Dr. Lange recently completed five crowns for my mom, and we had a very positive experience. My mom has a permanent partial, so proper fit was especially important. Dr. Lange took the time to carefully ensure that the crowns fit well with her existing dental work and made adjustments so everything felt comfortable. He was very gentle and patient throughout the process, which really helped put my mom at ease. His assistant, Rene, was also wonderful. He was kind, attentive, and made sure my mom felt comfortable during the visits. What we appreciated most was that both Dr. Lange and Rene took the time to educate us. They explained what they were doing, answered our questions, and discussed alternative options in case my mom continues to have sensitivity. That level of communication meant a lot. I had an incredibly frustrating and disrespectful experience with this office that ended up wasting two full months of my time. I previously had dental work done elsewhere where a tooth was ground down too far, and I simply wanted cosmetic bonding to rebuild and even out the teeth. This office advertises bonding, so I scheduled an appointment specifically for that service. At my first appointment, I was expecting to see Dr. Josh, but I was seen by a completely different dentist. Instead of discussing bonding (the reason I scheduled the appointment), the entire visit turned into a hard sales pitch for veneers. I repeatedly made it clear that I was not interested in veneers and only wanted bonding. I was then told the dentist who actually performs bonding was not even in the office, so they scheduled another appointment, which had to be a month later due to my traveling work schedule. I came in for my second "consultation" expecting to finally meet with Dr. Josh and discuss the situation face-to-face. Instead, the dentist never came out to see me at all. The condescending receptionist had to repeatedly go to the back to speak with someone and then come back to relay messages. I was ultimately turned away and told the doctor "was not comfortable" doing the bonding with no further explanation as to why. So after two months of waiting, taking time off work, and showing up to my appointment, the doctor didn't even have the basic courtesy to come out, look at my teeth, or explain the decision in person. If they were never willing to do bonding, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of dragging this out for two months and pushing veneers. The whole experience felt like they were far more interested in upselling expensive cosmetic procedures than actually helping me with the service they advertise. I travel frequently for work and am on a time crunch, and this situation has been incredibly stressful because I simply want my smile to look normal again after the previous dental work. The lack of communication, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for my time was extremely disappointing. So I had been following Dr. Josh for some years as he would always do these giveaways around Christmas time for a smile makeover. I also have been watching his social media and looking at his work I always dreamed of being able to go there but, never thought I would be able to afford it. I had also heard of him from a friend of mine who my son played football with and had seen how gorgeous her work was. Fast forward to March 2026 I was able to save some money and initially I was going to go to Mexico but, after long thoughts and a lot of research I ended up at Posh dental. I have recently started a full mouth reconstruction. Let me tell you I could have not made a better decision than to come here!!!! It started with coming and meeting with the most knowledgeable and sweet woman Linda. She is the treatment coordinator/ complex case manager and absolutely amazing! I was very nervous about going through this process and she made me feel so at ease and gave me such a wealth of knowledge.She also was checking on me after the surgery making sure everything was OK. Then Dr. Josh honestly he is an amazing Dentist!!! His bedside manor is great, he explains everything to you in a way that you feel very comfortable and know that you are in the best of hands. I also read up on Dr. Josh and I love that he does charitable work and has been to Mexico to do dentistry etc. He also has the most amazing assistants starting at the front desk Mia very sweet and absolutely stunning. Frances a kick ass assistant who listens to my life issues lol, Renee who was a very kind gentleman who assists with the surgeries , and last Perla who is the nurse/assistant Who helps give pre-operative instructions make sure you are all set for your surgery etc. also after surgery if you have any issues or need some adjustments made they get you in ASAP no questions asked. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better office I feel they were god sent for sure. Don't miss out!!! If you need full mouth reconstruction, all on 4/6, veneers , regular dental work etc this is the place! Also I have went to other dental offices before who had a terrible lab and they were always messing up on things and having to redo it. I would not recommend this dentist based on my experience. I was advised to replace several fillings that were less than a year old and was also told I needed crowns and veneers. I sought a second opinion and was told none of this work was necessary. The office felt rushed, and I didn't feel like my care was a priority -- more like I was being pushed through quickly. After my procedure, I was left in pain for weeks. In my opinion, the focus seemed much more on selling treatments than on patient well-being. I won't be returning and will be filing a complaint with dental board as well as the BBB. I recommend others with the same experience to do the same as Joshua Lange should not be practicing dentistry. terrible dentist. they never call back. They take months to get authorizations and then a doctor who's not affiliated with them at all who I've never met refuses to do the work. And I should've been told that I would need to go see another dentist because it would take too long with your internal issues to receive the care I needed. Instead, I was strung along, lied to and then Dropped when I expressed my displeasure. Will be reporting to the dental of California. For abandonment of care among other things. read more

