My friends and I went in the afternoon and it was not busy. The entire place was super clean and all the staff members were very nice. It seemed like they had all upgraded tools such as a Japanese toilet heated toilet, what looks like a Dyson hair dryer when drying my hair, and pods in some of the rooms I peeked into which looked fancy and brand new. For my scalp cleanse, they had the little ring that sprayed water over my head and steamed my entire head. As a bonus side effect, it also steams your face. They offered complimentary drinks and chips. I didn't get any but the choices were sparkling water and coffee I believe. It was definitely worth the money to come, even if I didn't get a Groupon. There's a very small seating area to wait for your service, next to a busy hallway. Additionally, I had a service booked and my guest got sick. They still continued to try to charge me a "fee" even though I had the courtesy to cancel ahead of time. They suggested I bring my sick guest and for the guest to wear a mask during the service. Be aware that they will try to charge you no matter the circumstance, should you need to cancel.
