My tooth was aching terribly before my Disney World trip! In such a short amount of time, I was taken care of and made sure I wasn't in any more pain. I've never been a patient here before so I was surprised as to how attentive they were of me. Olga and the front desk were swift in processing my application and communicated effectively about any further steps. Initially, I was going to submit my application and get my tooth looked at after my vacation, but the toothache grew stronger before I went to bed. It was 10pm and the only hope I had was the emergency number on the webpage. At such a late hour, Dr.Randy Rosales answered the phone and recalled my situation from the front desk. He accommodated me the next day, on a busy Friday, and worked closely with me to figure out my options. That same day, he and the amazing team there got rid of my pain. It was one of the greatest acts of kindness I've experienced. A lot of what the staff did were things they didn't need to do, but they exceeded expectations managed to go above and beyond for a new patient like me. Best dental experience EVER! Dr. Fotinos is, hands down, the most wonderful dentist I've ever been to. I highly recommend Dr. Fotinos & his entire staff! If I could give a Negative Star Review. Negative 4 Stars Horrible customer service by Olga. The person who does the billing. She couldn't clearly explain what a Bone Graft was. She said that it's a metal bar where the extracted tooth was, to prevent my other tooth from fallin in the hole. She said that the dentist could explain it better but if she's the person who does the billin should t she be able to explain it clearly like she explains the billlin process. Cause she does that AMAZINGLY and without a DOUBT She all over that. Crosses her T's and Dot's her I's for sure when it comes to billing. I asked her if a Bone Graft was for a replacement crown and she said yes a crown can be add later. The she said that no it's not. Even tho I contacted my insurance and my wife had a Bone Graft done so I completely know what a Bone Graft is. As for the dentist I really wish I could remember his name.. one of the owners am guessing I felt super uncomfortable with him due to the fact that once he started to explain what "He Wanted to Do" and not what I asked him to help me with, I felt like I was dealing with a used car sales men. I simply asked him for a economical car & he wanted to put me in the 2025 brand new not even invented or though of but this is what I needed. Top of the line fully loaded with all the bells and whistles and didn't Listen to a word that I said that I Need Help With. These r the reason why I ask for email communication so if they don't or can't hear what I need help with then maybe they can read it. At the end of the day Olga strongly suggested that I find another dentist to go too since I was uncomfortable with the dentist. But I do believe that she turned me away to another dentist office is bc I told her I contacted my insurance company and have had family members had a bone graft and crown place right on the bone graft, which what it's used for. I guess they at that office like there patients to be dumb and uninformed so the office can do whatever procedure they want and not what the patient needs help with. Cause the dentist told me that Olga will explain everything to me and Olga tells me that I need to speak with the dentist. So at the end of the day neither the dentist or Olga were able to explain to me clearly what a bone graft is. Both of them just kept passin me off to one another but neither were able to answer my questions clearly. At the end of the day I explained to Olga that I would like my tooth extracted for the $50 co pay fee and instead of tryin to get me into the office just to Help me out with what I need her best idea is to go somewhere else. She never made any type of effort after I explained to her all I knew and had learned from my insurance company and online research. That's the kinda of customer service ur goin to get at this dentist office. Also Olga never bother to ask me if I need to take care of my cavity's or any other dental work that I may need, again her way of helpin was for me to go to another dentist office. read more

I hadn't been to the dentist in 4 years, and I knew my teeth needed some TLC, especially since I was having major pain with my bottom left wisdom tooth. I got referred to Dr. Rosales by my co-worker who has been going to the office for years. I finally made my appointment, and visited them! I ended up getting all 3 wisdom teeth removed, and the procedure went super smoothly. Knowing that I had anxiety going to the dentist, Dr. Rosales and his staff made sure I was comfortable and reassured me that I was taken care of. I can't begin to explain how comfortable I am when I'm there. They are all so nice! After my wisdom teeth were removed, I unfortunately later developed dry socket, which is a rare complication you can get after getting a tooth pulled. I was in so much pain that Dr. Rosales made a special emergency visit with me over the weekend late at night, reassuring me that he would always take good care of me. Dr. Fotinos office is right around the corner from my house, and I'm so glad I found them (wish it had been sooner). I traditionally have not been the best dental patient, so I had some issues going in. Ever since my first meeting with Dr. Rosales, I have felt very at ease with everyone I've met here. Everyone takes the time to explain what's going on, why