This was the best tree service I have ever had. I talked to Junior...on Friday, he gave me a bid, the crew came out Saturday. The other companies I called all wanted me to wait at least a week to do this work I was amazed this company could get here so fast. They were so courteous careful of our property, easy to work with, but most of all they did a fantastic job . All of our trees are trimmed to look very natural. They cleaned up all the mess. The price was very good and affordable and it hardly took the team more than a few hours they were so efficient. I am writing because they have restored my faith in humanity for me. I did not use them as a customer for tree care, because I do it myself, but I wanted to share a positive experience I had with them. I live on a street constantly harassed by solicitors. We display our no soliciting sign in accordance with the law. We do this because, often their ads are tossed onto our step, often blowing off into our yard, or they fly off littering our street before we get to it. I care about the environment and do not want to see companies littering in an attempt to get ahead. The worst part is that we often see the same people over and over again after politely asking them to not return. Today I received one from Rancho Landscape & Tree Care. While it was not in a location that would blow away, I found the ad in-between my security gate and screen door at the bottom...a place I have no way of accessing without ruining the screen. I attempted to remove it for 20 minutes before placing an angry call to both numbers on the ad. The individual I spoke to was both kind and calm even though I was being an overly angry spazzz. He informed me it was a different company they hire to deliver those ads and that he would send someone to get it. His son showed up, quietly, unlike whoever dropped it off. And was respectful, apologetic, and very understanding, even while our three dogs barked the entire time he had to work to get it out. I had to shut the door so they wouldn't bark at him and he still let me know when he was done. I respect your company a lot for you business etiquette and human respect. Your son was genuine and you don't find that often around here Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your accountability with this matter. We have used them twice now. First was just a tree trim which they did the same day of the quote, reasonably priced. They did such a great job that our driveway was cleaner when they left as when they arrived. The second time, they cleared the full length of the hillside which had been overgrown for a few years. They came out on a Tuesday for a quote and arrived by Friday and completed it in one day. WOW. They cleared our hillside, trimmed bushes, trimmed a few trees and cleaned it all up and took it away. It was nothing short of a miracle for us. They worked the entire day and a 2nd crew came in shortly after the first crew left to clean up. That was another amazing thing to watch. The crew is amazing, respectful, diligent, thorough and they listen to what you really want. And they really clean up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone no matter what size of job. I had planned on calling other companies for price comparisons. Junior showed up on time for the quote. Amazing! JR came out and gave a very reasonable estimate, 2nd lowest bid out of 5. It was a lot of work, palms, pines, fig, ash, mimosa, ficus, podocarpus, paper tree, birds of paradise, some removed, some trimmed. Eight men showed up at 8 am and worked like crazy until 4 pm. It was a big day... time to cut down our old mulberry tree. It was a little emotional, it's been our tree over 25 years! It was old when we moved here. Rancho tree service was outstanding! They arrived early... cleaned up nearly spotlessly! No evidence of the old tree ever being there. I'm sure I'll miss it for a while, but at least I won't have the constant fear that it will fall over in the heavy winds. It had a lot of rot and damage inside. I asked for a quote to remove a messy, overgrown tree and they got back to me very quickly. They were very flexible in meeting me and giving an estimate on my crazy schedule. Their estimate was quite reasonable. I changed my mind in a couple of days and wanted to add stump removal to the tree removal and they were able to accommodate my request. Would not recommend this company... although the tree was cut evenly...there was little to no clean up until i saw that they were ready to leave a mess. I spent a long time cleaning up after they said they did. The person in charge who made the bid was nasty, defensive and hard to communicate with.
