She caused my dog to die w her mistletoe therapy. she gave 1mm Mistletoe Therapy shot & he got really sick. She said she would only give him 1 ml next time & we'd wait 1 wk. She never answers the phone or returns calls. She took my precious dog off yunnan baiyao which both my vet & specialist asked why??? when he had just had a Splenectomy He should have at least lived 2 months but she killed him in one! How? she then had her assistant give his 2nd shot of 2ml when she told me she would only do 1ml He got really SICK & again not answering or calling She made the Cancer not only come Back but FUELED it!!! My 12 year old GSD male was in too much pain and frail to travel to our normal vet. Thankfully they recommended Rancho Mobile Vet Services to come to the house. My Sammy was having the worse allergy outbreak we've ever seen on him. Our vet had him on Apoquel for years but it just wasn't working anymore. One of my dogs at 8yrs old was diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer) at another veterinarian. Their only suggestion was amputation. (Amputation does not cure this cancer or necessarily provide a longer life span. We declined for several reasons). I wanted a second opinion and found Rancho Mobile Vet who offers second opinions, cancer pain management, senior dog care along with many other services. Dr. Bocanegra utilizes both modern and holistic care which I was really excited about. My dog is now going into his 4th month of treatment and is responding so well! He is now able to put weight on his cancerous leg where before he was hobbling on three legs. Dr. Bocanegra is treating him with mistletoe & ozone therapies along with traditional pain medication. Both my dogs diet have been completely overhauled as well. The entire team have been great and truly care about his health and seeing him thrive for as long as possible. Dr. Bocanegra's team is a pleasure to work with - they were actually about 20 minutes early to our appointment so my cats got seen quickly and everything went very smoothly. She has great communication and it is convenient to be able to text and have the vet come to my home. I really appreciated her kind handling of my two cats for their annual checkup. When dealing with the cats, we used the spare bathroom sink to cradle them (cats do better in smaller spaces). During the checkup, I learned that one of my cats had gingivitis and Dr. Bocanegra kindly recommended some products I could use to help take care of that issue. I will continue to have Dr. Bocanegra as my primary vet care since it is so much easier to not have to coax my kitties into a cat carrier to take them somewhere else. I'm gonna share with you my experience. I wanted to give you feedback because on your welcome letter It said that you wanted feedback to help improve.. My cat Harley is 23 years old - taking him to the vet I felt was going to be a little bit stressful for him, so rather than putting that stress on him I went to the Rancho Cucamonga facebook pages and asked for a referral for a mobile vet. A few people recommended you. They said that you were caring and loving and compassionate towards their animal, and I thought that's exactly what I wanted, and that's when I reached out to you. My experience with you was nothing like that!! It fell short of everything. When I greeted you at my porch and introduced myself right away, you said, "What's going on with your cat?" You didn't even come into my house first to even speak inside.. That right there was offsetting to me. You were not friendly or even compassionate towards my cat or myself! You seemed cold and in a hurry... When you came in, I was very thorough in telling you what was going on with Harley. He was howling a lot, urinating all over, having difficulty eating, losing weight etc.. You seemed very cold and uncaring and unfriendly! You didn't even go over to him to greet him to say hello to him. You said we need to check him. We'll check him in the bathroom, and you need a big towel, and we'd like to do blood work... You never informed me of the extra cost, and I unfortunately failed to ask you. Honestly, I was shocked at the total cost of $659 for 15 mins! I knew your fee was $180 JUST to walk in the door and then the urine test you told me was $65, which I had to get the urine for you.. but $350 for blood work! REALLY??? I am a business owner. I've been in business for over 35 years, and anytime a client is having something other than what they came in for, I make sure I let them know the additional fee. I don't wait until their appointment is over to say, "Oh, and you wanted this," so it's this much more. I asked you to do a thorough wellness check on him. Had you done a full wellness check on him,you would have noticed he didn't have any teeth other than his four fangs. When I asked you the next day that we communicated how his teeth looked. You said they were fine... That right there was a true indication that you didn't check - because had you checked, you would have said he only has four teeth left, just his fangs.. The only thing you told me was that he had arthritis, and that was normal for his age. You arrived at my home according to my cameras at 3:50 pm when I greeted you on the porch and you were leaving on the cameras at 4:05pm. There is no way you could have done a thorough wellness check and blood test and waited for me to pay you in 15 minutes.!! I called several vets in the area, and I told them my experience with you. And I asked them the cost of a blood test. They all told me I was way overcharged and a blood