When I called Niceville Family Practice, Mrs. Cindy was so helpful. She got me in on the same day I called. I saw their ARNP (Registered Nurse Practitioner), Kimberly Smith. Mrs. Kimberly was so friendly and helpful. I had a question about a new prescription and even though she wasn't familiar with it, she went and did some research while I waited. She came back with the required tests I would need and had me on my way in no time. I had to return shortly after for a follow up and they got me in so fast and I was back to work in less than an hour. However I did not feel like I was rushed in any way! My recent medical test went fine, but trying to deal with the center's scheduling department is…read moreridiculous. When you call to schedule a procedure the attendant is difficult to understand. Then when you've determined a date and time, the attendant gives you all of the preparatory steps verbally over the phone. The center doesn't or won't send you instructions via the portal or email. You have to write down the address of the particular facility where your procedure will take place and how much time before your appointment you're expected to arrive to fill out paperwork. There are no appointment reminders or confirmations. It's just crazy. My physician's office doesn't work this way. They're able to send me info when I schedule an appointment, have me check in online beforehand, remind me when I need to be somewhere, and let me know exactly where it is I need to go. In the future when I need some type of medical test, I plan to get it done elsewhere.

This guy is such a sham and to be avoided and it's simply comical at this point he's not only updating me on his ill planned vacations with his patients but hasn't tHe 30 seconds to remove me from his database. Some people can't be saved from their own stupidity. It's worth noting that the fake account his office used to combat my legitimate initial negative review (oddly the singular other review that exists here, posted on the same day I posted mine) still only has one review. So all this to say, if you are about a "Dr" willing to sacrifice their integrity publicly here on Yelp to avoid accountability and a fair representation of consumer experiences, THIS is your quack. It's worth noting that although this may seem trivial, the FTC feels very strongly about it and it's nothing short of illegal. Luckily I deal with this professionally in my career and have a standing quarterly call with the office wishing the FTC that handles review manipulation. She has always answered any questions I had, appointments are available and flexible, and she has always been kind to me. The staff are always welcoming. Sometimes I have to wait for 1-2 hours for an appt depending on the time of day, but she's a busy lady! Would much prefer to know that she's going to deliver my baby. She delivered my double rainbow baby as an elective induction and I could not have asked for a better birth experience. Will be going to her for all future pregnancies

He didn't pray so you know what if this is supposed to be such a Christian and he's supposed to be praying for didn't he pray for all the people that came in? He would just pick and choose who he wanted to pray for and who he didn't want to pray for and his assistant upfront or secretary whatever she was she was very rude arrogant, but I would not recommend anybody to go to him. You don't go into a office and the doctor doesn't take and keep pressure pressuring you to get something that you know you don't want and then if you don't pay your bills, they're gonna come after do not go to this doctor. I started out seeing Dr. Schmidt who retired and now I see Dr. Moore. Dr. Schmidt's Nurse was Alicia who is still at the clinic and she is great! She always offered me great advice and was very good at helping me communicate with the doctor. Dr. Moore is very intelligent and professional while having a great bedside manner that is personable and reassuring. I feel so safe with her as my doctor that I have transferred my teenager (who has a genetic disease) to her care as well. Dr. Moore's Nurse Angie is very kind. They both go the extra mile to listen and make you feel heard. Angie is very good at returning phone calls promptly- sometimes into the evening hours. Ashley is great at setting up referrals and is very patient with my individual preferences. Melissa at the front desk makes me smile every time I visit as well as Lily. They are both so friendly! So is Selina who is not at the front anymore but is sometimes at a desk in the back. Lynn is the office manager and she has helped me with many things! I love her professionalism while still being relatable and kind. The clinic is able to draw labs in house which is helpful if your visit is earlier in the day. They book appointments pretty far out but if you have an acute issue they will get you in quickly. There is not a better staff and practice in this area or better yet in any of the many areas I've traveled. If they are taking new patients, you should definitely get an appointment! ‍

My Dad had a brain bleed and was already (due to delays in the ER) already bleeding from his nose and ears. I don't believe my Dad had a chance given this information. The family only found this out by reading the surgical note. It was also noted that my dad drank alcohol. My Dad never even drank a beer. Poor follow up, bad preop communication, inaccurate medical history documentation. He may be good with backs but he's no brain surgeon.
