This was my first time coming here and I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, I wish I knew everyone's names because they all deserve a shout out! I've been to so many places where the staff just start shoving things in your mouth with no explanation and grabbing your head and turning it this way or that way to get a picture making the experience awkward. Each technician that helped me today always informed me what they would do before they did it which I appreciated. I was asked throughout the visit if I wanted something to drink or had any questions. They were on point with time and scheduling. Dr. Fotinos and his team were very professional and took the time to educate me. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I appreciate the honesty and level of care. I moved my entire family to Dr. Fontino's office. My husband, 3 adult children, and myself. My son had some serious issues and we spent in excess of 10k to resolve them. So many errors were made in his case, they are too great in number to list here. And he is still experiencing pain and problems. For myself I was having tooth pain and was told by them I needed root canal and a crown. I explained I had Invisalign braces and asked if a crown was wise. They said no problem, did the procedure then asked me afterwards why I didn't inform them I wore braces. The Dr they referred me to for the root canal said I didn't need one and questioned why I had a crown at all. He said it was just nerve pain. All of my family was treated with unneeded services at this office racking up a heavy overall bill. They talked me into one final service of deep cleaning. I wanted to wait a couple of months to use insurance from the next year. I was told emphatically and repeatedly by receptionist/office mgr Olga that the procedure was covered ...she confirmed my insurance balance. 2 months later I received a bill for hundreds from them. When I wrote and expressed my dissatisfaction I did not receive a response, but rather they sent the charge to a collection agency immediately. It seems they drained us for all the money they could and no longer cared about their patients. The kicker... several months later I was having lunch with a bunch of girlfriends. I asked if anyone new of a good dentist in our town and said that my old one over charged. Three women spoke up immediately and said "Is it Fontinos?" Wow, right? All relayed similar experiences. read more

Best dentist ever! Everyone here is so nice (especially Amy and Dr. Rosales). Like many people I do not like going to the dentist. They have been thoughtful and understanding with me every step of the way. There are many places with nice people but these folks take it to the next level. They genuinely seem to care. The oral sedation worked well for me. It wiped me out for 2 days but I don't remember the appointment or the extractions so win-win! I absolutely LOVE this office! The staff is so friendly and so helpful. Dr. Rosales was so thorough throughout my whole visit. I needed cavities filled and although the dentist isn't my favorite place to be, him and his team made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Randy Rosales did a great job on my teeth. I had chalky white spots on my teeth ever since getting my braces off as a teenager. I have never seen a worse case of spotty teeth than my own. This is my first time in this office, the process of securing an appointment was super easy and I was able to pre-fill any necessary forms prior to coming in for my visit which made everything much easier/smoother. This review is for Dr. Rosales, Amy, and the front desk ladies. Ok, wow. I would give 10 stars if I could... plus 100 more stars. I've hopped around from dentist to dentist, and while some were nice, I've felt the most comfortable here. Dr. Rosales and his team have been nothing but amazing. Not only are they friendly, kind, and understanding, they are extremely thorough, meticulous, compassionate, and professional. Dr. Rosales takes the time to explain his findings and answer all of your questions with honesty and detail. He's extremely gentle when he's working, and does everything with great precision. Amy is so lovely and funny, she makes you feel at ease, and they both work so coordinated and well together. The front ladies are always responsive and answers all your questions when you have them. Like a lot of people, I've never enjoyed going to the dentist, but I feel calmer and relaxed when I need to. Thoughts of visiting the dentist send you into hiding? Hate or fear the dentist so much you have avoided going to one for literally years? Bad prior dental experience left a bad taste in your mouth? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you need to visit Dr. Fotinos and his incredible staff, and I can guarantee you will NEVER avoid a dental visit again! You might even look forward to coming!!! I answered yes to all of the above questions, and have not seen a dentist in 17 years because of my fear. Stupid of me. Please don't let your fear keep you from going too! Dentistry has come a LONG way from when I last saw a dentist, and Dr. Fotinos' office offers so many options to keep you comfortable during even routine procedures/cleanings...like numbing gels, tv, music and even IV sedation! Plus, each staff member is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and thorough. I was at ease and knew I was in good hands within moments in my first visit. My story (please read because it might make you feel more comfortable about seeing a dentist)...Last year I started to experience off and on discomfort in my gums, and my teeth were looking dingy, and tarter had built up between my teeth and along my gum line leaving me with teeth that looked far older than my actual years despite regular daily toothbrushing and occasional flossing. In addition, I am a tooth grinder (have been since I was a kid) and found I was also clenching my teeth so badly at night that my mouth would hurt terribly when I woke up (I was having to massage my cheek muscles!). By late last year the gum discomfort got worse. I knew I couldn't go on. I did an extensive search for a just right dentist, and zeroed in on Dr. Fotinos. I took a deep breath and called his office; it was time to face my fear and take care of myself...my voice trembled while I spoke with Olga (she runs the office and is so nice and helpful!) and she set up a 2-hour appointment for full X-ray's and a consultation with Dr. Fotinos to see what needed to be done. My first visit. Such a beautiful and welcoming front office and dental stations. It isn't large, but it is super clean and calming. Plus you can have coffee! I was greeted immediately, and taken back for x-rays right on time. Stacy, who is super sweet and attentive