My wife found this place for breakfast. I read about the 'all you can eat buffet' and was sold (I…read morelove a good buffet) but was skeptical because, well, it's a breakfast buffet. I was expecting the buffet to be things like fruit, waffles, pancakes, potatoes, etc (i.e. all starches), but was pleasantly surprised at the variety (bacon, sausage, egg casserole, biscuits and gravy, chile rellenos - as well as starches and fruit). So I ordered the buffet. I was so glad I did. The (crispy) chile rellenos were some of the best I've ever had - they made it worth every penny. And the biscuits and gravy (sadly, not sausage gravy) was great - the biscuits were fresh and fluffy. Oh, and the pork green chile - it's been quite a while since I've had any that good. The only downside was that the home fries (potatoes) were not fresh - the ones that came with my wife's breakfast were much better. The buffet came with 2 eggs cooked to order (scrambled for me) and they came out hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place - not only for the breakfast buffet, but also for just the chile rellenos.

A bunch of regulars saying hi to each other as they walk in. All that said, big loss to a great place as one of their own staples is leaving. We tried to order an app before dinner while we decided on entrees and wine to go with it, we were told they could only put in an app order at the same time as a dinner order. Really? You really need to move tables that fast on a Friday when it's half full? We've been coming here for years, but the hurried service is now very off putting. When we finished dinner and left just over 1 hour later, the place was maybe 60% full. We spent nearly $300 on our anniversary dinner and were rushed the entire time. The food was phenomenal as always, but the hurried atmosphere takes the fun out of a nice relaxing dinner out. We've been told this is at the direction of the owners and I hope they read these reviews. Péche used to be a special place for an excellent dinner out to savor and celebrate, but now it seems to be a table turnover priority, but of course along with high quality food. That hasn't been sacrificed, like the experience has.
