Quality of life improved for Tasha and years later I went searching for Dr Durtchi and her Team again as we suspected our other Pomeranian Obi was dealing with syncope episodes as well . Vets at other VCA sites etc were not catching his symptoms . It's quite a drive for me but definitely worth it for the friendly , Experienced , professional Cardiology care my Poms receive . Sadly our family lost another dog to what we suspect was misdiagnosed illness by another vet so sincerely grateful for all Dr Durtchi , Vi and Healing Hearts staff do to keep Obi healthy . From the very beginning, Dr. Robles has provided attentive, compassionate care, along with excellent follow-up and ongoing support throughout Cory's recovery. When Cory first became ill, he couldn't walk and another emergency veterinary hospital had recommended surgery after what we later learned was an incorrect diagnosis. Thanks to Dr. Robles' expertise, she identified the underlying cause, prescribed the appropriate treatment, and gave us hope. With her care and treatment plan, Cory regained his ability to walk, and we were able to avoid unnecessary surgery. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The entire staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive, especially toward my 11-year-old senior Chihuahua, Cory. Whenever I have questions about his medications, refills, or follow-up care, everyone is always patient, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. I have yet to find another veterinary office that provides this level of care and communication. At today's follow-up appointment, I was worried that Cory's spinal infection had returned because he had become weaker and his mobility had declined. After a thorough examination, the team discovered a lump near his mouth and recommended that I follow up with his primary veterinarian, as it may be contributing to his decreased appetite. I truly appreciate how thorough they are and that they always look beyond the obvious to make sure nothing is overlooked. Dr. Robles and the entire team consistently go above and beyond for Cory. Signed up online, and scheduled a visit in a 4 hour window, and they showed up witho3n the window. Van they pulled up in was clean and spacious. Was able to get meds right there. My dog was SO less stressed. She ran around in the backyard while vet and I talked. There wasn't the stressful 30 min wait in the lobby, then 20 min in waiting room. The experience was so much easier. Pricing is hard to judge at this point. The med prices were pretty standard. I am now on a monthly plan so we will see if it works out financially in the end.

I was told the CT would take about 2-3 hours so I left to do a couple errands and came back and waited in their lobby. I was there as bit over 4 hours. The staff was really friendly and it is a nice, quiet facility. The doctor reviewed the procedure and let me know they did see something that needed a biopsy, which sunk my heart. He went over a few possibilities and explained in detail what could happen that night, such as a bloody nose, which I am so grateful he told me because when it happened, it didnt cause panic. I did send an email the next day with a photo and a question but did not get a response. I lagged on writing this review, as I did get the results back and my cat has cancer so my world has been turned upside down, so I forget the name of the gal at the front desk that I chatted with a lot this day about cats and birds and other things, she was really nice. My cat seemed comfortable in the exam room which made me happy.

I looked into dog rehabilitation centers but the prices I was quoted for massages and/or PT were well beyond my budget. Then I found Willie and Doggissage. Luckily Willie had an opening the same day I contacted him so we set up an appointment immediately. He was prompt and professional and Lulu took to him right away. She let him work his magic for just over an hour and even feel asleep during both of her sessions. We're very happy with Willie's work and plan on more sessions with him, even after her final follow up appointment with her surgeon. His prices are reasonable and I LOVE that he comes to us.