Joanna went above and beyond during the cleaning, being incredibly thorough, gentle, and treating my mother with such genuine care and patience. Dr. Denise took the time to show detailed photos of every problem area, explaining each one clearly and outlining which treatments were most important to address first. Then Leslie stepped in and truly impressed us, carefully walking us through every option, showing photos of what to expect, and explaining the payment plans with honesty and compassion. Dr. Josh is wonderful. My daughter needed all 4 wisdom teeth extracted, and after 2 years and 5 different offices, we decided to trust Dr. Josh. Not only because he's the poster boy for his own office with his perfect teeth, but beyond that his genuine smile is soothing and comforting. He has a very professional but accommodating bedside manner, and displays great patience while explaining options and procedures. From the first day we met him for the consult, he instilled confidence in us (in his abilities and consequently in our decision to do the procedures in Posh dental Temecula). The procedure itself was not traumatic, even though it's always anxiety inducing for any patient to have wisdom teeth surgery. He was very calm and comforting throughout the procedure, especially with the difficulty of extracting the bottom teeth which were impacted and swollen. Everything went perfectly well, and my daughter is now in the second week of healing very quickly. We also had one follow up visit a week after the procedure, during which Dr. Josh again showed his caring nature and assured us that everything was healing well. My mother is also a patient in this office, and I'm in the process of convincing other friends and family to switch over. Dr. Josh is knowledgeable and caring which are the best qualities in a health provider, but bonus is also that everyone in his staff is kind and professional. The best dentist we have ever been to. Dr. Lange was willing to work on my son where others would not. All the staff are fantastic. Dr. Lange's skills are top notch he noticed something that was not right so advised to take my son to ER which may very well have saved my son's life. Unless you have the entire day free to sit around and wait, do NOT go to this dental office. I've been going to this office since it was Emerald Dentistry and am very unhappy with it since it became Posh. While I can't speak too much on the character or adequacy of the new doctors (I've only been treated once briefly by Dr. Josh), what I can say is that they do not know how to run a business. I arrived for my 11:30am appointment 15 minutes early. The parking areas were full so I had to park down the street. Then I waited for OVER AN HOUR to be called back for X-rays which took an additional 20ish minutes. Finally I was seated in the chair where I waited another 10 minutes before deciding to just leave. I'm a mother of 2 under 2, live in a rural area 45 minutes from the office, and had to get a sitter to go to this appointment. Collectively I wasted about 3.5 hours of my day between drive time and sitting around their office waiting for care. I respected this establishments time enough to show up on time but the same cannot be said for this office as they clearly do not value the time of their patients. So now I will be finding a new dentist AND I'm out about $100 for the sitter I had to hire so that's great. I'd give zero stars if possible. Maybe instead of this office charging patients for cancellations, patients should be demanding credit or discounts on their care due to this offices inability to see patients in a timely manner. the quality of care is incredible. for the first time in a very long run of trial and error trying different dentist offices, this one is the first one that made me feel like a cared for patient. it was very easy to make an appointment with them they were super nice on the phone, there was no wait when i arrived they were on time with my appointment, Dr. Ruiz was very gentle during the cleaning and gave me a very thorough examination making sure to cater to the sensitivity i was having. He was really very great. Excellent cleaning and customer care. and the girls at the front desk, Mia and Perla were very friendly and helpful with scheduling my follow-up appointment and with referral support. I'm not much of a Yelp person, but after what I went through this week with a dental issue, I felt obligated to write a review on Yelp. Long story short, I started feeling a pain in the lower part of my mouth on Tuesday. Called my regular dentist Dr. Lang, and my phone call was sent to voicemail. On Wednesday, I left a message with their voicemail service that I needed to make an appointment and never heard back. Thursday, I left another voicemail with their service and asked that they explain that I'm in pain as my pain was getting worse by the day. Still, nothing back. when I got home on Thursday, I noticed that Dr. Lang's office was not going to be open on Friday and there was no way I could wait on this until Monday. I am a very careful consumer and truly research for hours who my doctors are. I had to go into quick research mode and not only find a dentist who was highly qualified, but could also get me in that day, and repair what was causing me so much pain. I found that dentist and he diagnosed me with a cracked tooth where bacteria was flowing downward toward my roots which was causing excruciating pain. This dentist ended up staying after hours with another staff member to repair my tooth with a root canal which also saved my tooth. After only 12 hours, I am now not needing the heavy painkiller he prescribed. I am so grateful for this dentist who showed up with complete compassion and thoughtfulness when my regular dentist could not. Needless to say, Dr. Lang just lost a patient, two patients with my husband. read more