to my chair-fears and dislike of having things in my mouth made sure I was comfortable and performed her job quickly and made it as pleasant as possible! Dr. Fotinos came in right after to look over my x-rays and examine my teeth. Despite not coming to a dentist in 17 years, I received NO berating for my personal stupidity...they were just glad I decided to look for help and went over everything in a way I could understand and allowed me to look at my teeth on a screen so I could see what he saw. Amazing! There was no treatment pushing, just honest suggestions and telling me what needed to be done now and what could be done later. I liked Dr. Fotinos immediately and knew I could trust him to do a beautiful job on my smile. My surgery. Due to my fear and the amount of work I would need it was suggested I use IV sedation and get everything I needed done while I slept (in 3-4 hours) instead of coming back for some 6 visits to complete it all. It's an investment to use IV sedation ($500 per hour), but Dr. Howell, the anesthesiologist they contract with, was amazing, and it was well worth the cost. I felt nothing (including the IV placement!!!) and when I woke up all of my dental work was done! Dr. Howell even called me personally in the evening to be sure I was okay and had no lingering effects from the anesthesia. My smile. Gorgeous!!!! Mackenzie, the hygienist, blasted away all the tarter and performed a periodontal cleaning that also included the removal of diseased gum tissue. Dr. Fotinos repaired old childhood dental work and strengthened and rebuilt my worn and thinning teeth from grinding/clenching, and transformed my aged smile back into the smile I remember from my 20s. They all did such a beautiful job I can't stop looking at my teeth in the mirror!! I just had my follow up visit today (a week after my surgery) to check on my bite, any concerns I had, and to update me on my surgical procedures. This was just icing on the cake, and just reconfirmed how much they care about their patients and to ensure 100% satisfaction. Thank you Dr. Fotinos, Dr. Howell, Mackenzie, Stacy and Olga for all of your amazing care, and for easing my fear of the dentist by giving me such a positive dental experience. I have my smile back! See you all soon for my next cleaning!!! Please don't let fear or avoidance of the dentist keep you from getting your teeth taken care of, especially since they offer so many ways to make it as painless as possible (like the IV sedation I used!). Dr. Rosales is the man. He gives you his personal phone number because he's that class act. If I had kids I would give them to Rosales because I trust him more than myself. But instead, I have teeth and Dr. Rosales treated them like he really cared. They're constantly asking you how you're doing or what fears you have. They recognize that dentistry isn't something a lot of people like, but they incessantly work to help remove the psychological barriers if you have any. I was bleeding a lot day of my wisdom teeth removal (my friends insisted I go back and make sure I'm alright) and Rosales was able to fit me in his busy schedule and make sure I was alright. He redressed my wound and cleaned me up. I made a full recovery within just a few days and was even able to drive myself home on the day of the surgery. Great office overall read more

I can't thank Dr Rosales & assistant Amy enough. I recently got into a biking accident where my front teeth were damaged. Despite their full schedule, the office was able to squeeze me in. They walked me through my options and was able to quickly and skillfully repair the damage. I especially appreciate that despite being the only remaining patient in the office that evening towards the end of the procedure, and the office closing up, they didn't rush and put so much care and attention into making sure the filing colors were skillfully matched and the contours were carefully blended to complement my smile. I am so happy that I chose this office to be my newest dentist and first dentist I've seen in close to TEN YEARS. Yes people, you heard correctly. Due to a life time of bad financial decisions and debt, which led me to avoid having health/dental insurance for a loooooong time, I had a huge gap in my record of visits. I was very insecure about this and wanted to find an office that understood my situation without judgment or without scolding me. Luckily, this office is a judgment-free zone. They listened to my story and said that the past didn't matter as long as I am serious about treatment in the present. Everyone here is so nice and cares deeply about dental care, with a new-age approach to it. You can tell they are passionate and professional about their job. It's a very welcoming environment which is something I've never experienced in my past dental office visits. I've worked mostly with Dr. Rosales who is extremely professional and knows his stuff. He's very thorough in explaining all procedures and all possible paths in treatment, which I really appreciate as I love those nitty gritty details. His assistant (who's name I never got, sorry!) is also amazing and personable. Every hygienist I've worked with here (I think Tiffany, Melissa, and Kyle??) have been absolutely angelic. The front desk staff are also so sweet. The front desk staff were very transparent and upfront about the cost of everything, as well as what my insurance does/doesn't cover. There have been no surprises yet when it comes to billing which I am thankful for. All-in-all, I hope I can keep this office for life, it just fits me so well. I had a really great experience at this dental office! Dr. Rosales scheduled and took out all four of my wisdom teeth in such a short amount of time and it worked so well with my schedule. I also barely had any swelling and pain and everything turned out great! I came back for a follow up appointment today and got a teeth cleaning which was SO WELL DONE! These guys are really great. I hadn't had dental. Work in over 7 years. My mouth needed a lot of work. I was really scared, but they're very gentle, smart, they take time to explain to you what they're doing and take time to make you comfortable. Dr. Rosales has been working on my mouth and he makes me feel extremely comfortable even during 4 cavity fillings (which by the way really didn't hurt and were my first ever fillings) and my wisdom teeth pulling. I was extremely afraid of getting my wisdom teeth pulled, but it really wasn't bad and Dr. Rosales really went the extra mile to make sure I was cared for and comfortable during and after my procedure. They're professional, intelligent, patient and careful. I do not like the dentist, but they make it a significantly more stress-and-pain-free process than I could have expected. Thanks a lot guys.
