met Dr. Roe. She was very informative, patient, and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or that I was keeping her from other things/patients. (As we all know, some dentists/doctors make you feel that way). Dr. Roe did my root canal without me feeling any pain or discomfort. All my family and friends who have had root canals gave me a bunch of crap beforehand, since I had never had one before, saying how much I'm going to hate it and how painful it is. Well, they didn't go to Dr. Roe and her great crew I guess. I highly recommend this place. The office is extremely clean and well managed. However, I honestly hope I never have to go there again, because that means I need another root canal, haha, but if I ever need another one done, no question I will be back requesting Debra, Christine, and Dr. Roe. read more

Dr Silberman and his staff were very courteous and went out of their way to assist a new patient get appropriate care. I had been in severe pain for nearly 3 months with my left jaw. I had been to emergency room twice , seen medical dr and dentist twice. I was misdiagnosed places on multiple antibiotics because my tooth did not appear to have a problem instead I was diagnosed with both sinus and Salavatory gland blockage. The second dentist appointment I reported pressure on tooth and a possible small crack found that was how I received referral to Dr Siberman. My appointment was set for a Wednesday but had to be bumped up to Monday when I called emergency hotline over weekend. Once I was examined by the dr he honestly told me the small cracked had caused an abscess he did a test to check sensitivity to cold and determined tooth dead. He told me could try to do root canal but because of location of crack long term prognosis not good and helped me locate an oral surgeon . He called multiple oral surgeons to find me one willing to do same day extraction and not use general anesthesia . He found me the best dr Allen pulsipher who is both an oral surgeon and medical doctor. My tooth was extracted with minimal discomfort and I will have implant in few months. Thank you for your honesty Dr Silberman it is better for me as a patient to be out of pain and have the best treatment than waste time and money on procedure that would fail. Dr Silberman and his entire staff did a fantastic job. From scheduling, looking into my insurance coverage , looking in to what my out of pocket portion will be. Taking the time to get me in as soon as they could. Dr Silberman took his time to carefully evaluate my case, and did not just assume that I would have a root canal done. He actually discussed possible alternative treatment and was careful to explain the benefits. Once the procedure was initiated, he kept checking to make sure I was doing ok .. I was amazed at how quickly it was completed. Dr. Silberman and his assistants have a wonderful chairside manner and has a gift with making me feel relaxed and at ease. I can honestly say this was a totally pain-free procedure! I appreciated the time he took to explain every step, and the fact that he actually encouraged questions! Dr. Silberman and his assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine and he demonstrates a sure-handedness, yet gentle touch. I just had two root canals retreated by Dr. Pettersen. I cannot be more pleased. First of all, Dr. Pettersen and his staff are all incredibly personable and a joy to see and talk with. One of the teeth I needed work on was questionable as to whether it was possibly fractured below the gum line and if it could be save or would need to be extracted. Dr. Pettersen knew that saving the tooth if at all possible was very important to me and he worked very hard to not only save it but give it the best treatment possible to help prevent any further issues. I am extremely happy that he was able to save the tooth but had he not been able to, I would've been completely satisfied that he did everything within his power to save it and you can't really ask more than that. I don't have dental insurance and live off of a very small Social Security Disability budget so having this kind of work done is very hard financially and mentally/emotionally. So if I have to pay to have it done, I want it to be done the right way, the first time. I am very satisfied that that is what Dr. Pettersen has done and should I need more work done in the future I will definitely come back here! As a dentist, the thought of getting a root canal creates a special fear. We've seen too much, we know too much. So when my own tooth started hurting, I put it off as long as possible. Then I called Rancho Endodontics because I have referred hundreds of patients to them over the years and always heard great things back about the care and competence of this office. I can now attest that my patients' reports are 100% true - Dr. Silberman and team are The BEST of the BEST! Rancho Endodontics is the kind of office that I would recommend to anyone and everyone, with kind staff and amazing doctors. From the moment you walk into the office, it becomes clear that the staff takes pride in their workspace, with an obvious intention of making you feel at home. I had a root canal done with Dr. Adrian Silberman after being referred both by my dentist and mother who had previous work done at the office. Dr. Silberman is a doctor of the old days, who actually listens to what you have to say and wants to make the process as comfortable as possible while having excellent bedside manners. We cannot say enough about how happy we are with Rancho Endodontics and Dr. Silberman! Our son,just 6 years old, was told by his