I don't know how this place could possibly get any better. Austin went above and beyond supporting me during the sale of my vehicle about 2 years ago now and Alex and Chris in service are reason enough to make the trip to this location. Each of them have taken great care of me and my vehicle at all my routine visits, and do it fast. They are informative and hate to make you wait although any form of waiting is inevitable and expected. They make you comfortable while waiting and return your vehicle to you cleaned and in tip top shape. They are also so friendly and knowledgeable. Love this place! read more

I come with finanace back ground, and their desk manager Nino lacks in his expertise with numbers. Nino could not admit that his math was off by 500$ , stated it doesn't matter, take it or leave it basically. Then on top of that increased the "reconditioning fee from 1099 to 2000 which is a 901 difference". His reasoning behind it was , " we had a lot of customers wanting to buy the truck so the reconditioning fee went up", which makes no sense at all. At this point not only was his math wrong now he increased it which made the price go up a total of 1401. I just want to say WATCH OUT AND DO YOUR MATH , even using a calculator is dummy proof. Do not let them get over on you. Absolutely do not recommend using NINO', this has been by far the worst Experience I could have ever tolerated. If I could recommend feed back for the dealership is to please review this particular staff member. He should absolutely not represent Subaru! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE WORKED ON. They will break it and try and charge you for it. I have owned my 05 Sti for 12 years now. I have done one passenger side air recall and now there is another. So I schedule an appointment to get this taken care of. When I got there, they checked in my car with no airbag lights on my dash. I have never had an airbag light on my dash, beside the few seconds at startup (normal). I came back a few hours later to pickup my car, 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday. When I started my car the airbag light came on but never went off. Know that they were about to close.. I drove home thinking I could just disconnect my battery and it would reset, this didn't happen. What dealership calls you and tells you that your car is ready with a warning light on the dash? A warning light for the item that they were supposed to fix, plus now I am driving without airbags because of this issue, not safe. To me, that sounds like someone was not paying attention and doing their job or know how to do their job. I called the dealership Monday about this issue, they told me to run it in and they would take care of it. After a little while with my car in the shop.. they tell me that only one of their guys can work on my car and he was busy with another one. They couldn't even find someone that could read the codes off my ECU. They forced me into leaving my car and taking a loaner. I kept trying to find a time they could work on it without taking a loaner because I don't like leaving my car overnight if I don't have to... it is a secondary car. They called me the next day saying I would have to pay a fee to find out what is wrong and then decide if I wanted to fix it. When a car is checked in with no airbag lights on and they are working on the airbags ... and now the airbag light is on.. how is this my fault? Why should it cost me money to find out what they did to cause this problem? Whatever they did caused the light to turn on because it was not that way when I brought it to them. Reusing to pay for the diagnostic fee.. I picked up my car with the light still on. I explained to the adviser my frustration and he told me that he would call me back the next day with an answer. Guess what??? He didn't call. Now it seems to be my problem to get fixed and cost me money for their faulty work. Please don't go here and be trapped into paying money for something you didn't cause. Poor customer service and a con to get money from customers. read more