they think things should happen, and an expected plan moving forward. My first step was a deep clean, and I have to give a special shout out to Christine. She was super nice, explained everything she was doing and what she was seeing.. and caused a lot less pain then I was expecting given how long it had been. She made something I was very nervous about, very easy to get through. I highly suggest this dentist for anyone looking... Great office to do your Dental hygiene work. Dental hygienist Christine was very was helpful when she cleaned my teeth and explained how I should take care of my teeth moving forward. Dr. Fotinos was very detailed in explaining what I was looking at with the X-rays and the pictures taken by the camera. He also mentioned about the different ways of taking care of my teeth to prevent any future damages. Parking to the office is fine as there are plenty during normal working hours. Fill out your basic information at home prior to coming to prevent any delay. Appointment is always good as everyone was on time if you get there early. read more

My personal experience with Dr. Rosales and the entire staff has always been 5 stars. The hygienists are my favorite people there, they're very nice and make you feel comfortable. The process of appointments and payment are pretty simple and I have never had an issue. They've always provided walk throughs and explanations for the billing part. If you want cosmetic work or certain things to be done, tell them promptly so you can see what the bill looks like before setting the appointment and putting a deposit. The office has no problem giving quotes. I've always wanted my silver fillings to be cosmetically replaced with white fillings and multiple dentists refused to do it for me because it wasn't safe for my teeth but Dr. Rosales said he could - which is why I've remained here. Dr. Rosales and the hygienist spent over 4.5 hours on my mouth to help me achieve this cosmetic look. It was 7+ large and old silver fillings, truly a ton of work!! It was beyond painful, 10/10 mouth pain but they were really patient with me and applied modern techniques to help me feel better (I.e. shaking my cheek while giving me a numbing shot, it was incredibly painful so I appreciate him working with my low tolerance). After my whole procedure, I spent about 4 months in pain due to my low tolerance, my teeth taking awhile to sit correctly and the amount of work that went into it. However Dr. Rosales always made himself available via phone number and always welcomed me to make an appointment for any adjustments. Always gave me his card and I kept losing it but never gave me a hard time about it. After 2 adjustment appointments, my teeth finally settled. It's all back to normal and I'm not conscious about my teeth when laughing. I keep an appointment about every 3-4 months to maintain my teeth now. They've helped my teeth be a lot better in terms of cosmetics and hygiene. I floss all the time now as I fear for a painful cleaning so they've also taught me good habits. Lastly, I appreciate them for always giving me a time frame of when the appointment is over as I prefer to go to the dentist in between work meetings. read more

Most people I know tend to dread going to the dentist but I've never been one to feel that way. In fact, I enjoy going to the dentist...think it might have to do with my need to feel clean in all aspects - all the time. For quite some time I've been driving to the LA area to see my dentist and after 8 years of doing so, I figured it was time to see someone local. So I stumbled upon Dr. Fotinos office and boy, do I have some awesome things to say! First off, the appointment process is seamless and Olga, the office manager is very kind. Second, the office has a homey mid-century modern vibe to it which I would imagine will put those who dread the dentist at ease. Though I believe the MVP of my experience would have to be Dr. Rosales. I came in for a exam with Dr. Rosales and I have to say, it was an informative yet enjoyable experience. His assistant, Amy was the most hands on dental assistant I've ever seen too! Throughout my entire visit Dr. Rosales made sure to ask me if I was comfortable and explained the ins and outs of the overall health of my mouth. Do not go here. 1: I feel I was lied to and that the treatment I received was not necessary, and vastly more expensive than what was actually required. 2: I have never been in such excruciating pain when getting numbed before. The doctor responded to my literal screaming with "yep, that's your nerve". 3: here I am, 3 weeks after treatment, and I am in pain. I went in to have my filling fixed and the dentist convinced me I needed two new fillings and he removed HALF of my tooth. I didn't agree to that much removal, and once I saw it, it was already done. He also stated immediately after finishing my tooth (after I had to wait an extra two weeks for a replacement to come in because the first one didn't fit) "just so you know, this isn't a guaranteed fix, you might still need a root canal." When I had been examined by another dentist who said all I needed was a filling replacement. I only went here because I was 8 hours away when my filling broke, so this was closer to home. I was in zero pain/discomfort before seeing this dentist, and now I can't eat on my left side. I can't drink water without it sending shocks up my jaw, and I'm furious. I'll never step foot in this place ever again, and I hope you don't either. read more

