Today I went to pick up the watch & the top glass was broken. I told the owner that the watch was brand new & remember her stating it was scratch but that was not the case. She refuse to admit that she broke it. This was very disappointing. It was not an expensive watch and if it was an accident I would have understood and just live with a simple apology.
