I want to start out by saying I had one of the worst toothaches that I've ever had in my life. I talked to my dentist and he referred me immediately to Rancho Endodontics. My prior experience at Rancho Endodontics was similar to this last experience. So I have been there twice. Only the second time the toothache was 10 times worse than it was the first time. They're fully booked and had no openings for that day and gave me a appointment for the following day and put me on the list for cancellations. We'll it wasn't five minutes later, I got a return call from Leah in the office. She said she had a cancellation and I could come right in. Thank goodness, because I was in such severe pain, I don't think I could've made it till the next day. When I got there they promptly called me in to the examination room, and they immediately got started diagnosing which tooth it was and Doctor Roe quickly numbed it. I couldn't say THANK YOU enough to the staff and Dr. Roe. My wife was sitting in the waiting room and they kept her informed of all of the procedures being performed. I can't remember when I had such a outpouring of professionalism and really caring about their patients. The staff really didn't have to take me that day, but when Dr. Roe heard I was in pain, she made the time for me to come in and skipped her own lunch that day. I suffered through a horrible infection for years that I did not know I had until the pain became unbearable--to point where i was losing sleep. I went to see Dr Roe and discovered that i was in need of a re-do root canal due to original root (8 years ago) that was left with a gap/not closed properly. It's embarrassing to say that i suffer from high anxiety when it comes to anesthesia to the point where I have close to passed out. I was in a great amount of pain and I needed a root canal asap! I got a same day appointment and my experience was amazing! It was the best dental experience I have ever had. If I had the option to rate this 10 stars I would. I am a senior with a terrible dental history dating back nearly 45 years. As a result, I am an extremely anxious, upset patient. I also don't have dental insurance and all these costly procedures cause a whole other level of anxiety. My dentist, who just bought my previous dentist's practice, sent me to Dr. Silberman for a root canal. From the first call to the office I had a glimmer of hope that this experience may be different from all my horrible dental procedures of the past. Leah took my initial call and could not have been more efficient, more friendly, or more reassuring. She told me, " you won't feel a thing." She was right! Dr. Silberman and his assistant, Jenra, went out of their way today to analyze the problem. He describes the procedures in such way you can actually understand what he will be doing. During this difficult root canal they both checked in to see how I was tolerating everything. Honestly, this is the first dental staff I may actually trust. By far the BEST -Pain Free dental experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked in, location was very clean, receptionist was organized and my appointment was on time! I was seen by Rancho Endodontics, Dr. Eric Pettersen, Dr. Adrian Silberman, and Dr. Mirta Roe, in March of 2023. I also work in the dental field and have known how amazing their office is for 20 years...BUT, I had never personally had a root canal...so I was terrified! Everyone was so patient and caring with me. By the time they were ready to start the procedure, Trisia (one of their fantastic assistants) and I were cracking up, and I was totally relaxed, smiling and ready. NEVER IN MY 36 YEARS ...have I ever experienced a more professional, welcoming and educating Dental office. I reported to the wrong building and after mins from my appointment time someone called me. I was scheduled with another Endodontist in Redlands but due to a fire and closure of Gilman Springs as I was on my way to the appointment, I was forced to cancel. I had been in pain for over a week and he could not see me for another week. I could not wait that long so I began to search for another Endodontist that could see me as soon as possible. I want to give a huge round of applause to the doctor and staff of Rancho Endodontics. I had to have a root canal done right away to have a "painectomy" The front office got me in right away. This was an involved procedure and from the time I walked into the office, they were accommodating. They had instructed me prior to my visit, I could fill out all paperwork online, so that alleviated me having to fill out form after form with my injured hand. Heather made it easier by filling out everything else except my preschool looking line of a signature. The office is clean and tastefully decorated. I was led to the "chair" and put at ease by the lovely Rene. Rene then proceeded to walk me through the whole pre op efficiently and expediently. Enter Dr Adrian Silberman, who was walked me through step by step what he was doing and what to expect. He was kind and always made sure my pain was kept to a minimum. Rancho endodonticsis like no other dentist office I've ever seen before. They have a beautiful calming ambiance that helps when your nervous of even terrified (like my husband) of being there. The office staff is super friendly, very patient and accommodating to those who need a little extra TLC just to sit down in the chair. I would recommend DR. Row and the whole team there for your next root canal or other endodontic needs. They give you headphones for distractions, they warn you ahead of time of exactly what to expect and when to expect it. They work with the VA and go above and beyond to make sure the patient is taken care of. I'm updating my review... and I'm going to keep it honest. Within minutes of my review, the same nasty mannered woman I spoke to on the phone called me back saying she would get my invoice information the same day. I honestly thought I was talking to a completely different person at first. Her whole attitude and voice changed right after I hit that "post" button on yelp. It was shocking. However. I did never receive an email from her of any statement to date. The owner/ dentist of this practice called me immediately after this review was posted after her and he was very concerned. He listened and really wanted to know what happened. I explained that I really left it all out on the yelp review and he didn't debate me. He took accountability for the rude staff member I had been talking to, apologized for the tools and looked at it as an opportunity to speak with her and make changes which in all honesty, is the first time in Temecula I have seen or heard a company doing this. Old fashioned professionalism. He handled our financial debate (although I haven't seen a statement yet). And hopefully that is resolved. The only thing that still kind of rubbed me the wrong way was finding out that the people that had been working on my son had been working there for over 10 years. When I told the front desk staff about my issues in the beginning of my son feeling uncomfortable having dental tools dropped on him mid procedure I was told one of the women was new and they apologized. Almost as if she "didn't know and was still learning" type of mentality. I believed it and that's why I initially let it go. Now knowing that wasn't true. My assumption is this is the same woman at the front desk staff that I've been in contact with all along. Again. That's just an assumption but it seems the owners standards and ethics and the front staff are on very different levels. The owner of this practice is VERY honest and anyone headed here I encourage to speak with him if you run into any issues at the customer service level. He's on top of it. read more

I was terrified I had never had a root canal before and being pregnant I was even more scared but Dr. Pettersen and Michelle did such an amazing job! I had no pain whatsoever was in and out within 1 hour for X-ray consult and root canal!! They did such a great job I didn't even need to take any meds after the procedure and feel great!