If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further! I have had two appointments with Dr. Rosales and his staff in the past three months, and they have been exceptional. At my first appointment, I was greeted by Dr. Rosales' assistant, Amy, who gave me a tour of the office and then showed me to the room where I would be receiving my care. My first appointment as a new patient was the most comprehensive dental appointment that I've ever had (in a good way!). Amy did a great job of outlining everything that we would be doing during the appointment and then I was able to meet Dr. Rosales. Dr. Rosales has excellent bedside manners and is extremely kind; we discussed goals for my oral health care and he spent a good amount of time reviewing the x-rays and photographs that they took of my teeth with me. After this, I got my teeth cleaned by one of the hygienists named Tiffany. To be quite honest, I nearly fell asleep during the cleaning since Tiffany was so gentle with my teeth. I was amazed at how clean my teeth felt given how gentle she was being - she did an excellent job. After my cleaning, Dr. Rosales came back to discuss some preventative work that recommended and made sure to review the billing information with me. Last week, I returned for the preventative work that Dr. Rosales recommended and was greeted by Amy once again! Dr. Rosales and Amy were once again extremely gentle while working on my teeth, and as soon as we completed the procedure I immediately noticed a difference in my teeth! Dr. Rosales showed me "before" and "after" photos of my teeth and once again highlighted why it was important for me to have this preventative work done. Dr. Rosales and his staff are truly focused on providing quality health care. In a world where it seems like most doctors are focused on how many patients they can see and how much revenue they can generate, Dr. Rosales and his staff differentiate themselves by truly taking the time to get to know you, making you feel at home, understanding your goals for your health care, reviewing all of your test results with you, and explaining why they would recommend having additional procedures/work done. Nothing but rave reviews for Dr. Rosales, Amy, and all of the staff here at Dr Fotinos' office. I hadn't visited a dentist in the past 4 years due to a traumatic experience at my last one. Even prior to that experience, I would only schedule dentist appointments once there was an issue. I knew I was way overdue and ended up scheduling an appointment because of some sensitivity I was experiencing and because I read positive reviews online. On my first visit, they asked about my prior experiences at the dentist and took pictures and x-ray. Dr. Rosales went over the photos/x-rays, what he saw, and his recommended plan for me. We ended up scheduling a couple appointments for my fillings and an inlay, and later an infiltration procedure. On my first visit for fillings, I had a panic attack due to past trauma related to the local anesthesia injection. Dr. Rosales helped me breathe through my anxiety, gave me some time, and helped give me a better understanding of how the anesthesia was working. The rest of the appointment after my panic attack went well. I had a groundbreaking first experience, and on my next few appointments, my anxiety about the injection was gone! I was able to breathe through it and not panic on all my procedures thereafter. Throughout my experience, Dr. Rosales and Amy were very patient, informative, checked in with me often during the procedures, and altogether made me feel at ease again about dentist appointments. The level of care here is outstanding-- including how transparent Olga and Adriana are at the front desk about my insurance and payments. Each technician that helped me today always informed me what they would do before they did it which I appreciated. I moved my entire family to Dr. Fontino's office. My husband, 3 adult children, and myself. My son had some serious issues and we spent in excess of 10k to resolve them. So many errors were made in his case, they are too great in number to list here. And he is still experiencing pain and problems. For myself I was having tooth pain and was told by them I needed root canal and a crown. I explained I had Invisalign braces and asked if a crown was wise. They said no problem, did the procedure then asked me afterwards why I didn't inform them I wore braces. The Dr they referred me to for the root canal said I didn't need one and questioned why I had a crown at all. He said it was just nerve pain. All of my family was treated with unneeded services at this office racking up a heavy overall bill. They talked me into one final service of deep cleaning. I wanted to wait a couple of months to use insurance from the next year. I was told emphatically and repeatedly by receptionist/office mgr Olga that the procedure was covered ...she confirmed my insurance balance. 2 months later I received a bill for hundreds from them. When I wrote and expressed my dissatisfaction I did not receive a response, but rather they sent the charge to a collection agency immediately. It seems they drained us for all the money they could and no longer cared about their patients. The kicker... several months later I was having lunch with a bunch of girlfriends. I asked if anyone new of a good dentist in our town and said that my old one over charged. Three women spoke up immediately and said "Is it Fontinos?" Wow, right? All relayed similar experiences. read more