pediatric dentist that he had a large cavity in an adult molar and that he might need a root canal! Our son had a traumatic experience with a previous dentist getting a cavity filled so we knew this would be difficult.We searched for somewhere that offered anesthesia and that had good reviews to make this procedure easier for our little boy. And came across Rancho endodontics and set up a consult. From the first greeting and interaction with the front desk, to meeting Dr. Silberman, our son and us felt at home. Went in yesterday for a root canal slightly terrified...left impressed and pain free. I'm not exactly a huge fan of the dentist, but I don't think I've ever been more impressed from a dental operation than from Rancho Endodontics. Dr. Silberman and his team were compassionate, caring, and capable. He constantly checked in with me to ensure that I was comfortable and was remarkably skilled at his job. As a former business owner of 26 years myself, I can appreciate the thought, time and consideration it takes to ensure that clients feel genuinely cared for. I recently had a root canal done in January & it was such a pleasant experience. Right when you walk in the office you are greeted by warm smiling faces. The office itself is absolutely beautiful, such a comforting environment. Leah & Debra are always available to answer all & any questions you have & are amazing at coordinating insurance benefits. Well as we all know, having a root canal is no fun at all. I am very glad my general dentist referred me to this place. I have never had a root canal before (never want one again) and perhaps I was a bit nervous when I went in (although I didn't think I was at first). Dr. Roe was great and made sure that everything went well, but one staff member that really stood out to me was Tiffany. From start to finish, Tiffany made sure I was as comfortable as possible and was very clear about everything that was going to happen. Tiffany went above and beyond when it came to service, and from someone who works in the aviation industry knows that great service is everything. In addition, I did not realize they had Television in there, but she let me know and even asked what channel I wanted (WOW!). It was a better experience than my first day at Disney, thank you, Tiffany, for making a root canal feel like I was there for a luxury check-up. Service like that means the world to me. read more

I recently went into Rancho Endodontics and saw Dr. Pettersen for a previously root-canaled tooth that was causing me a great deal of pain. The bone loss in the CT scan was minimal, so Dr. Pettersen recommended sinus medication and a night guard. I did not agree with the proposed treatment plan (I do appreciate that he would rather do nothing then do an unnecessary root canal), and I was very frustrated because I was in so much pain and did not know what to do about it. When the owner Dr. Silberman called to ask how I was doing and how he could help, my perspective changed. He listened to my concerns, and he offered to do another exam personally. I explained that I had already found an oral surgeon and the issue was being resolved. He refunded the money I paid for my CT scan ($275) so I could put it towards the work I need done at the oral surgery center. I've only ever been to one endodontist, Rancho Endodontist! Luckily it was a fantastic visit...well I needed a root canal...but for a root canal visit it was fantastic!!! Never once did I expect someone drilling in my mouth to be associated with a pleasant visit but this was a very pleasant visit. I felt like my concerns, questions, and fears were all listened to and handled appropriately. Dr Silberman was very pleasant to talk to and I had an easy time communicating with him overall. Plus his work was like a feather tickling inside my mouth but with no giggling, I didn't feel a thing it was such a light touch! And in the end I realized it was a pretty easy experience compared to other specialty dentists I've been to over the years. Major kuddos and highly recommended! My visit to Rancho Endodontics with Dr. Adrian Silberman and his assistant Michelle was the most professional, humbling, and warm hearted experience I have ever received at a Dental office. Dr. Silberman took the time to explain in layman's terms how he's going to perform the root canal infection retreat as we both looked at the X-ray. As I was watching the tv mounted in the ceiling with head phones on, I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. Throughout the procedure, I noticed that every few minutes Dr. Silberman would ask me if I was doing ok? Then a few minutes later Michelle would ask me also if I was comfortable? I had to have a major dental procedure with Dr. Silberman. After showing up for the appointment, Dr. Silberman reviewed the x-rays taken a month ago. While I was waiting for the procedure to begin, Dr. Silberman said that he had second thoughts about doing it because, upon looking closer at the x-rays, it appeared I didn't need it at this time! After explaining the situation, and spending 45 minutes of his time, I left his office and he did not charge me a dime! Any other Endodontic Dentist would have done the procedure just for the money. I continue to be impressed with his integrity and the staff he has working at his office. He is the ultimate professional who obviously loves what he does. This office does what is best for the patient and is not just interested in the bottom line. A big thanks to the outstanding ladies, Debbie & front office who worked me in on the day I was having severe pain for a consultation & treatment plan.