We haven't really had any good things to say about the local dentists here in the Temecula Valley UNTIL we met Dr. Lange and his staff. First off, the office is clean and very modern looking. The dental chairs are comfortable. We never wait in the waiting room for more than 5 min. We love that his staff is kind and professional. Dr. Lange is remarkably knowledgeable and he is patient and efficient. They really are sincere and want you to have a positive experience. I think what we truly respect the most is that you won't be charged an arm and a leg for random things. We used to go to other dental offices and walk away paying a lot out of pocket even with great insurance. This is an honest establishment and they aren't here to make money off of you. read more

The best dental experience I've ever had. I have an extreme fear of the dentist and Dr. Lange was incredibly patient and kind and willing to take all of my (irrational) and rational fears into consideration when making a plan of action for my dental care. I hadn't seen a dentist in 10+ years when I came to him with extreme pain in my wisdom teeth. His office was officially closed due to the pandemic but he was willing to see me, remove both teeth under sedation, gave excellent advice and my mouth is pain free for the first time in years. I had a beautiful experience this morning...I tragically lost all my beautiful teeth 6 years ago...I attempted to try whatever it took to replace my teeth...in that journey I trusted and paid 4 different dentists in this area and was robbed of my smile by dentists who took my money and gave me horrible dentures that didn't fit...sloppy work and just cared about taking my money and then kicked me to the curb when I was disappointed in the junk they shoved in my mouth...I stopped trying after the third dentist put an ugly denture that didn't fit after taking all my money and for 3 years I've had to wear this embarrassing denture that made smiling a chore...it made me unrecognizable even to myself...I took a chance and made an appointment with Dr Lange...he listened to me...this morning Dr Joshua Lange put a beautiful denture in my mouth and when he handed me the mirror to look I saw me again!!! Dr Lange made a horrible experience so easy. I had to have a full mouth of dentures done. Needless to say it was terrify. The office staff along with Dr Lange explained everything to me and told me it would be ok and they would be there all along the way. I've always been very apprehensive to get dental work done. My anxiety and fear is overwhelming. My first appointment with Dr.Josh & his team made me realize instantly that I was in the right place. Unfortunately, I tried to give Doctor Lange and his staff a chance after he took over Dr. Powers office. I had a concern over a crown that was only two years old ( originally installed by Dr. Powers) that was loose and clearly infected. I had Dr. Lange look at it and after addressing my concerns of infection and unusual constant bleeding from the two year old crown his advise was "we will keep an eye on it because it takes a long time for a tooth to rot underneath a crown". Unsatisfied with his response, I went to a different dentist who clearly stated and showed me X-rays that the tooth was infected and a complete loss, which resulted in an extraction and a need for an implant. It was clear that Dr. Lange was only interested in the monetary response of my insurance , which would not insure crowns under the five year margin and did not express interest in my concerns of infections. Since changing dentists I've already had two fillings in need of replacing (fillings Dr. Lange had completed less than two years ago and not covered by my insurance because of the two year time frame). Also during a standard filling at Dr.Lange's office he clearly had "issues" or made a mistake after he stated he was going to give me "two crowns for free" on non problematic teeth, after what I thought would be an easy filling visit. On a separate visit for a cleaning at Dr. Lange's dentist office, I was seen for a "standard cleaning" of which I was later informed by my new dentist office that I should have not been receiving "standard cleanings" after receiving a previous Deep cleaning. I try to give business the benefit of the doubt but it is clear that Dr.Lange's office is out for their monetary interests rather than doing honest business and looking out for their patients. Instead I was left with the excess payments, fixing the mistakes and the misinformation from Dr. Lange's office. read more

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this office is!! Dr. Lange is fantastic, and so is his staff! I went in because a piece of my filling broke off on my bottom far back molar, so when I would eat anything it would move and push down causing a lot of discomfort. Dr. Lange said he would have to remove the existing filling and re fill it. I absolutely hate the shot to numb it and get a little anxious at the thought of it, so Dr. Lange offered a new super strong numbing gel that they could try, he said it could possibly make your throat feel a little weird if it got back there, but he could try to keep that from happening with gauze. I was open to it, but asked if we could try using nothing. He said we are pretty far from the nerve, we can try. Just let me know by raising your hand it if becomes too painful. So I said ok, lets try it. He removed the old filling, checked for any decay, made sure it was clean and dry and replaced with a new filling. There was minimal discomfort, nothing I couldn't handle. After about 10 minutes, he said "you did it, we're done"! I was soooooo happy!!!! I was in and out in 30 minutes total and I have eaten, drank both hot and cold liquids and no pain anymore!!!!!!! Love Love Love them!!!! They are always so patient and kind, explain everything and never make you feel stupid about your fears, or rushed!! read more