test. A full panel blood test usually runs about $125-$175 The blood test came back. You informed me he had an infection and told me I needed to go to your office and the medicine would be there waiting. When I arrived, they had no idea I was coming in. They had no idea what I was picking up. The only thing I appreciated is you sent me a diet for him of food to cook for him. Other than that, the whole experience to me was not what I was expecting! You never checked in to see how he was - his regular vet that he's gone to for years would always call to check up to see how he was doing. I understand everybody has their own policy. And obviously, that's not one of yours. The whole experience to me was cold, uncaring and lacked empathy and concern for my cat. I regret the entire experience. My cats health declined, and unfortunately, he's going to cat heaven this week. When I text you to find out what it would cost to put him to sleep, your price was outrageous. It was over $500. I called around to a few different places, and the rancho shelter said they do that, and they would need a note from the doctor on his health. I texted you and asked you If you can send me a letter that I could give to them explaining his health. And you said he seemed fine when I saw him, and I'd need to see him again, and ethically, you could not do that. I understand ethics. However, you just saw him less than a month ago. And wanted to charge me again!! Had you done a THOROUGH wellness check, you would have noticed the signs that he was definitely declining in health!!! I sincerely hope you use this feedback to improve. This whole experience left me beyond stressed and extremely disappointed. read more

After several attempts the day before, my Husband and I were unable to get Johnny in a carrier. The Doctor and Ms. Evangelista could not have been any nicer and they were so compassionate. I took my dog to her and I personally don't think she did her job. I told them that my dog had been sneezing blood. She looked at her around the face area, noted some discharge and then preceded to prescribe medicine and give my dog a steroid shot. $200 dollars later, my dog is dealing with the same issue. I take her to another vet a month later, they examine my dog throughly and find a 1 cm mass in her mouth. How did Dr. V not find this or even bother to examine my dog's mouth?? Several months ago we had our large, Standard Poodle put to sleep in the comfort of our home. Dr. Dior Moraes performed the euthanasia and was superb for start to finish. Her sensitivity, kindness, patience combined with extremely professional service was beyond our expectations. Our "Ruby" was comfortable throughout the process, relaxing on the floor with all of us giving her "loves". Dr. Moraes explained step by step the procedures she would follow and she did not rush the process, giving us all the time we needed to say our good byes. Ruby's passing was peaceful, pain free and most importantly in her own home with her family. When the time came that we were ready for Ruby to be taken away, Dr. and Mr. Moraes treated Ruby's body with the utmost respect and gentleness. We found ourselves in a pinch over this past weekend with a moderate lesion underneath our 70lb Olde English Bulldog. The area affected is where front leg meets body (armpit). We're not sure how long she's had this wound but it was imperative that we seek medical services. Being that she's a very, very heavy dog and doesn't welcome riding in cars, we decided to seek mobile service in our immediate area for the first time. Reached out to every mobile service in the area and left voicemail messages. I only got two return calls within the hour. First mobile service was not too friendly and to the point with rates. Didn't ask anything about our four leg family member and limited with feedback. Bocanegra Mobile service was 100% proactive in knowing more about the injury (lesion), first. We then followed up with booking a mobile house call and briefly discussed rates. Secured our date/time and sent over a few pictures of wound. Dr. Bocanegra arrived on time and quickly connected with "Lucy" who was patiently waiting to meet her new Veterinary. With some TLC, Lucy didn't hesitate to lay on her back and let herself be examined. It was determined she has a moderate staph infection. Did a complete touch/visual body examination. No lab work required but did prescribe medication from her mobile pharmacy. Our overall impression with quality of service is top notch, illustrates passion and has a way of earning trust from both patient and family. When Dr. Bocanegra came the first time everything went well, but to just get meds refilled is so hard. It takes 5 hours or the next day just to get a response to refill the meds, then and day or two to be told when you can go and pick them up. And if you can't make it the day they say, it takes another day to get a response to go and get them. Meanwhile my dog needs her meds. They really need to address the communication issues with the patient. Next day response on medical needs today is not working. read more

However- my previous review stated that I was unable to experience the services due to the owner canceling the day of the appointment and I offered up some feedback on how that could possibly be avoided in the future. I do feel that you knew you were in the wrong and therefore keep telling me I lack empathy and understanding to justify your last minute cancellation. I established in my text messages that I told you I understood and safety first always.
