I had no idea that a small Randy's opened up here 3 years ago. It is very small, but has plenty to choose from. They even have little Mini's that cost under $1 each. The Butter Crumb Raised is also a must!

Pulled into Randy's just trying to grab one donut and get out. Spoiler alert: I left with a full box, zero dignity, and frosting on my steering wheel. These donuts are disrespectfully good. Like, audacity-level good. Fluffy. Warm. Seductive. I swear the glaze made eye contact with me. Randy, whoever you are I hope you're happy. I was doing fine. I meal-prepped. I had goals. Now I'm sitting in my car with jelly on my shirt, questioning everything. And I'm not even mad. You win. The staff? Too nice. The donuts? Too powerful. The self-control? Nonexistent. Catch me pulling up again like I didn't just spiral 24 hours ago.

It was my first time here, but it was my sister's second time. She raved about this place and said, "Let's go on the weekend to buy some," so we did. The inside of the place was super clean, and we were greeted by an employee. They had a great selection of donuts. My favorites are the cake donuts, so I made sure to pick one of each. I was also surprised that they had a matcha flavor! The donuts are not greasy and not overwhelmingly sweet. They are just right. I look forward to our next visit!

When I think of Randy's Donuts, the iconic gigantic donut atop the original location near LAX is what comes to mind. It's the "go to" location after landing in Los Angeles or as you're getting ready to leave the area. Initially, that was the only location to get some of their delicious donuts. However, in recent times, Randy's donuts has expanded their locations throughout Southern California. This particular location is in the city of Santa Ana. It's conveniently just off of the 55 freeway on 17th Street. Randy's donuts is in a small shopping center but is situated closer to the main road. There is plenty of parking as the lot is quite large. When we first arrived, we honestly thought that it was closed. Chairs were on top of tables and it looked pretty empty. We didn't see a lot of people inside, so we almost didn't go in. However, as we were looking through the window, we saw some people in the back. So, we walked in! As soon as we stepped inside, I was feeling a little disappointed. They didn't have a large selection in their display case. They said that they were pretty much fresh out because it was Father's Day. I was definitely taken aback because they were only 4 hours away from closing. I figured that they would have made more donuts, but we still chose a couple from what was left. We got an old fashioned glazed donut and a chocolate bar. They honestly didn't look too appealing. But, it was going to come down to the taste test! I took one bite out the glazed donut and surprisingly, it was pretty good. It melted in my mouth. It had the perfect amount of sugar, not making it too sweet It was actually quite light and fluffy. I had to take a second bite to make sure that I wasn't imagining this. It was really good! My husband had the chocolate bar donut. Again, it didn't look fresh and we really went sure of how it would taste. Just like the glazed donut, it was light and fluffy. It tasted like it was freshly made! The frosting on the donut was really good. It didn't crumble when we took a bite. Overall, I can say that Randy's Donuts lives up to its reputation of selling delicious donuts. I have been to the original location and the donuts are just as good as the ones that are served at the Santa Ana location. I would advise people to come early so that you have more to choose from. If we are passing through, I would definitely stop by to pick up a few more donuts.

Large variety of donuts, several types of flavors, types and even sizes! Goodness the blueberry icing was the best one out of the fous. The s'mores one was not overly sweet!

Just added this place as one of my go-to donuts spots after trying it out. Their donuts are light and airy with a slight chew. The butter crumb raised donut was my favorite.

    One job.

Gave this location another try. Friendly staffs. Came on a Sunday morning, the young gentleman was very welcoming. We grabbed a dozen of assorted donuts. Great was to start Football Sunday!

My husband and I consider ourselves sandwich connoisseurs, and we honestly can't believe we don't come here more often. I usually order a simple turkey and cheese, but this time I went with the Super Bird (plus onions) and was in absolute heaven. My husband ordered the Fuggedaboutit, and we were both blown away. Fresh, flavorful, and easily some of the best sandwiches we've had anywhere. Worth the walk, drive, or trek from wherever you're coming from. Palm Market Deli has officially become our sandwich spot. The firehouse decor and overall branding of Firehouse sets apart from so many other Quick Service restaurants that are redesigning to be more "professional" (I prefer the term "sterile"). Out of all the restaurants in this shopping center that I have patronized in my 23 years as a local, Firehouse Subs is my new favorite on account of great service, a charming ambiance, and an AMAZING product!

I ordered my usual sandwiches and specifically did NOT select onions when customizing my order, yet both sandwiches came with onions. I called the restaurant expecting them to simply make it right, but the employee told me the manager wasn't there and that they couldn't do anything. I was told everything had to be handled in person or I would have to wait for the manager to contact me. When I asked when the manager would be available or when I could expect a call, he couldn't even tell me. My time is worth more than driving back to the restaurant over two sandwiches that were made incorrectly in the first place. To make matters worse, trying to get help through the app is pointless because it just tells you to contact the restaurant. So if your order is wrong, the app sends you to the store, and the store tells you they can't do anything without a manager. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What made this a terrible experience was the complete lack of effort to make the mistake right. Very disappointing, especially since I've never had an issue here before.

And she comes around from time to time to check on us to make sure we're enjoying our food. Really nice to receive this kind of attention from a fast-casual restaurant.
