He had such a great price for what I was asking like new floor, take the texture off the walls, new lights, vanity, etc. The communication was amazing during the whole process. His attention to detail blew me out of the water. He went above and beyond many times and found other problems I didn't think were a big deal like the wall outlet smoking and being melted. Now my bathroom outlet works amazing and I no longer have a fire hazard in there. I love my new bathroom so much. Mike and his team can renovate anything, and they can fix anything. I will be using this company again for many other repairs and projects around my house. I can't thank them enough for all their help and making my house more into a home. I highly recommend them.

He is very reasonably priced. The kids loved him. I will definitely use him again as my kids continue to run wild making the house look like a tornado hit it. Unfortunately, within a few months, several quality issues began to appear. Screws started popping out, deck boards began lifting, and some of the boards and railing showed signs of deterioration. I sent multiple texts and emails, including photos documenting the problems. To their credit, they responded to one text and sent someone out to secure a completely loose floorboard that, surprisingly, had never been screwed down. However, after that visit, my additional attempts to contact them went unanswered. I even asked that they simply let me know if they had no intention of addressing the problems, but I did not receive the courtesy of a response. At this point, it appears I will need to hire another company to repair their work. Chuck Kurth, one of the owners of Two Brothers Residential, Maintenance and Service Corporation, presented himself as knowledgeable and reputable before I hired the company, which made this experience especially disappointing. A contractor's reputation is built not only on the initial job but also on standing behind their work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. As a result, they will not be receiving any future business from me, and I would not recommend them to others in my HOA.
